Decent room but frustrating situation with the check-in manager

The location was good and the room was comfortable. The hostess who made breakfast was wonderful.

We almost didn't get into our room because of the total incompetence of Gianluca, the check-in manager. I had spoken to him two days prior to our arrival and texted him twice from Rome about our late arrival. We arrived about 11:30 P.M. to find a locked entry door and no Gianluca. We tried the intercom - no answer. Fortunately our Italian-speaking cab driver called Gianluca for us and on the 3rd try got an answer. Gianluca said he'd come over to the B&B right away but kept us waiting another 35 minutes. When he finally arrived, he was rude and insisted that, somehow, it was our fault that he was not there to greet us, and when finally reached by phone, took so long to get to the B&B. I have visited over 60 countries, my husband over 90, and we have NEVER had to deal with someone like this before.

Great place! I would stay again!

Clean and renovated place, nice breakfast, fantastic location! Anna was very kind and caring, with a big welcome smile every morning!

I would enjoy also eggs option for breakfast and contactless check-in for more flexibility on arrival time.

Very central location by the Cathedral, accomodation is modern, spacious with nice breakfast. Anna and all staff was very nice, we definitely recommend this place.

It was great , super cute B&B with nice people in a wonderful location

Staff were very nice a d friendly, room was very clean and the location was perfect! Breakfast was nice and I was happy you guys had soy milk .

Great location but the breakfast could be much better.

Very close to the Cathedral and restaurants. It had the best shower of our trip.

No elevator. A lot of steps to get up to the third floor. The breakfast was just ok!

Huge room with Balcony. Great location behind cathedral. Fresh fruit available with breakfast but no bread or toast. Only pastries. Host organised a transfer to airport for us at good price.

A lot of stairs to room not well lit.

Superb

Perfect in all respects including the service of the morning breakfast staff. Room 2 was spacious and clean. The light from the mini hvrefrigerator was somewhat annoying.

I would have given this stay a 11/10 rating except I prefer an in person reception. Last minute entry instructions don’t work for me. Also the preregistration was a little tedious. All convenient for the host but not so much for the tired guest making multiple bookings during a prolonged stay in Europe

Great location, clean.. and that's about it.

Great location, right next to the cathedral. Very clean and the breakfast was very nice. Spacious room and good wifi. Good air con. Should be noted there is a couple flights of stairs and no elevator. Lady that serves breakfast was very nice and kind.

Has a bit of a hospital feel, with a smell of disinfectant and very basic furniture in the room, felt a bit sterile. Needs a little personal touch or something to make it less institutional feeling. There is no mini fridge or access to a common fridge, and the vending machine wasn't working. In summer it would be nice to have access to a bottle of cold water without having to go to the shop and buy it. The toilet makes an unholy loud noise when you flush it. Communication is so so.

Great value in a decent location

The room was very nice, and the breakfast was great, and the staff was wonderful.

There were 2 1/2 flights of stairs to access the unit. Also, I didn’t see the instructions on how to access the property for the first time, but once I did, all was good.

Lovely stay! Quaint.

The location was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Room is spacious.

The entry requires a steep climb of 2+ floors of stairs. The breakfast was good, but didn't have any protein. Would have loved some sort of eggs or cold cuts.

Location, room size and staff were all amazing.

The noisy electric cabinets in the yard could be heard most of the nights disturbing our sleep. I am aware that this os not within the power of the hosts to change , but a bit of a nuisance.

Incredible stay in Palermo with Palermo Cathedral next to the B&B.

All check-in/check-out and payment process were fully automated/remote. Matteo also is an incredible guy who let us leave our lagguages in the day of flight back. The location is extremly close to the Palermo Cathedral (you can literally see it from the balcony). Everything was very clean. Served breakfast very tasty. I would recommend this place to everyone without hesitation. Thanks Matteo!

To explore old part of Palermo

Spacious room, clean and bright with a little terrace facing old town and Cathedral. Lovely breakfast.

Breakfast could be arranged as well as self-catering by leaving staff in the fridge and instructions how to operate coffee machine.

Our host was very helpful in finding a parking lot which indeed was nearby. You only have to be patient.

Traffic in Palermo is special. Respect the Zona Traffica Limitata when approaching the B&B.

Superb

Perfect location, perfect service, very nice and spacious room. I recommend this location to everyone.

The breakfast is totally sweet, no cheese, no ham, no butter, no baguette. The croisant, fruit, yogurth etc. - perfect for one night stay, really! But not so good for longer stay. The bathroom is really spacious, but the shower is small.

it's a very nice apartement and nice price, with saftey guide, it's nearby the center and train station and so convienet for us to take any bus or taxi. it won't let you disappoint if you choose it !!

Location, modern interior, new bathrooms and showers, cleanliness, air conditioning, cheerful breakfast lady, thankfully managed to get free parking close by.
