Great apartment, great value, great experience.

Beautifully furnished apartment with a great corner view. Courtyard on one side and a canal on the other. Easy access to two piers catch a waterbus and right next to the Hilton which had a rooftop bar with a 360 view. Our apartment manager was great. Had a problem with the washing machine and he sent someone to fix it right away.

Not too to dislike. Not too many restaurants close by. You’ll need to catch a waterbus for more options.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind überaus zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder buchen

Ruhige Lage und gute Anbindung an Transportmöglichkeiten. Alle Einrichtungen waren sauber und funktionierten. Es gab eine große Auswahl an guter und sehr guter Gastronomie in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Eine kurze schriftliche Anleitung für WLAN , Müllentsorgung etc wäre hilfreich.

O cazare foarte buna daca nu vrei sa stai chiar pe insula.

Liniste totala, restaurante si chioscuri pentru gustari si mic dejun la 10 minute de plimbare. Masina de spalat, masa de calcat cu fier chiar au fost un plus. Si pentru Italia, scurgerea de la baie mergea impecabil, zero mirosuri de orice fel. Super.

Locatia este frumoasa, dar faptul ca nu eram pe insula, pana la urma nu mi-a placut..sa astepti o barca la ora 12 noaptea sa ajungi la cazare nu e comod....

Non lo consiglierei

Bello l'alloggio con spazi davvero ampi.

PIENO di zanzare (e ci sono stata a febbraio, non oso immaginare in estate) Posizione scomoda al massimo, ci si deve sempre spostare con il vaporetto

Perfect holidays

Perfect location to observe the main Venice Islands from the other shore. The city looks amazing. Relaxing atmosphere and very nice restaurants on the shore.

There is coffee machine, but no coffee in apartment.

The apartment is large and bright, featuring magnificent views from the windows of the bedroom and living room. It has been tastefully renovated, creating an upbeat atmosphere that makes you feel at home. It's a relief to return to the serene tranquillity of Giudeca after a busy, tourist-filled day in Venice. The bathroom is spacious and beautiful with natural light shining through a Venetian glass window, bringing brightness and joy to your mornings. The owner and his assistant stayed in touch with us from the moment of booking until we entered the apartment. They provided instructions on how to get there and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and convenient. We highly recommend this apartment!

The property is a restful haven away from the crowds

I enjoyed the peace and quiet of its residential location. The apartment is spacious and attractive, and very comfortable.

The dining table worked reasonably well as a desk, but having an actual desk would have been nice. I was led to believe I would have more of a kitchen, though it managed to suffice.

Go to Guidecca for peace & pasta

Beautiful quiet area in Guidecca with water views. Alvise met us and graciously showed us around the apartment, which was very clean and had everything on hand. Washer/Dryer, cooking equipment, some coffee, tea, staples provided/donated from previous visitors. Had toiletries, hair dryer & iron. Wonderful views from both rooms with big windows to allow the breezes in. Guidecca has a great choice of bars, awesome restaurants and well stocked mini markets. Some lovely galleries, art spaces, churches. We enjoyed our time, and we're grateful to have found this spot, away from the majority of tourists.

Water buses are expensive - $25euro a day! Pillows need replacing, and there was no plug for kitchen sink and could not buy one anywhere 😄

view over the lagoon is amazing. the rooms are clean, the bathroom is fabulous and everything works. The host was incredibly friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating.

Very spacious apartment. Very clean. Very quiet. Good views. It is on an island so you do have to get a water taxi to the Main parts of Venice. We got a three day pass so it worked out fine and was also able to use it to go to Burano and Murano.

The owner of the property did not receive quite a few of my messages prior to arriving.

well appointed ..decorative and comfortable and a great location ..plenty of bars and restaurants if one wants to enjoy a relaxing evening after a busy day on the main island friendly and helpful lady met us at apartment

Serene space

Lovely spot away from crowds but near to Central Venice, views of sea and sky

Bit of a walk to vaporetto but only an issue because I had limited mobility at the time.

A wonderful experience again of Giudecca and the festival.

ideal 5th floor location. Marvellous air conditioning and not too noisy. Good shower strength and also excellent towels. The bed was extremely comfortable. Carlotta was a charming greeting host.

The apartment door handle came away from the locking barrel. The old keys in the kitchen cupboard doors kept falling out and the doors were awkward to open,as was the fridge door. perhaps the doors were a little misaligned. however these issues are not significant and didn’t cause any frustration.

Cozy stay in quiet area

The Apartment is located in a very nicely refurbished industrial Building. It’s very spacious, has beautiful Furniture and is equipped very well. With espresso machine even ;-) If you want to have a more relaxed stay with calm evenings, I totally recommend this place. Along the pier are a few good restaurants and bars, which are not overrun at the moment. And of course with the water bus in walking distance, you can get to everywhere.

Light and airy apartment next to Venice.

This apartment is on the fourth floor of an updated building on Giudecca. It is very spacious for a Venice-area property, with a well-stocked kitchen, a washing machine and iron, and comfortable furniture. The bed pillows are divine! There are four windows (two in the bedroom, one in the bathroom, and one in the living/kitchen area) that provide lots of light to the space and, when opened, give the apartment a delightfully airy feel. There was a mosquito or two at night, so we had to keep them closed while we slept. We arrived a bit early to the apartment and Alvise (owner?) arranged for us to drop our bags off early while the unit was still being cleaned. Very nice! Wi-fi is super fast. Getting to and from the unit via the Vaporetti is no problem (best to get an Actv multi-day pass [than to pay for a single use ticket] to get back and forth to Venice). There are serveral restaurants and stores along the Giudecca waterfront. We love this apartment.

This is one of the best accommodations we've come across on our Italian travels. No complaints.

This place is fantastic in every way. Alvise was a terrific host, he shared many local favorites and was very accommodating - went out of his way to make us feel at home.

Spacious, modern apartment with excellent views.

Excellent views. Big modern flat. A very good place to stay, and peaceful due to being away from the main tourist areas.
