het was ondermaats ! 1 bedlamp stuk stopcontact in badkamer hing helemaal UIT de muur geen mogelijkheid dus om fohner te gebruiken daar geen ZEEP aanwezig wel sporen in de douche van een afgebroken zeepdispenser geen propere badkamer voor een bedrag van over de 200€ zonder ontbijt was het absoluut niet goed je wordt niet vrolijk in deze kamer daarbij waren het enkele ramen je voelde de koude zo binnen komen daardoor slaap je heel slecht

Pésima.

Lo mejor es la ubicación y nada más. Todo el resto es pésimo, empezando por la puerta de entrada principal de la calle con el cristal roto y tener que llamar para tener los códigos de acceso ya que a pesar de haber hecho el checkin on line como exigía el establecimiento no he recibido nada por correo, pasando por la puerta del apartamento (que no tiene nada que ver con las fotos ), puerta que no se cierra bien y hace ruido cada vez que cierran otra puerta de otro apartamento, suciedad por todas partes, manchas, humedad, colchón que se hunde en toda su superficie, moqueta del suelo sucia y con manchas, cortinas igual, soporte papel higiénico roto, paredes bañera con suciedad y humedad, polvo y suciedad en las esquinas, telarañas dentro de la habitación y por fuera en el marco de las ventanas, partes despegadas de la puerta y de la mesita de noche, enchufe sin tapa y otros que no funcionan... En fin, lo mejor y lo único destacable es la ubicación, el resto deja mucho que desear la verdad. Todo por mejorar empezando por las fotos de la web de Booking que es un auténtico engaño perfectamente denunciable por publicidad engañosa. Fotos del apartamento disponibles para confirmar lo arriba descrito.

ich konnte das hotel nicht betreten. reklamation. zutritt zum hotel nicht möglich!

reklamation. ich konnte das hotel/zimmer nicht betreten. es war nicht möglich mit den daten der reservierungsbestätigung das hotel zu betreten. versuche, über ihre telefonhotlines booking. com deutschland und smartflats belgien waren erfolglos. es kamen keine gespräche zustande. nur der hinweis, eine e-mail zu schicken, die innerhalb 24 stunden beantwortet wird. was für eine empfehlung, wenn mann 18.30 uhr vor dem hotel steht.

Not at all value for money

The location was good ,

Wifi was not working at all, even after complaints they took no action and for our complete stay it did not work at all. Basic requirements like electric kettle were not there. During booking they showed the pic of the kitchen and represented as if they will give us kitchen facilities and dish washer ect but all this is not provided. Over all it was a normal room in the name of a smart Home. Not at all value for money .

Its location

- It wasn’t clear enough how to access the room. I was looking for a lockbox… eventually I had to bother someone from another room to explain how to access the room. - WiFi wasn’t good enough to receive signal in the room - some lights in the room doesn’t work, for example the main light - tv is configured to connect an hdmi or whatever, not to show actual channels or normal content - bed sheets could be adjustable. Covers are too small and my skin/face would touch the dirty mattress and that’s not nice - very first day contacted to say about electricity and WiFi issue, answer was to share pics about it. I dont know what picture I can take to show the WiFi doesn’t work or the light doesn’t turn on. I was staying for 2 days so I didn’t bother.

La posizione ottima vicino la Grand Place ed lo Smart check-in. Il letto è super.

La camera è in cattive condizioni, ci sono delle infiltrazioni, la lampada è rotta, le finestre sporche e la porta della doccia non si chiude. Il wifi non arriva in camera, stavamo al quinto piano

Ubicación ideal para pasear por Bruselas y sus zonas centrales y mercadillos navideños del lugar.

La cortina eléctrica no funcionaba y estaba a medio abrir. Habían accesorios deteriorados como la mesa de noche y el sujeta papel del baño, se valoraría poner más almohadas.

les lumières de la salle de bains étaient cassées la porte de la salle de bain ne sert à rien puisqu'il y a une grande ouverture sur les escaliers robinet de la baignoire cassé, impossible de modifier la température de l'eau WC mal fixés, manquent de s'effondrer

I did not stay! The company is not giving a refund either

this room did not even have a kettle let alone an area to make tea

really small space not for 2 people. No wardrobes or drawers anyone staying there would have to be prepared to completely live out of their suitcase. this is not amicable for a weeks stay. window opened onto gutters!

Fantastic location, good value, but needs a refresh and better cleaning.

Amazing location. Easy (automated) check-in/out. Sizeable room with en-suite. Air conditioning Comfortable bed

Decor definitely needs a refresh, as it’s tired, even though it is not dated. Beginnings of mould in bathroom. Cleaning needs much improvement. No mattress and pillow protectors.

Disappointing

Someone had a key card for my room and tried to gain access to it at 6.45am, but luckily I had the door bolted on the inside. I don't know what would have happened if they got in. I felt unsafe after that, and couldn't sleep.

DON'T GO THERE!!!

The room and everything would be actually okay but DON'T GO THERE anyway!

I was there with my girlfriend an two friends in another room. In our room the ventilation of the bathroom was running all the time an we couldn't turn it off... even at NIGHT it was running!!! We measured a volume of 40-55dB in the BEDROOM! We wrote the hotel, they said they sent a technician but nothing chnged... In the room of our friends at the second and thirs day, there was a burgler in their room. At day 2 their headphones, tolinos, chargers and other electric stuff got robbed. At day 3 nothing got robbed but some objects changed place, so the burgler was there again... DON'T GO THERE!!!

location!

no wifi, horrible customer service… doesn’t do what they promise, difficult to get to speak to someone, and when you do, they cut you off. the room has ZERO ventilation. no heater, so since it’s middle of winter, we were freezing at night as the big windows covered with ice. imagine how hot it will be in summer… only one small rubbish bin in toilet and no extra bin liner. they don’t clean until checkout, so bring your rubbish with you each time you go out

the only thing that made me happy was the location, everything else is terrible🤢

the windows could not be opened, and they were also dirty. The lighting worked only in the bathroom, only half of the sockets worked properly. Wi-Fi on the 5th floor did not work at all, SmartTV does not exist at all. The lamp was broken. The shower cabin smelled terribly of sewage, it was impossible to close the door normally. And as an icing on the cake, there were simply no curtains that would separate the sleeping area from the bathroom😡
