It was bright and airy
Sofa bed was covered in stains, lifted the seat and dust and hair was gathered around edges and corners. It was not cleaned.
The dishes, pots and pans were in cupboards unclean, sticky, dirty, food was still stuck on them. We had to purchase disposable dishes because they were not usable.
Bathroom smelt, toilet was leaking.
Mattresses were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs digging into you.

The town area of Stoke was easily accessible from the property. On street parking was available. The rooms were spacious, the cooking facilities were good.
Noise from the adjoining apartments was a problem. it was if no sound insulation had been installed in the new walls. The crockery and cutlery were a miss match. There was no clear instructions for the location of the bedding for the sofa bed, however when we contacted the owner they explained. They didn't seem to know that we were a married couple in the bedroom and a third adult who was using the sofa bed. The bathing facilities and WC was a little cramped

Steep staircase and would be great to have a safety gate at the top when little ones are staying.

The property was very clean. Nice decor and colour scheme. Beds were comfortable and the staff/owner was nice. I had to call several times the first night because the light tripped off a few times. But he was courteous and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Nice modern apartment, my family and I really loved it here. We stayed for about 9 days. The rooms were very clean and as nice as the pictures. Good location with easy access to bus stations, Sainsbury and convenient stores. Highly recommended.

The apartment was as described and functional.
There were a few wear and tear niggles, extractor fan in shower/toilet room hasn't worked in a while judging by the damp smell.
No mention of it being a first floor apartment with steep stairs to access, not a problem for us but we weren't aware.
Other niggles were reported and a swift response received.
Shower/toilet room was interesting with 6 of us and only 1 toilet, in the same room as the shower!

The apartment was a good size for a family of five. The main room had a dining table, sofa, small kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher and just enough crockery.
The bedrooms and main room were clean.
The bathroom was tiny, the shower cubicle needed a deep clean and there was liquid rust in the soap dispenser by the sink.
Parking was limited outside the apartment and if you were any later than 6 you weren't getting parked.
The apartment was on the second floor with very steep stairs leading to a very narrow hallway, which meant we couldn't let our toddler roam free in case he fell.

This apartment was very well located for a family of 4 to visit Alton Towers, Trentham Monkey forest etc... There were 2 supermarkets (Lidl and Sainsburys) less than 10 minutes walk away. The cafe next door (the Bees Knees) was great for breakfast and the staff were very friendly. There are also lots of take-aways on the London Road so plenty of choice. The apartment was clean and had everything you would need for a weekend break and I thought supplying guests with tea, coffee and cornflakes was a nice touch. There is on street parking outside the apartment and around the corner on another road.
There was no sweeping brush to clean the kitchen floor after the kids ate breakfast but lots of other cleaning supplies were available including dishwasher tables, washing up liquid, sponge to do the dishes etc....

the property was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed as a family of 5. the amenities were everything we could want, full kitchen facilities large rooms comfy beds good size lounge area with tv and dining table. there was 2 supermarkets less than half a mile away.
there was nothing we disliked about the property we will be recommending to friends and family planning a similar trip to look out for these apartments and book if they can get them we highly recommend them.

Small bathroom and shower was not exactly very clean. Hand wash in kitchen would be good

The apartment is close to the shops..Moreover the place was very clean and nice love the kitchen love to cook. So much to watch on the tv 👏🏽👍. We both enjoyed the area..We would love to come back again.😊❤️
The kitchen: Needs Bowls,Wooden spoons,chopping boards.
BBQ stand will be nice in this lovely weather for the guest to use..
Bedroom for couple it needs a double bed not single beds,for children that will do.
WiFi is not strong enough it will take a while to connect..

We booked this place to go to Alton Towers for thd weekend. It was a great place to stay with the family, beds were very comfy. The apartment was equipped with everything that you needed. There were also complimentary, tea, coffee, cereal & biscuits. The apartment was clean & we enjoyed our stay.
The living area could do with a new coat of paint & the sofa bed could do with a clean but no big issues.

Easy parking, easy check in and out, problem with kettle was resolved promptly. TV remote wasn't working, but they tried everything to fix it and still I was left in silence, but that couldn't be helped. Overall I liked the entire experience and would recommend them. Next time I would make sure I had 2 other guests staying as it would have proven better value for money.
Originally I'd booked the apartment for 3 guests. Things changed and I became a solo traveller, I asked for my stay to be extended for 2 additional nights, but the owner made no allowance that I was a solo traveller and wanted £87 each additional night. I checked out and found suitable accommodation at Travelodge for £31 a night for a family room. Sometimes to encourage long term business, there's got to be a bit if give and take. I've booked a 3 bed house in Nursery St for 5 nights next week for £420 fir the week.
