El apoyo del personal. El primer día estuve con gripe, me ayudaron de muchas formas. Exelente personas.
2.0
La cama muy cómoda, buena ubicación
Por las mañanas no sale agua caliente, el baño en bastante mal estado
4.0
Clean and comfortable room. Just right for a shower, some chilling, and good night's sleep.
The TV and WiFi were unreliable. Some noise from pipes and neighboring rooms.
4.0
Good location if you travel by car.
The bathroom facilities are kind of old.
2.0
we got in ok, room was big enough for us.
Almost everything else. The reception was only staffed at certain times, we weren't able to connect to the wifi and by the time we found this out (just after we had checked in) there was no one there to help. The room was large but basic, shower was small and dark. We didn't spend much time there, which was just as well. Didn't have breakfast. We were travelling for business but the VAT receipt emailed to us wasn't accurate, and I received no reply when I pointed this out.
3.5
Accessible to transport going to city centre
Receptionist is helpful in giving us informations like bus number to city centre and nearest shop available
It is very warm at night time and unable to sleep well
No air-conditioning or at least electric fan to help us feel comfortable
4.5
Quite cosy and clean rooms with everything needed. The personnel is friendly. And a shopping center in proximity.
Maybe some hooks for clothes in bathrooms would be useful.

Quiet
I was in room 1A absolutely no issues with the room unfortunately I had to sleep with the the window slightly open as the air freshener was far too sickly otherwise no other issues

The bed was comfortable and it was easy to get to from the city centre with public transport.
This place doesn't look like it's been updated in about 30 years! Only saw someone at reception when we arrived and had to leave our key* on the desk as when we left. WiFi was so bad I just ended up using my data instead and for it being a hotel I was very surprised with no air conditioning in the rooms. You can hear everything from the street in the night and anything happening in the hallways. Tiles were missing in the bathroom and when I had a shower at 7am there was no hot water, luckily that had kicked in when my 6 year old jumped in for one a little while later.
*By key I mean an actual door key and not an electronic card so remember to lock your door when leaving the room!
2.5
Comfortable bed, all facilities as expected
There was black mould in the bathroom, and no hot water. The receptionist was very sloppily dressed. The toiletries and tea and coffee supplied were very basic.

Great location, just up the road from Cameron Toll Shopping Centre. They have a private car park which was great and they're in a good neighbourhood and 15mins down the road from the city. The building from the outside looks great, they have a driveway and located on a main road.
Insects. I camp and hike a lot so I'm ok with the od bug here and there. But the room I was in had me killing countless ants and some spiders throughout the entire stay. I'd be sitting at the desk on my laptop and would constantly see ants crawling on the desk.
The shower was also luke warm, not very hot.
For what they charge per night, it wasn't worth it for me and I can get much better quality for cheaper so I sadly won't be returning for the foreseeable future.

I was travelling for work, the place is excellent value for money, bed super comfy, room spotless, food delicious, what is not to like?

Hotel was really nice, clean and quite.
The shower was very noisy.

Pretty much right beside a bus stop on a regular route which is really handy. The beds are comfy and the staff are accommodating. The room was a good temperature and nice and clean. Good quality at a great price.
We had a couple of suitcases with us and we were on the second floor right at the back. There's quite a few heavy fire doors between the entrance and the room we were staying in which made it a bit difficult to get to the room might be worth asking what sort of luggage you have so the distance to the room would be more suitable.
3.0
price and convenience for access to the city, also private parking.
I had an issue accessing first allocated room, which was on second floor, so had to carry bags back down two levels
3.0
Comfy warm bed and TV in room, easy access to location and regular buses.
Good affordable and fair price for what we got and the time we were there.
Stains on side of bed, shower leaking from neck of hose when in use. Didn't smell decent and clean. Even the remote control wasn't clean.
Was a bit difficult to navigate through the fire doors along the hallway, especially with the luggage (they were literally the only doors along the hallway we could pass to get around)
The radiator is also in need of a good clean (lots of thick dust inside the top bit you can see it as you look down on it)
Nothing bad that upset us, we were only there for 1 night. Just the niggly things brought it down a bit.
2.5
The room was nice and clean
Communal room locked so some of my food was left in the fridge
Shower didn't work properly

2.5
The quietness

Nothing was an issue asked for heater and got it.
No breakfast facility and rooms are so big it was cold
2.0
Comfortable beds, pleasant atmosphere in the room.
Bad cleaning - we found one towel used on arrival and even it was placed on the shower tub, it has never been changed. We received only two towels for three persons. Last two days no one enters the room to clean, empty the trash bin or refill the soap dispenser. The windows have never been cleaned. We ran out of soap on the first day. Nobody refills the tea/coffee pot in the room, too.
No front desk person in place ever. Unpleasant, if we are talking about a 3-star hotel. It felt like we stayed in an abandoned house.
