About this house rental

30 night minimum rental. 7 bedroom, 4 (2 full & 2 half) bath home in Newport is conveniently located less than 2 miles to beaches, downtown Newport and the area's other top attractions. The house was recently renovated including a new central heating/cooling system, new kitchen & new bathrooms. House is tastefully furnished including all new beds, mattresses and linens. Our home is perfectly suited for families with children as it is equipped w/ children's toys & games. The house is ideal for multiple families vacationing together. While we want our guests to enjoy their vacation, we are located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood and out of respect for our neighbors do not allow parties of any kind.

Lovely front porch perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and book, on site parking for 4 cars and backyard perfect for BBQ-ing and a game of catch!

Thank you Rob & Kelly for the wonderful family and child friendly home! Comfortable and super child friendly! Great place for family to congregate with plenty of room so that you aren’t tripping over each other! Definitely need a car or an Uber to get downtown and to most of the sights. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Necessity shopping only 5 minutes away and a great little donut place within walking distance! Newport is lovely!

The house is beautiful and has all the amenities to make your vacation easy and enjoyable. The house has large spacious living areas that make family time perfect for entertaining and meals. We also were provided with a high chair and a play room fully stocked with toys for our two grandchildren. The house was air conditioned which was necessary for the heat wave that lasted four days. The kitchen is well equipped for any meal preparation. The location was an easy drive to the beach and a walk to restaurants and town. We had several questions for the owners and they responded within a few minutes to make sure all was going smoothly. It could not have been more perfect for our family of 7 adults and two small children,

The rental house was very accommodating for my family of 11. Sleeping arrangements was very easy for 11 people. The house was very neat and clean, just as described in the ad. I would stay again.

We had a great girls weekend at the house! It was very comfortable for all of us and had all the necessities! Everyone also raved about how comfy the beds were! Having three floors made it very easy for all 10 of us to have some alone time but also all fit comfortably in the living area. Only issue was the grass wasn’t mowed in the backyard so we didn’t spend much time outside! Other than that very small complaint, this was an amazing, amazing house!

This lovely Victorian was the perfect venue for our college friends reunion. The house was immaculate and offered every amenity our group needed for a casual, fun weekend including the ability to prepare meals in the awesome gourmet kitchen. The owner was responsive and was available for questions during our stay. I would definitely book this property in the future.

This house is simply gorgeous! It's huge, and incredibly well-appointed with all of the comforts of home. Downtown is just a few minutes' drive away and there is plenty of porch and yard space to enjoy! The owners are extremely responsive and made our mini-vacation weekend such a relaxing and invigorating experience!

I was totally overwhelmed with this property!! It was extremely comfortable and beautiful! We had 8 adult people in the house, which it could have handled more. Everyone commented how wonderful it was. The owners were so gracious and accommodating and they made sure we had everything we needed. You cannot go wrong with renting this property. Just fabulous! We will definitely rent this home again when in Newport!

We stayed here with a group of couples for a wedding in town and loved it. Enough room to spread out with six bedrooms. Each room seems cuter than the prior - all perfectly decorated! Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area again!

A large wedding party group stayed over Columbus Day weekend and everyone in the group couldn't have more positive things to stay about this newly renovated historic home. Everyone had their own room and the home was so clean and fresh. Kelly, the homeowner, was absolutely amazing to work with and answered all of our questions in such a timely, quick manner. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer and enjoy a great meal in the kitchen which was completely stocked w/ cooking utensils and the beautiful backyard. Thanks again Kelly for everything!

We had a group of 12 woman who fit comfortably within this adorable home located right outside downtown newport. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. House was furnished nicely. Outside had a small patio and yard for entertaining, but doable. Downtown was aprox. 10-15 mins with traffic. Locally wineries and breweries were also a 10 min drive. Great Location. The host was amazing, kind, responsive, with great customer service. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!!!!
