Modern, clean, great atmosphere, fantastic room, lovely decor
Little bit away from downtown but I was happy to walk in.

The property is modern and upscale—a nice place to stay when escaping the elements. The hotel is pet friendly and doesn’t charge a massive pet fee, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. We would control most of the elements in our room using a proprietary app.
The app to control the room functions needs a bit of an upgrade—or perhaps just a very thorough review from a strong UX/UI designer.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff was so sweet and helpful. Everyone was very accommodating and it was in such a great location. Close to great restaurants like “ Rodeo Goat” and “The Mexican” . The cafe inside was gorgeous and lattes were so good. I asked for my room to be decorated for my significant other and it was perfect.

It is a beautiful property and very clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
The pool closes at 8pm. Food seemed overpriced for quality.

Pool was amazing, rooms were super comfortable and dark at night! Hahaha I dunno if this is a complaint or an observation about Texas, but the portions were huge.

LOVED every single thing about this property. The staff makes you feel like royalty. There is a car service that will take you within a 3 mile radius (make sure to tip well that is how they make money for driving). The room was spotless and state of the art. The beds were the most comfortable I have probably EVER slept in. The shower is huge and awesome. There is a stocked fridge and bar in the room if you choose (we did not). The bar was fantastic… the “shag room” was an awesome 70’s vibe that my daughter loved to sit in for her 21st birthday. The bartender recognized my special needs son and brought him a soda in a plastic cup with a lid. The staff checks on you to make sure everything is up to your liking. It was our first time ever staying at a Virgin property but will be seeking them out when we travel. I just wish they were in more cities so we could stay at more! Located in the design district of Dallas… very safe area. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel when in the Dallas area!
Nothing. This is an exceptional property!

The overall design and decor were great. Love the vibe.
The sound insulation between rooms wasn’t very good as we could hear the neighbors on each side. Hallway sound insulation was good though. The window also was not insulated to temperature. If the shade was up the room was easily stifling with the sun coming through.

Very high end and just really cool. Artwork and furnishings and decor was fun. Love the look. Especially being an interior designer

I thought that the breakfast was excellent and the location was very easy to get in sand out of and right in the heart of the arts district.
The only thing that could have been better was being able to stay a few more days.

I loved the property! Great staff and very clean
1. During check in it was an issue because I booked with booking.com. After almost 30-35 minutes the confusion was the staff at the front desk realized all they had to do was use the same payment again since the hotel only charged for one day.
2. Housekeeping kept waking us up before 9:00am after leaving the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the day.
3. We had to call maintenance everyday while there because our television wasn't working properly. The only conclusion they came up with is to move to another room at 2:00am after being unpacked and comfortable.

Nice rooms
Poor quality breakfast, amenities where missing in our room, some of the staff speaks only Spanish

Didn’t have breakfast !!
The place was expensive and the carpets is dirty the room walls are thin I heard my neighbour talking all night.. elevator is old and the carpet in the hotel
Needs to be re done .. The place is run down ..

Pool side bar man was cool. Nice beds
Ridiculous prices, cold hot tub, unwelcoming, pretentious, breakfast not included even though stated and paid for at booking, (for 4 people) they give 25USD per room toward breakfast instead, which doesn’t cover 1 dish!
4.3
it was very artsy and the staff was really nice
I woke up in the middle of the night itchy from the bedsheets. I had to have housekeeping come in my room at 3am to change the sheets.

Amazing artwork throughout. The decor makes for an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. We loved the little details, even down to the red faucets in the shower. The furniture was so beautiful as well! We will be back.
The staff was not as kind or helpful as I’d hoped for a 4 star hotel. The lady at the front desk upon check in insisted I had not already paid- we went back and forth until she finally saw on her computer, that I had indeed pre-paid. That was frustrating and could have been handled much better. The barista at the coffee shop was also not the kindest, we had to greet her since she couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge us first. Not to sound uptight, but when you pay so much for a nice hotel experience, I expect a kind and helpful staff along with that price.

excellent services… Great employees… positive energy

I liked everything about it clean, friendly... from the room to the staff and the food was actually everything!
I didn't like how windy it was. Wanted to really enjoy the view. Of course, this is nothing you could have helped... however the patio door wouldn't lock. Although I was on the 6th floor... Paying over 2000 for two nights. Feeling safe is important. One other thing me and the wife would have enjoyed having a long/full body mirror... a must!
