Excelente hotel

It was a good stay. I wouldn’t suggest staying for more than a few days.

The intimacy of the rooms

The fact that you either had to walk a good distance or you had to wait on a ride which wasn’t as available as they would make it seem.

Highly recommend for couples. Beautiful resort!

- Gorgeous property - Staff is friendly and helpful - Rooms are beautiful and spacious - Pools are clean and aesthetic - Property is well maintained - Very good food (a la carte restaurants were the best)

Communication with the butler was a little off. Nothing dramatic, but one morning breakfast that we didn't order came at 6:30am. The second day we got two breakfasts an hour apart. Canceled a cart pick up, but it came anyway. Small things like that.

TRS is a break taking get a way from home that anyone would enjoy!

The property was absolutely stunning! Beautiful & offered many bars & restaurants!

The only minor issues I had with the property was check-in & housekeeping. As far as check in, the lady told me that I had a balance to pay which I had paid online 5+ days prior to my trip. I showed her my booking email confirmation & she insisted that I show her that the money had been withdrawn from my bank account (it should never have to get to this point) but of course I showed her. Thankfully, the manager came out & ensured me that I will be able to go ahead & check in to my room & enjoy my stay. Also, the lady receptionist told me that my room wasn’t ready yet but she would send me an email or find me at the restaurant I was going to have lunch at when my room is ready, she didn’t do either. She also told me at check in that she would make dinner reservations for me that evening, my butler told me that there was no reservations made for me & she kindly did the booking for me. As far as housekeeping, there’s a button in the room for you to press. Before I headed out to enjoy breakfast, I pressed the button… toured more of the property and had a few drinks at the pool bar. I assumed that maybe after 2-3 hours later I would come back to my room being serviced but it still wasn’t.

Some things exceeded my expectations and others not.

The breakfast was good . The location was nice and private. The staff was very nice and payed attention to detail and the guests needs. The diners were very good and the restaurants were beautiful. The grounds and pool area was clean and well kept. Overall a very good experience

The meal our first night at Helios was sub par with not much flavour. The room was adequate but it had a musty smell. The room also had a broken tub and we had issues with the safe and the fridge wasn’t working on arrival. These issues got fixed but for a five star resort a better inspection of the room should be done before the guests enter the room. We went to the Colonial sports bar food and service Terrible and staff overall not friendly.

Can't wait to go back. Probably the best AI resort in the area.

Amazing food with a variety of cuisines, daily seaside breakfast with an amazing sunrise from infinity pool. The hospitality from the all the staff specially our butlers Rogelio and Roberto added to our pleasant stay. The room and the property were super luxurious. There were so many daily activity to experience and places to visit within the resort. Plenty of bali beds at the beautiful TRS beach. Romantic dinner at the beach will be a core memory to us. Easy to find golf carts to take you wherever u want go. Very private and romantic except the infinity pool which is curated for party lovers. Basically we can find everything based on our mood.

To nitpick: The beach at the infinity pool is rocky. But there is a good beach 5 min away. There could be more flowery plants.

Great restaurants, excellent foods, staffs friendly, facilities & infrastructures are clean.

Beaches not great, cocktails needs more alcohol, noises at night from some travelers in our complex.

A Relaxing Return to Paradise!

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The room with private pool is well designed and comfortable (although in the year since I was there the outside pool area could now do with some maintenance, as the ocean is starting to show the effects of the salt in the air on the wood and metal of the outside furniture). It was great to see that TRS offered the same room amenities and cleanliness as before, and they did not drop their standard there. The greek restaurant in the Adults only area by the main pool was also still serving high quality food and service, which I was also delighted to see. In my opinion it's the best restaurant in the resort. Overall I was very happy to return to this hotel and I enjoyed a relaxing stay there. I want to give a mention to Jorge who works in the check-in area of the TRS. He was so welcoming, professional and great fun to speak with him in multiple languages (Spanish / German / English)...I was VERY impressed by this, and he really deserves a BIG mention for a smooth check-in process and his excellent high quality service at this hotel did not go unnoticed.

Nothing! It's a great hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.

Superb

This property is so large and beautiful. It's definitely a sexy location for adults to get away and enjoy free time. The rooms are nice and spacious.

The food was a hit or miss. My only gripe about my room would be the fact that I had to pay extra for a poolside room when there wasn't a pool beside my room. They need to be honest in the advertisement. There aren't ANY rooms poolside lol. Poolside means your room is closer to the pool than other rooms.

Beautiful resort

Infinity pool. Saxophone playing by the pool was so classy! The Chic show was amazing! French restaurant was delicious. Loved our private pool too!!

Making an appt to use the gym. No yoga in the early Morning. Helios buffet was very good, but had exact same food every day. Marble everywhere made it very slippery when feet were wet. I slipped and fell 2x as did my friend. Also, why are the toilets so high? I am 5'6" and my tippy toes just touched the floor.

- the highest quality of hotel service, very kind, engaged and helpful -variety of different kind of delicious food nicely served without any issues with reservations (in trs area) + access to all of the restaurants from palladium hotels complex - wide range of activities (cooking classes, yoga, tequilla testing, diving, archery, shooting etc) - trs infinity pool and Beach zone were very calm what gives great Opportunity to relax - amazing chic cabaret show

Great service and clean hotel. Worst resort food in Mexico, would not recommend

Hotel service, staff and cleanliness was awesome.

Buffet breakfast at La Dalia and Helios were the most horrible I’ve ever tasted. Lunch was below average.

Okay, but nothing spectacular

The beach area is really nice (a bit far away though). Lunches at restaurant Helios was really good and tasty. The Chic cabaret is a most! The hotel area is huge and there are lots of areas where you can spend the day.

The room looked a little bit old and worn. The Italian restaurant "Tentazione" was a disaster - the food was not good. For dinner El Gaucho was definitely the best. Most restaurants seemed to run out of wine and champagne glasses all the time. We mostly got our wine and champagne from water or beer glasses, not so nice in my opinion and the staff didn't seem to care at all. All the time at breakfast and lunch you had to chase the staff to get theirs attention. All the restaurants are both buffet and ala carte so they do not come to you if you don't wave like crazy. Some times it took 15 min or more to get the drinks you ordered. Most cocktails contain very little alcohol, you have to ask for a double if you want to feel anything at all.

Unforgettable stay!

Wow! 🥇WHAT A HOTEL!!!🥇 What an awesome hotel! Everything was just GREAT and AWESOME! The service in this hotel was VIP class! - one concierge per bulding - several rooms, - transportation around the resort, Several restaurants: mexican, Italian, french, steak house, etc. The food was VERY tasty, always fresh. Rooms was very very clean and cleaned twice a day! In room service - alcohol, dishes, breakfasts, almost everything! To HAVE TO STAY HERE!!!
