Location
Not clean carpets were dirty and smelled, in a week we asked for towels to be changed but never did. Also bed was very uncomftable and mattress out dated.
Its hard to comunicate with staff, only on whats up but never respond.
3.2
Room was well-decorated and was en-suite, situated at the back of the building so not much noise from the traffic. Towels and shampoo provided and the remains of a hospitality tray. Shared kitchen downstairs with fridge, cooker etc so more or less a self-catering place. Would be ideal for contractors working in the area.
Waited an hour to access the property, sheltering in Sainsburys as it began to rain. Site is unmanned so you need a code for the front door and your room which I hadn't received. Helpline were slow to respond but eventually responded. Room was supposed to have an electric kettle but didn't. The one in the shared kitchen didn't work so had to heat up water in the microwave. Reported this to the helpline in case I was charged for it later down the line. No feedback or suggestions received. Bed was a bit lumpy. Received emails prior to arriving asking how had my stay been and would I be rebooking!!!!

Big, comfortable room with a decent hot shower. Other residents were all very friendly.
Needed to keep blinds mostly down during day for privacy because window was onto busy street.
3.2
the property was nice and quiet
i like the room becouse it was having its own bathroom
3.2
Clean and tidy
Towels should be changed as wouldn't dry as radiators not used
3.2
Great clean room. Good size. Nice provision of toiletries.
Front door video instructions do not work. Hard to work out how to use.
3.2
Great location, close to train station, shops and walking distance to the hospital.
Loud guests disrupted 2 nights sleep, smell of drains in bathroom, noise from street. Communicate with owner almost non existent. Really disappointing.
3.2
Nothing
It was dirty, the bathroom needs some bleach on it. Round the toilet base smelt of urine, the shower needs a good scrub between the tiles, it also needs a washer as it was leaking at the hose to shower head. The bed was the most terrible thing ever. You could feel every spring. We booked two nights, but I couldn't stay tfor the second night.

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. It was decorated to a modern high standard and I liked having the little fridge in the room.
This is really a house of multiple occupancy where people live so you are actually moving into someone else's home which I found a little uncomfortable. There is a large communal kitchen but again I felt awkward using it as it was full of other people's every day living food, utensils etc. It all felt a bit like imposing myself on a young person's hostel. Initially there were no staff available except at the end of a contact centre phone line. I did get a direct phone number later. Also the window in my room looked out directly on to the street at only waist high so the blind had to be fully down for any privacy.

It has everything you need, good location
The accommodation was very clean and I will book again definitely but won't be in same room, I didn't get much sleep as window is by the road and car noise didn't allow me get much sleep.
3.2
Location was suitable and secure.
the facilities did NOT work. I paid for the bath tub in the room which was an additional cost however I did not receive the benefit of this as the bath plug was broken. This issue was raised with the management team during my stay however no communication was received until the day I was checking out. I have since sent many messages about refunding the additional cost, however the communication was been EXTREMELY poor and on occasion I have even been ignored. Approx 2 months later and I am still waiting on an answer re refund. Not at all happy with the service.

Comfy bed. Glad you don’t have to carry around a room key and its a code for your room. Nice shower. Pleasant location
Staff shared my mobile number into a whatsapp group with other people who aren’t in this country, (major data protection act breach?), remote didn’t work on the tv couldn’t turn the volume up on the telly, so could hardly hear it, the room was incredibly dark once you pulled down the blind due to all the walls being painted black.
3.2
lovely decor and nice as it was across from the pub
you can hear absolutely everything, due to the shared kitchen downstairs you could smell other peoples foods and the beds were rly low to the floor which wasn’t great!
we always paid the same price as another couple we traveled with and they were left with a nicer room than us? which isn’t really fair considering we paid the same yet they were upgraded
3.2
The room was spacious and had everything you need. Plenty of towels. I would stay again.
There wasn't anything I disliked.
3.2
The staff were really friendly and helpful, sorted a problem we had really quickly.
The mattress was really old and uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep the first night because it was so bad. The staff provided another duvet to add some extra padding, which made it much better.
3.2
code door access was very convenient. big kitchen space and decent sized room.
it was impossible to get Netflix working properly on the tv, the bed was super loud and the setup of people living there permanently wasn’t clear in the description.
3.2
Was decent and good price. Location is next to Lidl and Sainsbury's. Also next to fast food places and barber shops. 20min walk from Stoke station too.
Since there are many different people coming in and out, you can hear doors being opened and slammed. People playing music loud. Someone left skid marks in the toilet. Value for money but wouldn't recommend getting shared bathroom. Also bring ear plugs if you plan on having an early night.
3.2
So if you get room 205 beware.... There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the room next door which backs up to the toilet. Someone decided to use this at 9pm and the noise the vibrations make are reductionist loud! We tried to mask the noise with the TV but couldn't even hear the TV. The person then decided to dry their clothes in the Tumble dryer.. oh and the window didn't shut
3.2
it was really nice place and the ppl that are already in there are very welcoming
not being able to get a taxi from the place
