fantastic Villa perfect for a large family for a relaxing holiday close enough to everything

This property was fantastic the photos don’t do it justice .it was perfect in every way .it was spotless ,pool was fantastic and space was huge and only 4.50 in a taxi to the main square .

For our first experience of staying in a villa we really enjoyed it. Great space for us and the kids

We liked the amount of space, the play room for the kids, the amount of towels given and the quality of the facilities.

The pool needed a good clean by the end of the stay, which they did come to clean but then we couldn’t use the pool.

Nice villa poor communication

Very spacious villa in a quiet location.

Staff weren't great at messaging back about questions or problems we had. We had no use of the pool for 3 days because it wasn't working (freezing cold and dirty)and after messaging the staff they never got back to us.

Superb

Great place to stay. Fabulous inside. Covered pool, which was great. Astrid and Gustav were lovely, and very welcoming. Quick to respond to the few questions we had. Great location, 30 min walk to centre or 4 euro in a taxi. Will definitely stay again. The Irish women !

Lovely villa but you need a car. Some issues, I hope the owner will address.

High quality furnishings. Kitchen well-equipped. Great to have a pool. Comfortable beds.

No welcome pack - not even a bottle of water. No manual explaining Wi-Fi, local amenities, recycling, emergency contacts etc… Kettle needs replacing. Handle gets too hot when water boiling. Nice pool but there are 4 vents, 3 with covers on that blow water. Then one that sucks with no cover and hurt my back. This is dangerous for children who could be hurt. Residential area with road noise and barking dogs. Owner did not answer a question I had. In fact after sending me the door code had no contact with me at all.

Beautiful villa, everyone enjoyed

Beautiful villa! Loved the downstairs room for the kids, plenty of space, lovely pool, villa was ready early for us which was a bonus! Main bedroom was huge with an en-suite and walk in wardrobe. Other rooms nice too. 3 bathrooms which helped. It was a 40 minute walk into costa teguise centre walk left out of the complex and keep walking you’ll get there eventually! There is a nice park 2 minutes in the complex for kids too!

Little communication when messaging through Casa host. Never got the Wi-Fi code, no gas for bbq or patio heater as it ran out, nowhere to store or take rubbish so had to leave on the drive way in bags. Would have liked more cleaning products we had washing up liquid and 5 dishwasher tablets could have done with more. We did purchase some so hopefully will have been left for next guests

beautiful, spacious villa, the play room for children was very nice and plenty of toys already there. the astroturf grass around the house and the pool make it nice and comfortable for walking around and children playing

Winter Family break

Villa was a lovely house with pool with all mod cons

On arrival at villa at stated time were sent away as cleaner was not finished Pool was dirty with even bits of plaster in it On phoning manager she did act on complaint with sending people to clean it the next day Think someone to meet you on arrival would be a more personal touch The villa is a bit of a distance from the centre of teguise so if you haven't hired a car you would need a taxi There is a Euro spar nearby for shopping where staff will phone a taxi for you .

Superb

the villa was nice, big, clean and rooms were nicely decorated. Terrace by the pool was the place where we spent a lot of time. The area is quiet and supermarkets are pretty close by car. In overall we recommend this place.

We spent there 1 week. no one came to take out the trash. There were only small bins, definitely not enough for such a big villa. The water in the pool wasn't the cleanest one. When I asked politely if we can stay a little bit longer than check-out time, because of the flight no one replied. Obviously, the answer could be NO but I would appreciate some answer.

Lovely villa idea for families

The villa was very spacious and ideal for families The communication with the hosts was good and issues were fixed in good time. WIFI good quality and sun all day in the spacious garden area.

Some of the utilities seriously need updating especially if you are cooking in the villa

Very good

Villa was gorgeous and very clean . Had everything you would want. Great for the kids.

Was abit far from the centre so it was taxis every day which took abit out of our money. Also because we were arriving late (after 10.30pm) it would have been nice if there was some water an milk provided because there is nowhere at this time to buy any refreshments.

Great stay perfect for families

The villa was nice, decorated to a high standard although it is a 40min walk to the main part of Costa Teguise, taxis however are around 4.50 Euros so not expensive

The distance to the town was quite a walk before you actually reached anything but it’s not too bad taxis aren’t expensive

Enjoyable stay but disappointed about the lack of services

The villa itself was lovely, and well situated. We had an enjoyable holiday at Aquavilla, which was not, but could have been, spoiled by the lack of domestic services.

We feel that an expectation that cleaning, towel change and bed linen services would occur during our stay was reasonable , and we felt that we should not have been required to perform these ourselves. There were no spare items of linen, and on request to the owner, a cleaner reluctantly arrived after several days, then only to change the bed linen and towels. No cleaning was performed during our stay. I was surprised by other reviews that mentioned having hosts to greet on arrival, and the presence of a 'welcome pack' - we arrived late in the evening and this would have been helpful. Incidentally it would not be possible to cater for the suggested number of guests with the kitchen facilities provided. Several minor maintenance issues were also necessary, and we were told not to worry about these - although I notice that they had also been mentioned in other reviews. On our final day no cleaners arrived before the next group of people had checked in, and we felt that an appropriate clean should have occurred, particularly in the current covid situation. These issues did not detract from the enjoyment of the holiday, but we felt greater attention to detail but the hosts would have contributed greatly to the stay.

Lovely stay in a very private cosy villa, will be back 😎

Our lovely host Astrid arranged a shuttle for us to get to the villa which was so nice. We arrived to a lovely villa and a lovely little welcome package of wine, tea and coffee. Master bed was so cosy, all facilities were exactly as described. Had an issue with Netflix but Astrid came to our aid quickly and issue was resolved. A lovely week in pure comfort 😎

It could have been helpful to have some map or details of shops, supermarket on arrival as beaches and shops are not too close and a few minutes of a walk from the villa.

Beautiful villa

Excellent facilities and not too far from town. Local taxi firm spoke English and came quickly and the fare was EUR3.50 each way. Beds were lovely and comfortable with soft pillows. Kitchen came well stocked with essentials and we were left a great welcome pack of water, milk, snacks. There was tea and coffee in abundance in the cupboard. The master suite was beautiful with a huge bed plus walk in closet and enormous bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Outside the terrace was lovely with plenty of seating and a heated pool. We will definitely return.

Comfortable and clean modern villa perfect for families with children.

Everything. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable after a particularly disappointing start to our holiday in a very poor hotel.

Nothing - villa is stunning, perfect facilities, well equipped, comfortable, quiet and safe.

It was perfect, thank you so much!

we asked if we could go in earlier since we had a really early flight, there was no problem at all! At the end of our stay we had a late flight and it was also no problem to stay in longer. The pool was heated, all the rooms were clean, neat, big and the master bedroom was amazing! The kitchen had everything you needed and the amazing part is that the host leaves stuff in the kitchen for you to use... for example, tissues, all kinds off herbs and seasonings, oil, vinger, every simple thing you need to cook, but you don't want to buy because you use so little. The beds were good beds too! for the kids there was. a lot to play with, communication with the host was super! We needed him once and it was no problem and he. gave us a quick answer. overal the stay in this house was perfect!! thank you so much! If I return to Lanzarote, ill definitely return to this house.
