Nice apartment, just tired looking

location excellent. Size great, just a bit tired with furniture and decor. Wouldn't take a lot of money to update. Some facilities weren't available that should have been but beds nice and comfy and clean bed linen Would be back if a little money could be spent.

We were on ground.floor, perfect for kids but gardens and garden furniture need attention.

Did the job for what I was looking for.

Not very much was provided for the breakfast and the bowls are very small. Location is good with lot of shops nearby. Would definitely consider renting it again next time I do have a function nearby.

The internet service was really poor throughout the stay. Also the fact that, I have to request to have the towels changed. The bathroom in the ensuite room was not evacuating the water properly and need to be looked at again. One of the sockets in the main bedroom is also not working at all.

the double sofa bed only had a single sheet and single dovett but it did the job

Good location , ok for adults to walk to the underground, a bit too long of a walk for a 3 year old one ,

that there were 2 bedrooms

There were not enough towels , pillows and chairs and recycling bins in the kitchen .

We had a very good stay here with family during our three nights stay

Good location with many shops and restaurants Close to train station, 20 mins to center Well equipped and comfortable appartment Two bathrooms and toilettes

Sometimes noisy during night, especially when cars were going one by one over steel cover on the road in front of house

it was a great stay, great location! definitely coming back.

the rooms were big and there was plenty of space! it was very clean and the staff was super nice and very helpful whenever we needed help. The location was great as well there were a lot of options to go grocery shopping, to get food or whatsoever. and the train station was just a 5 minute walk away.

you sadly couldn’t open the door to the balcony in one bedroom and the living room was always cold (we were there in February) even tho the windows were all closed.

Very good

Spacious, clean. There's a washing machine, great bathrooms, quite modern. Location is within easy commute. Comfortable beds. Few consumables such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, extra bin bag, coffee and sugar sachets.

Just a few small things...furniture is worn, especially couch. Buttons missing from cooker so couldn't get hob to work. Noise! there's a metal manhole on the entrance to adjacent public carpark, it rattled loudly every time someone drove in. The skip company driver honking the horn repeatedly to be let out, get him a fob!! No large trays to cook pizzas. Doors in hallways held open with fire extinguishers, fire hazard. Couldn't open sliding door from bedroom to balcony, left the room stuffy and I'm sure this would also be a means of escape.

Rreally good value for money, we enjoyed this stay a lot!

Very clean, well equipped, easy to find, easy to get to city center, nice area with shops, pubs, restaurants as well for breakfast as for dinner, very nice staff :)

close to station, convenient to shops and restaurants. secured parking is excellent. Spacious 2 bedrooms, recommend for 4 peoples or less.

Furnitures in living and dining room are bit shaky, therefore safety issues alert for young children and babies.

Nice Apartment in cute town

Very accommodating host, nice spacious apartment with most everything you need, close to train and bus, cute town outside the city.

There were plenty of pots but no pans. It was also a bit cold inside- it never got warm enough but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Good value

Easy to get to, everything was accurate and straight forward. Heater worked well. There was a couple coffee packets for the morning.

Not many restaurants nearby but that's not the fault of the apartment.

A gem of a place to stay in an otherwise not tourist section of London

A gem of a place, close to where I grew up, but also close to areas of London a tourist might not otherwise come to. The staff were very helpful, and the manager even bought us a coffee machine as the apartment did not have one. the park I mentioned earlier, the shopping city of nearby Wood Green and Enfield Town, close to bus lines that will quickly get you to an underground station, a 5-mn walk from an overground train station (Alderman's Hill). Manor houses like Forty Hall with museum and grounds and Capel Manor, now a Horticultural university with grounds and animal pens, etc.

The promise of a washer dryer fell flat. Promising a machine would be switched out 'next day' not really viable as it turns out only two of the apartments have them; the rest have washers only. Bit pointless to promise to rob Peter to pay Paul as what happened to us with. We managed but did stay two and a half weeks and could have done with both. Why not bite the bullet and equip all apartments with washer/dryers? Despite a quiet out of the way location, there were some noisy nights from party goers. Also, the building itself was very echoey at times with doors slamming as people came and went. Not a deal breaker, however. At one time the manager told me all numbers - his, the 24/7 customer support and the 24-hr emergency all went to him and his cell. This is weird and perhaps puts too much on anyone's shoulders. He did answer all my calls, however.

good stay in a spacious flat, could’ve been improved by a few quick fixes

The apartment was spacious and fairly clean. I liked the gated carpark. good location for our show in Alexandra Palace.

the bathroom needed an anti slip mat in the bathtub as we both slipped when showering. the ceiling had mould on it. toilet brush and it’s holder was broken. we couldn’t get the oven to work, there were no instructions on how to use it. no bowl or plug in kitchen sink, had to wash dishes under running water. one door lock didn’t work. it is a noisy location, so sleep was disturbed!

Apartment was fine, did not really like the area.

Location close to Tottenham. Close to bus, and train station. Room was nice, 2 bedrooms, and a full kitchen. Restaurants in the area.

Right outside of a bar. Could get loud at night, had to walk around puke in the morning.

Comfortable, cosy stay.

Cosy apartment situated in enfield, a quaint township. Clean and sleek. Situated near the palmers green train station, about 5-10 minutes walk. It takes about 30 minutes train ride to go to the center. Decent number of restaurants, grocery stores around. Even have a few numbers of halal restaurant nearby. Easy checkin & out. Pretty comfortable for 4-5 people to stay I'd say.

Toaster is not working. Overall, love the stay.

For a quick stay it has your basic stay but definitely not a romantic or chilling place to stay

- Location is good, you have nearby supermarkets and cafés such as McDonald’s, Costa etc. - Nice spacious area in the living space - Has an elevator which is always helpful when you have a family - Good security door downstairs and you can see who is buzzing on your door. - They have an accessible reception next door in case you have any troubles. - The cleaners gave us space and didn’t barge in like other housekeepers do. - Has a washing machine and dryer, good dishwasher and cooker, nice fridge freezer and a nice tidy microwave. - Nice storage space for your clothes and toiletries - Provided free WiFi

- The cleaning could have been better, you can’t walk around the apartment without having to wear sandals and shoes or else you’ll end up having completely dirty socks or dirty feet. - The entertainment side of things is non existent and the TV is outdated which doesn’t even have your typical accessible apps like YouTube or Netflix - There’s no mirrors in any part of the apartment except in the bathroom - Bathroom doesn’t have a good ventilation system, for someone who is asthmatic I struggled to breathe inside when having a shower - Blinds were broken in the bedrooms which meant I had to climb on the bed to roll up the blinds - The bedding wasn’t comfortable, could provide more softer and cleaner to make the sleeping experience better - No AC for the hotter days except the provide a fan which is completely dusty - The decor wasn’t exactly appealing In summary, if your reasoning is to stay and sleeping for the night and you’re spending most of the day outside then it could be your place. But I wouldn’t recommend it as a place where you can chill and kick back and enjoy the apartment because the apartment does feel outdated and could improve on many things to make the experience so much better.

Great stay in a nice neighbourhood.

Nice neighbourhood, spacious apartments. Good showers and comfy beds. We were in a group that had two apartments and had a really great time and felt really safe and enjoyed our stay.

The apartments were clean but are getting quite worn, they could use some touch-up. (Drapes in the living room broken and not working, flooring damaged after a water leak some time ago, dishwasher and drawer clashing, rusty cupboard handles.. those kinds of minor issues that could be easily fixed and shouldn't bother you but are annoying).

Enjoyed the area and easy to get a around London.

Location was good. Apartment was clean and tidy - kitchen quite well equipped.

Bathroom plumbing was very poor - not flushing properly. Also plugs missing from sinks. No bath mats for coming out of shower. One light out in bathroom. The lamps in bedroom weren’t working - even bought bulbs but still didn’t work. Reported this and we were told we would get replacement lamps - but this never happened!! Blinds in one of the bedrooms was broken. Nice apartments but falling into disrepair -wouldn’t take much to get them up to standard.

We will return if we get back to London.

The location is 5 min away from the train station and same from Morrison’s grocery where you can buy at fair prices anything you want for your kitchen who is well equiped. Very quiet place.
