Spacious room. Useful amenities : big ski / snowboard locker room & laundry room. Helpful staff. Onsen. Easy access to bus stops for free shuttle to Iimori Resort / Hakuba 47 (in fact at hotel porch) and Happo One (few mins walk).
No shuttle service except on arrival and departure. Not near any convenience store. Bit of a walk to eateries.
4.5
Mountain view.
Onsen.
Nice basic breakfast. Not crazy buffet spread.
100Y washer
100Y 15 min dryer in basement
It's what I expect. No problem.

Hot spring experience is unprecedented good. The view also amazing. All service is considerate and it worth to
recommend who visit Hakuba Valley.
3.5
view, size of room, location
only stair access and buffet was not great. also a bit run down but acceptable

Onsen was excellent

Breakfast was good - nice variety with an egg station and the fruit always fresh. Ski shuttle right outside the hotel for Imori. Didn't try the onsen but the freshly laundered yukata provided was a nice touch as were the complimentary water, green tea, hairbrush etc. Staff were really sweet and helpful.
Dinner options could be much better. Very small menu and didn't go for the buffet as selection was extremely limited. Would be great if there was a proper restaurant in the hotel as often after a day on the slopes it would be nice to just be able to grab dinner downstairs. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance but make sure to reserve ahead as many are small and have long queues if you are not there before 6pm

The location and size of room were great!
Some parts of the property is old. The ski lockers are very old. The washing machine and dryer are very old too. The reception is closed from 10am to 2pm. Literally we cant get help for anything during this time.

The hotel staff was wonderful, very helpful and polite. Location is quite good right opposite Nakiyama slopes. The bar was nice but it was too cold. There are laundry facilities and ski lockers.
This hotel is too cold, it needs more heating. Our room was freezing, same in the bar and the restaurant, so so cold... Reception is closed from 12 till 3, which is very inconvenient as we arrived at base camp at 12 and could not get through to the hotel to be picked up. We have also sent emails the day before with no response. In the end we had to walk there with all our luggage, fortunately it is not too far from base camp. The onsen is nice but it could do with some repainting and refurbishment. It would have been nice if the restaurant changed the menu, it was the same food every day.

The building is amazing, the view & location was amazing. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Great ski storage areas & laundry facilities. Loved this place & can't wait to go back.
4.5
The property is very clean and nice, though it is a little dated. We were not able to book a room with Mountain View but the views we got was still breathtaking. Parking is also free. The outdoor onsen and ice bath was wonderful, but there aren’t any private onsens if you are a couple.
Nothing in particular, other than the lack of private onsen. The check out time is also a little early (10 am) but this is in line with most properties in Nagano. It was also a little expensive for what it is offering. Other than that it was a very solid stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Not very much.
Location. Lots of walking in ski boots carrying skis and poles. 2 bus connection to get to any other field apart for iimori and happo. Skis and boards are carried onto bus and extremely inconvenient. Room and hotel was also dated.

big clean rooms, comfy beds, fabulous Onsen and great location. staff were wonderful

It was so comfortable and peaceful without being opulent and flashy. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent. The beds were super comfortable. The hosts went out of their way to make our trip a good one - even taking us to an appropriate snow slope when they saw us floundering. The onsen is just magic and comfortable for a foreigner. We loved it.
Nothing. It was perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful Onsen onsite. After a day of skiing it was perfect to come home to.
the restaurant in the evenings as expensive so we didn't go there

good service. good location and nice onsen!
WiFi doesn’t work.
4.5
lockers, dry room
bit far from restaurants and there is no microwave.
3.5
there was free shuttle pick up from the bus terminal. the best part is also that they have the luggage pick up and send service. this allows us to travel light as we could send the luggage straight to the airport after the skiing trip. the onsen was good too.
The place wasn’t near to many food places, but then again many restaurants were still not open when we were there. ordering merlino’s pizza was definitely one of the best option for dinner after a day of skiing

Onsen was fantastic.
Rooms out dated but bathroom was good.

Great breakfast and dinner. With the shuttle service, location also great.
Dinner was pretty much the same each night, but it was very good.
