Lovely but quite small

Ideal location. Excellent books full of info needed. Close to centre and a walk to the races. Lovely gesture of a bottle of fizz and chocolates. Lots of lovely toiletries and quirky toilet rolls 🙂

Just quite small for the 4 of us trying to get ready etc and only 16 mins shower time for all of us

This apartment was perfect for the three of us. We especially appreciated the amenities such as tea, coffee etc for the morning and of course - the lovely touch of a prosecco bottle on arrival! The place itself was very nice - easy to find and felt very safe and quiet despite being near a main road. The sofa bed was comfy enough for a night!

Absolutely perfect, attention to detail was superb, wish we had booked longer.

A superb flat fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Little extras made all the difference and set this accommodation apart from others.

Liked it all although parking was tight but not impossible for our car.

Accommodation was okay but could have been better and a lot cleaner

Easy to get to from train station, facilities on hand shops and bars. Small bottle presecco and chocolates nice touch

Cleanliness not at all good lot of dust, bathroom had horrible smell and fridge needed clean. No TV in sitting area it is in bedroom. Shower hot water didn't last long. Not much room to move in bedroom bed right next to wardrobe.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. We really liked the extra touches liked milk tea and coffee as well as a bottle of prosecco with chocolates. Very clear instructions on how to find the accommodation.

Great stay in a beautiful little apartment.

This property was lovely. Easy walking distance to city centre. Everything supplied. Really good for our one night stay. Communication was good regarding sofa bed.

Very good

The property was amazing for a nights stay with friends. Great location, clean and great size . Prosecco on arrival was a great little touch!

Unfortunately the shower was cold which wasn’t nice, especially with the cold weather.

comfortable central stay with parking short work from city centre

Location and furnishings were all comfortable. Parking instructions were very helpful and liked the eco friendly toiletries etc provided.

the bathroom door didn’t close properly and the light next to the sofa bed had some lights on the tips no longer working. Still had a good stay but thought you should be made aware if not already.

Great weekend break.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to all the attractions that we intended visiting. Nice little pub just a stone's throw away, Sainsbury's just around the corner.

It was all good, I've recommended it to several of my friends. Was a bit concerned about the parking and as you can see by the picture it was I tight fit , but we managed to squeeze past ☺️ My car is a Hyundai i40 so not the smallest of cars .

Definitely a 3 star I couldn’t stay again.

The location was great, the apartment was quiet considering it’s close to the centre and next to a pub. The host was helpful when I called regarding pulling out the bed in the lounge.

When pulling out the bed in the lounge there was a lot of wrappers behind it and dust , it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The pull out bed was uncomfortable and very noisy in the next room with the slightest movement. The apartment didn’t smell very nice , it smelt like stale cooking , when I stepped in I didn’t think I could stay it was quite strong. After a while I was used to it. The bathroom smelt musty . I struggled to brush my teeth in there as the smell made me gag.

Very pleasant stay. The property is central and you have restaurants and bars on you door step.

The bedroom was a little on the small side. I would suggest moving the wardrope to the wall where the TV was and or having 4ft 6in bed to allow room around the bed. It was fine for one night. I really liked the property.

We had a comfortable stay at this property and it was one of the best we have stayed at.

Very roomy, beautifully decorated with high end furnishings. Good location and there was plenty of room for 3 adults. The kitchen was excellent and there was a grocery store within a five minute walk.

Value for money perfect little home from home.Maybe a lick of paint near kitchen door .

Location was spot on.we didnt have breakfast it was selfcatering.

The only thing missing i think is a small tv maybe on a rack in the corner in the living area otherwise all was excellant.

It was clean tidy and easy 20 min walk to centre

It doesn’t have a tv in main lounge and noise from upstairs flat was annoying on the Saturday we stayed
