The rooms are clean, quiet and spacious.
Communicating in English is very difficult. The reception felt very stressful, like walking into a sacred place. Staff have very little flexibility for differences between international tourists. The stairs to go up are quite steep and not convenient for large suitcases. The rooms are clean and beautiful like in the pictures, but there are no bathrooms in the rooms, you have to take a shower in the shared bathroom. We checked in in the early evening, I was charged for parking even though I reserved a total of 5 rooms and the parking lot was very dark. When we checked out, the staff hurried to check out the room we were staying in. There wasn't a single employee to say goodbye to help manage the suitcases.

Great stay in kinosaki onsen area. Great facilities and right in the middle of all the onsen.. we loved exploring the area (it's amazing from sunset to midnight to do onsen hopping, explorations and taking photos.. or just enjoying the scenery)
Definitely recommended
Great service, spacious room.
Could not find the location in Google map but booking.com map works much better and accurate

They allowed us to checkin early when we arrived at 12:30pm, which was amazing to put down our luggage.

had the Japanese style accommodations on top floor. very spacious and comfortable. very quiet but central location in close proximity of various onsen and restaurants. the onsen in-house is attractive and private. staff very attentive and helpful. a very enjoyful stay
at first we were given a western style room, but it was smelling of smoke. After complaining, we were accommodated in the Japanese style top floor. very happy with change and attention of staff
