Glad we only needed it as somewhere to put our heads down

Walking distance to some restaurants but not safe wandering around at night

Over priced, not in a nice area Forgot to give me check in details, had to chase Oven has never seen a clean cloth in its life Apartment smelt funny the whole time No hand wash Shampoo & Shower gel empty Holes in the walls Wi-Fi didn't work Paint falling off Plugs covered in paint from touch ups

Lovely apartment - perfect for the 3 of us. Hosts were excellent.

Some disrepair....more than normal wear and tear.

Not to repeat!

location good although wouldn´t want to be there at night alone. Some rough people hanging about. Flat was a good size and quiet at night.

Flat wasn´t clean on entry. Towels were marked (the owner replaced the towels and asked what the cleaner could clean better)I opted to clean myself! The hob was split badly in all directions and felt unsafe to use.The owner told me that he had no idea it was damaged!!I guess the cleaner didn´t see it either!!The owner offered to have someone replace it after the weekend but that never happened. On booking you are given a long list of items and a price list if you damage any, which made me very nervous as lots of things were damaged on entry .I spent ages sending the owner all the photos as I did not want to be charged. We stayed 10 days. No coffee machine or caffetiere. No sieve or can opener. the roasting tray and several pots and pans and crockery all with chips in, needed replacing. the extractor fan in the kitchen did not work so we kept setting off the smoke alarm even with all the windows open. the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work either.Several light bulbs needed replacing. Difficult to see in the bathroom. The shower fittings were hanging off the wall so difficult to have a shower without holding onto the shower head. The sofa was very dirty and uncomfortable.

I didn’t like that fact, that I was called up and was told I will be charged extra. when I checked out already. I checked out at 4am.

The place could have been better if they check that the facilities worked before checking.

The location was good.

The first day I check in, there was no hot water as there was a problem with the boiler. The internet as well was not working. The ceiling of the house was not cleaned as there was a big spider web.

Despite the bathroom I’d definitely use the property again.

The property was well laid out in a good location.

The bathroom in Flat 6 is in desperate need of repair from water damage caused by a loose shower screen and leaking fittings on the shower heads. the fridge is badly dented. Fit a door stop!!

I liked the stay . It was quiet , neat and good.

I liked the condition property was in. Very good clean property . Parking was a bit of struggle but I managed to park for free if I waited 5-10 mins in the car to find a good spot. And after 6 it was free. Host was good and responsive. I would go again .

The refrigerator smelled of curry and it was strong smell. And it didn't go even after end of my stay. It bothered me a lot. It would be good to have some basic toiletries in bathroom and kitchen tissue roll in kitchen for basic use.

Good nights sleep and location is city centre!

The location was great!

Paint peeling on the hallway wall and living room wall. Walls where all marked. The lift wasnt working and being on the third floor having to drag bags up and down with back problems was not fun. Other than that everything was perfect!

Flat polar opposite to pictures which encourage you to book Sold smart accommodation suitable for three/four. Got damaged walls smoke alarm hanging off ceiling scuffed walls broken unusable sofa bed. Offered a blow up mattress!!! Clearly could have stayed with friends if we wanted to sleep on a blow up mattress. ... Sofa stained and covered in crumbs pillows stained; welcome book spoke of snacks and drinks. Cupboards bare . Minimum cooking utensils no drying up cloth. Shabby seedy overheated and stank of stale cooking. Broken shower.

A good working base in Coventry

The flat is in a good position, the kitchen has enough tools for proper cooking, it's quite spacious for 2 people. You can work from the kitchen table or the couch. There's a large TV for second screen too. The bed is quite large and the mattress is very good - which is rare.

The armchairs really smell and are in need of a deep clean. The couch seems quite dirty as well. The price was very high
