My stay at the hotel was very pleasant.

The location, the variety at breakfast, pleasant staff.

Dinner took too long to be served, and there was not that many options from which to choose.

nice swimming pool wich are cleaned just before the weekend for the daytourists

the beautiful garden with his flowers and trees, lots of birds

the peephole in the roof above the bed, the lighting in the room, very dark. the loud music by the pool

Not what we expected…

Location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quality of food is low compared with other hotels and restaurants in Antigua. Room air conditioning air stream on the beds was bad idea. Hotel charged us twice then acknowledged mistake. One night they sold our room to another guest while we were staying there, the guest opened the door since he had a valid key but luckily I had placed the restraining bar but we were scared.

Pretty nice, but still got the feeling that it was overpaid.

Pretty comfy and impeccably clean.

I got the feeling that it was overpaid. And the breakfast included was just the buffet at the restaurant it didn't include room service, which wasn't specified. I ordered room service and the food was outstanding, but the waitress called me around 4 times in less than a minute even when I already answered the first time.

Great hotel, not such great rooms

Great breakfast buffet, nice options, it's parking lot is pretty big and had no issues coming late. The hotel is pretty clean and has great public areas and different activities for my family.

The bathroom wasn't the greatest, the bathtub was a mess water all over the place, didn't have a odor extraction working. It needed a maintance

Some people was holding a party until 1 a.m. It was pretty noisy in my room.

Place tried to nickel and dime the guests. Paid for a suite. Coffee pot in room but didn’t provide coffee.

We book a suite but we were not told it did not have air conditioning. We were moved to a smaller room with A/C but was not adjusted on price.

When asked staff on WIFI they didn't answer or help us get on the hotel WIFI. The bar didn't have a good selection of liquor.

Worst customer service ever. We had to cancel the last night of our stay after we had already paid the entire stay at check-in. A month and multiple phone calls later we are still waiting for our refund of the last night. Unacceptable.

The hotel is old, run down, the rooms look their age, and the shower was so old that it sprayed water all over the floor.

the staff is not at fault and with the little tools they have try to compensate , shame shame on the owners who make the

when you walk inside you see it perfect just like the pictures , but it’s like walking to a beautiful jewelry store and and diamonds , and when you approach the counter everything is plastic and fake !

the room upgrade “ thanks to booking “ was a nice touch. the room had 2 outlets and had to disconnect a lamp to charge my phone. this being a local ( all inclusive ) brought down the quality of the food and became a very populated place , it was you would expect from low budget all inclusive “ tang as orange juice “ and very low standard food , considering ( we weren’t part of that membership and had payed for our room ) it was a 180 dollar room and you would never expect tang , bring your own coffee ( for coffee maker ) hard to express , would never go back.
