- Amplitud habitación - Amabilidad del personal

- No hay tendedero para tender la toalla de la playa, bañador, en una ciudad costera. - La suciedad por fuera del hotel. - Que gente con pocos recursos te "aborde" nada más aparcar fuera del hotel, pidiendote dinero por "cuidarte"/"vigilarte" el coche.

The area around the hotel was not clean It was garbage all over and it had a smell. We went to the main part of Palermo and it was a lot nicer.

Ottima posizione vicinissimo al varco Colombo . Comodo per chi deve imbarcare. Bella vista dal terrazzo di 12-mo piano dove c'è un bar.

Quirky, amazing value, good food, parking, clean, comfy, friendly staff and quite a bit of it actually is 4 star!

I think this hotel is underrated. I’ve stayed there 3 times now and whilst the location is far from pretty, once inside this enormous hotel the staff are professional and courteous, the lunch and dinner menu is pretty good and fairly priced, the breakfast choice ok. If you’re looking for a traditional 4 star hotel you’ll be disappointed as despite the lounge, bar, dining rooms, roof top terrace and bar (June to Sept I think) and smartly dressed staff this place seemingly specialises in large groups of people at a time, presumably via arrangements with travel agents. Consequently the clientele aren’t your typical 4 star hotel types but mostly the over 60’s on holiday or groups of people attending a conference or seminar, another service the hotel provides. The rooms are a decent size and are clean and in my opinion perfectly comfortable albeit in a more 3 star way. The lifts are modern, swift and efficient which is important as you may be on the 11th floor. There’s a good chance of a sea view too. Bear in mind especially that there always seems to be a room available here so good news for last minute travellers and especially for those who arrive or leave by ferry as it’s about a 7 minute drive away from the port. This is how we discovered the hotel and we were allowed to eat breakfast and lunch both whilst waiting for a room in the comfortable foyer on early arrival and also whilst waiting for an evening ferry on leaving. Parking is easily accessible at ground and first floor levels and personally I’ve never been charged either although it may be wise to check that if it’s important to you. Finally, and putting it all in perspective, €75 is the most I’ve paid for a double room, and that was in early June 2024. Cheapest in May was €55. It’s a quirky place but I love it, I’d always stay there!

Considering all, the only improvement I’d like to see is with the air con which works ok but I found the room stat wasn’t accurate so I had to set it at about 12 degrees to actually get about 22 degrees.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber ein Palast ist es doch nicht

Naja das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ja eigentlich schon toll Ich hatte wohl das eine der sehr wenigen Zimmern das eine Meeressicht hat - die anderen haben Aussicht auf eine Art Zementdeponie respektive ehemalige leere werft

Zum Teil auch doch etwas wenig professionel aber es war halt so günstig dass es dann wieder o. k. ist

Horrible le 11 mais parfait le 7 avril

Le petit dejeuner

Hôtel transformé en colonie de vacances avec des jeunes livres a eux mêmes sans contrôle d'adultes qui crient , courent , tapent aux portes dans les couloirs jusqu'à plus de minuit. Fatigue je n'ai pas pu me reposer , je demande donc le remboursement d'une grande partie de la réservation . Par contre établissement parfait comme lors de ma nuit du 7avril

Çevresinde çok iyi local restoranlar var. Şehir merkezine yakın sayılır.

Hijyene önem verilmemiş Banyo ve odalar iyi temizlenmemiş Yanı sebze hali olduğu için sivrisinek problemi var. Asansörler yetersiz. 3 asansörün biri daima arızalı. Kahvaltı servisi iyi değil. Resepsiyon elemanları pek yardımsever değil, genelde mutsuz görünüyorlar.

Trop bruyant, extrêmement mal insonorisé! Nous avons été logés au même étage que des adolescents non éduqués et sans gêne qui ont fait du bruit toute la nuit! Je m ai signalé à la réception, cela n’a pas été suivi d effet. Le second soir idem, j ai demandé à changer de chambre. C était mieux mais globalement on attend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines. Je ne comprends pas qu un établissement 4 étoiles puissent mettre des gens normaux à proximité de groupes d adolescents sans surveillance! C était pire qu une auberge de jeunesse.

Si je devrait retourner à Palerme je choisirai un hôtel en centre ville.

Bon rapport qualité prix, c'est vrai, mais le minium de confort pour un 4 étoiles n'était pas au rdv. Le personnel est super sympa rien à dire !

Le rideau de ma chambre se fermait à travers, ce qui laissait la lumière passer tôt. Je n'ai pas oser appeler l'acceuil à 5h du matin. Malheureusement on entend bcp de bruit surtout en semaine à partir de 3h du matin quand les camions déchargent la marchandises dans le grand marché de gros en face l’hôtel. La situation géographique est médiocre car on avait prévu de se déplacer en bus vu qu'il y a un arrêt au pied de l’hôtel mais malheureusement déçu du service car les horaires bus ne sont pas du tout respectés et des fois on attendait 45min-1h à l'arrêt sans que le bus ne vienne. On a fini par prendre 3x le taxi (+50euro le prix du taxi pour l’aéroport). Nous vous laisser pas séduire par l'option petit déjeuner compris car pas bon du tout et pas trop de choix. Les viennoiseries ne sont pas bons et il faut attendre 15-20min pour que les paniers vides soient alimentés, bref déçu aussi sur ce point.

Ben collegata alla stazione centrale

Pulizia non buona, ho trovato peli e capelli ovunque. L’acqua calda non era utilizzabile nel bagno e il pulsante del wc perdeva. Coperte sporche di non so cosa . A colazione hanno servito ad una persona sola un cannolo dicendo che era solo per lei. Non c’è ospite di serie A o serie B…

Tutto sommato l’albergo è ok sono un cliente da tempo

Il letto matrimoniale era a molle con due materassi che tendevano ad aprirsi più creavano lo scalino ( non è il massimo essendo un 4 stelle )ma devo dire solo quando prendi la camera in offerta invece a prezzo standard i letti sono ottimi

Very nice stay between the city center and Monte Pellegrino :)

The Astoria Hotel is in an excellent location if you want to visit both the center of Palermo and Mount Pellegrino. My room was very clean, with a beautiful view of the Palermo harbor. I noticed that some rooms have a terrace, so you might want to specify that feature when booking. The internet was not available in one part of the room. :) It is apparent that the bathroom hasn't been renovated for a long time, but it's very clean, with a bathtub that's nice to lie in. The breakfast food is decent, but for my taste, there's a little lack of vegetable salads.

Everything is super old and looks very depressing. The area is far from being nice and the only reason I went there it was for a parking but I then discovered it wasn't not included in the price. That hotel needs to be redone from the ground up

Hotel o motel ? non si capisce bene … non si può chiamare un hotel a 4 stelle una struttura vecchia con gli infissi tipo ospedale … camere sporche e vecchie senza un minimo di cure lasciamo perdere la mobilia, appunto da motel americano. La reception da per scontato che sei di Palermo info zero… le risposte alle tue domande sono esclusivamente si e no senza un minimo di consiglio aggiunto . Il cameriere della colazione chiede il caffè solo sei sei dottore infatti la prossima volta vado con il camice. In fine che dire pessimo davvero pessimo.

struttura datata, non pulita. Le stanze erano piene di zanzare. Il letto vecchio e molto scomodo. Il bagno vecchio, con rubinetteria rotta e con vasca da bagno senza tenda, nè vetro. Prezzo alto rispetto ai servizi offerti.
