The personal was very friendly and helpful.
The Dinner was one of the best, we had in Japan. One evening beef Shabu Shabu was served. World class. The hotel is placed in the center of Kinosaki, so one can reach every Onsen in a few minutes walk.
One has to get used to sleep on futon. But beside that this is a very guide place to be

The crab dinner was exceptional, 10/10. The service was also exceptional. The hotel itself was beautiful inside.
Didn’t have its own onsen. Maybe I looked at it incorrectly that I thought it had onsen. Being spring time the staff warned us about some bugs. But I didn’t expect them to fall out of the ceiling, which kind of freaked out a lot of female customers. I heard quite a few screams. So I didn’t have a good night sleep and was not relax at all.

It was within walking distance from station and all of the 7 onsens.
Facilities, room had a mouldy smell to it and has a few bugs cicada type ones. Four to be exact which I distinguished with antibacterial hand spray.

We loved how traditional the property was. And the meals were amazing beyond imagination.

We felt very welcome when arriving. This ryokan is not on the main street near the river, just one house block behind it and therefore extremely quiet. The ryokan interior decoration is very much to our liking, with a lot of wood and a great attention for details. Our room was big, with ample closet spaces to store all our clothes and belonging. The windows and inner terraces were garden side, so we felt close to the nature. Very very good dinner and breakfast, with gentle service and counsels on the right 'process' :) A shared bathroom with a small onsen at ground level is available, which could be renovated a little but I used it only once as we spent our time touring all the big Onsen in KinnosakiOnsen anyway and felt very 'clean' all the time !
nothing to 'not like'

Staff was kind and charming. Meals were beautifully prepared and they accomodated us on no-fish request. Rooms were spacious.
The onsite onsen was small in comparison to other ryokans we stayed at. However, the town has 7 public baths and we used them instead.

We had dinner and breakfast included. The meals were plentiful, tasty and beautifully arranged.
The on-site onsen was very small, but the hotel was close to all the town's 7 public onsens and we were happy to use those instead.

It was right in town, so very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The origami gifts were a lovely touch. The food was plentiful and amazing.

Great hosts and in a great location, a short walk from the station in the middle of the town. Everything was perfect for our stay. Free onsen passes were included with the room which was a bonus, and they provided yukata and instruction on how to wear them and how to use the onsen. We didn't opt for meals during our stay, but they left us tea in our room each evening which was really nice.

The best dinner and breakfast 🤩
Provide everything you need for onsen town.No private bathroom (but have private toilet) because its onsen town so we have to go to the public onsen which is awsome. Overall its money worthed :)
The room is a little bit old due to its an old building.

There was some sort of machine or pump running outside our room at night, so it was not quite which was a little disappointing
