Great location, good service, nice bar but could do with more sofa type seating. Room was a club room, but not really sure what more we got compared to a 'normal' room, but was nice. Room really needs more storage if staying more than one night, plenty of space for decent set of drawers etc.

No window or very little window in the rooms with a big building covering it, over priced, not worth the ‘spa’ if you can call it that. Plunge pool isn’t even waist length, they don’t refill the water in the spa, baskets overflown, no cups etc replaced in spa. Not worth the money, we upgraded our room but I would’ve hated to see the original room if that was the upgrade as there was nothing special about the rooms at all.

Spotlessly clean and the staff were amazing! Location was brilliant.
Took £50 deposit which we didn’t realise in advance. Have had this before so was not a problem but they took 4 days to put the money back in my account. No need for this delay.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich.
Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Kaum Auswahl und nicht gut. Die Zimmer hätten sauberer sein können.

The staff! Every single person was truly wonderful. I have never seen such a helpful and kind team of people. Location is very central to walk or take the public transportation. The area is safe for walking at night with lots of pubs and restaurants close by. The room is large with windows that open for fresh air. The bar makes excellent cocktails. Breakfast has everything imaginable.
The limited spa hours. The hotel is a bit of a maze.

Location
Booking page suggested access to spa / wellness centre was included but it wasn’t.
Room significantly overpriced generally and especially given spa access is extra

Staff were very nice and helpful.
Accommodation was comfortable.
It was very centrally situated.
Breakfast was quite good.
We had an adjoining room with very noisy people in that room.
The room was very hot and it wasn’t possible to open a window.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Glasgow. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, with a comprehensive selection on offer, including haggis! We dined in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed that, too.

The Staff were great, the Location excellent, the rooms very clean and bed was very comfortable.
Still feel like hotels are just a little bit too expensive still. But that is generally speaking and not a slant on the actual hotel itself.

I loved everything, from the moment I walked through the door. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The balloons in the room was just adorable! Really made my single girl valentines treat extra special 🥰 the spa is great!

Excellent location in town centre. Bed was very comfortable
Breakfast didn't start till 8 and wasn't all put out until 815

Location, modern, very comfortable
Housekeeping staff were noisy outside of my room from early in the morning!

Although room was very small, shower was great, bath robes a lovely touch - and welcome chocolates.
Breakfast! Really poor, scrambled eggs inedible, a single cup of warm water to make tea - had to ask for more water as was only served half a cup. Pastries not really fresh and needed to run bread through toaster at least twice to get properly toasted slices.

Was at Radisson Blu which was a beautiful property. Very clean. Staff approachable and friendly. Would highly recommend

Lee on reception was an angel, such a warm welcome. The rooms were beautiful, excellent size, and the hotel is right next to the station. I would definitely recommend staying here with no hesitation.

The bedroom was comfortable and immaculately clean. Location was excellent, very central and the stop for the aircoach was just around the corner. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.
Air-conditioning in the lobby area was on all the time, making sitting there cold and draughty.
