住宿地點離車站大約走10分鐘，住宿環境舒適，附近有7-11很方便

房間數量充足，餐具也很夠用，貼心有廚房紙巾使用，床很好睡，一樓房間的電視很棒

有一間房間冷氣壞掉，樓上的電視沒有樓下的電視好

オシャレな建物で快適に過ごせました！次回も機会があったら利用したいと思いました。

とても綺麗で広くてよかったです！

①洗面所、キッチンの蛇口がオシャレなんですが、捻りにくくて使いずらかった。 ②洗面所、キッチンの洗面台が浅過ぎて床が濡れてしまいました。 ③お風呂が追い焚きが出来ないので、続けて入らないと冷めてしまいます。特に冬は追い焚き機能があるとうれしいです。 ④冷蔵庫と冷凍庫の区別がつかず、冷凍庫に冷蔵の物を入れてしまい、解凍して食べました。わかりやすいと良いです。 ⑤食器とフライパンはありましたが，土鍋があれば鍋を作れたと思いました。

Fairly decent with zero human contact/interaction.

Walkable distance from the train station. Comes with free parking lot. Interior space is fairly decent.

Plenty of rules and most of them accompanied by hefty fines. It’s a huge turnoff to read through the full listing anyway.

Rules and Fines

It seemed newly constructed, and everything was clean. The kitchen seemed well equipped, although we did not cook. There are 2 toilets and separate sinks that accommodated our group of 6 adults well. There is a 7 Eleven very close. It may be better for a smaller group.

We never saw anyone; self check in and out. But I got barraged with emails of house rules and fines for breaking rules. We were monitored by cctv. We could not check in until 3 and had to be out by 10. There is no ability to leave our bags before or after. The facilities over 3 floors are small and cramped. We gathered in the small kitchen on uncomfortable furniture. I was irritated by the final email I received, which indicated only a rating of 5 would be acceptable as Booking would not maintain its listing if rated less than 5???

Well equipped and spacious home

Awesome place to stay! Loved everything about it as it is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. - Spacious for up to 6 people and they even have 2 bathrooms and toilets. - Washing machine is both a washer and a dryer so you do not need to dry off your clothes outside. - Well equipped kitchen for those who cooks. - Available parking space for those who drives. - 7-eleven is less than 5 minutes walk. - They provide free portable wi-fi for you to use around the area. - Beds in futon style. Wished that we stayed more than one night here. 😌

I don't recommend those with super big luggages or those who can't climb stairs as there are narrow stairs upon entering the door to get to the living area. The location could be a bit further from Hakone-Yumoto station (around 8-10mins walk), so dragging roller luggage could be a bit tiring on the road. But it's a peaceful town so taking your time walking pass through the river could be quite nice.

Stagione Hakone Yumoto is a very nice apartment close to the Hakone Yumoto train station area, giving you easy access to the train, tram and buses to other parts of Hakone. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

awesome and convenient location especially to the yumoto station. owner is quick and prompt in response on any queries prior to the trip. check in and check out was fuss free

Well situated ,very comfortable.

We loved the style of the house, clean lines and functional. Many appliances that were well documented and,made our lives easy, eg washing machine. Great bedding too.

great stay in Hakone Yumoto

We had a wonderful stay in Stagione Guesthouse at Hakone Yumoto. The communication with the guesthouse is great, the apartment is beautiful, the location very convenient (a 7-Eleven nearby and a bus stop in front of the house, convenient if you use the Hakone Free-pass). I truly recommend staying in Stagione Guesthouse.

FABULOUS

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR STAY HERE! Everything was perfect! All the instructions were clear and we were able to navigate the controls quiet easily. Location was superb as it was a really short and scenic walk from the Hakone Yumoto Station. Netflix, YouTube was readily available via the projector. The host was readily available to answer any questions or queries we might have. The kids loved sleeping on the upper floor on their futons. The host is kind enough to provide umbrellas and pocket WiFi which were so handy for us. (It rained the 3rd day we were there). We highly recommend any families to stay at the accommodation! Being able to do laundy was a definite plus for us!

The narrow staircase up the main living level as we had trouble trying to bring our luggages up. But other than that, there is nothing bad about staying here! And the fact that we should have stayed at least 5 nights instead of 3 in Hakone as we loved the city. Everything about our stay in the apartment was wonderful!

A very pleasant stay!

The house is very clean, big and comfortable. We have a very pleasant stay. We like the location which is 7 mins walk to Hakone Yumoto Station and less than a minute walk to 7-Eleven.

Well equipped house with luxury amenities

Luxury bathroom amenities and plenty of good quality utensils. The house is quite clean and well located (only a few minutes walk from the bus station). Toilets and shower look like new. Plenty of onsens nearby

It was not possible to place the four futons together. The living room had place for two and the small room upstairs (with the low ceiling) for the other two. However that was not a problem. There were even two futons extra!

A cosy stay

My family loves the house. It's very clean and nice. Location is excellent, near to Hakone Station. This was our self drive trip but we walked to the eateries in Hakone Station for dinner. It was so enjoyable. There are 2 bathrooms on the first and 2nd floor, good for big group of family/friends staying together.

A perfect place to stay in the mountains

I'm not much of a hotel guy now, so I was very happy to find this place on Booking. I must have been dreaming when I saw it was a full house at my disposal for the week. It totally exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed for my stay. There was plenty of space to stretch out your legs and a full kitchen to make meals. I also liked that it was only a few minutes from the central area for tourists and the train station. I would most definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hakone.

Apart from one incident in which a woman tried to open the door late at night (I guess she came to the wrong place), everything else was perfect. There is a 7-11 nearby, but no proper supermarket, but that's not their fault.
