Lovely well presented room but a lot of road noise

Super easy check in. Effortless. Lovely clean and well presented room.

It was very noisey all through the night. Even with ear plugs I could hear the cars and traffic all night. Wasn't a good night sleep.

Great location for the stadium and easy instructions to get into the property and the room. Room was a tad smaller than in the photos but more than enough for what we needed and good for the price

Location, close for the football Notts County Even closer to Nottingham forest Free parking All amenities around aswell And the housekeeper I met first Pharrell was helpful, friendly and approachable.

Easy to access. Simple but comfortable room, good for an overnight stay. Competitively priced.

No hooks in the room. There was nowhere to hang towels or coats, would be very easy to have a coat hook on the wall and towel hooks on the door. Second bedroom was very basic, perhaps a table lamp might make it feel more cosy.

Over all it was not bad at all.

Great location for what we needed, clean and comfortable, good clear instructions for our stay.

First floor kitchen was lacking mugs, plates etc so had to use second floor kitchen which was better equipped.

Very good, will used it again for sure!

The room very modern and it was bigger than it looked on the photos, the bed and pillows very comfy, my son had his own separate bedroom which was warm and had a really good size as well. Windows closed perfectly and no sound or cold came in. Toilet was modern and good size. Shared Kitchen was better than I expected and we used it. Parking on site.

Easy process the whole way through, comfortable room, and terrific value for money

It was easy to get to & no problems parking - nicely out of the way of the main road. Super easy to get in with the codes and a million times better than having to meet someone to get the keys. The room was nice, bathroom / shower was nice, bed was comfortable... will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

The room itself was a bit sterile - could do with a little something on the walls or something - but that's subjective & it made me write something in here!

For a one night stay, this property was fine. Location was great. Room was clean.

Walls are very thin. Got woken up at 2am with other guests coming in. Property also states that it accepts AMEX payments but rejected my card

bad experience, and overpriced

it was clean

the double bed is too small for two persons and the sofa bed is not comfortable at all ! The one bedroom apartment is too expensive , while the triple bedroom has one double bed and one single bed and much lower in price ! the conclusion id doesn’t worth it and the street is a nightmare while crossing!

Great location - but very noisy, great for youngsters!

Location was brilliant, easy to find. Wifi was excellent.

Car-park was just a a a muddy, wet bog which we paid extra for early parking. Room 6 was very basic. Single glazed, poor windows so lots of road noise too. Tired looking room and bathroom. Prior to staying the owners had sent numerous "house rules" e-mails so in hindsight the alarm bells should have been ringing..... Very noisy as lots of young adults staying, no care for others, slamming doors and shouting to each other. No reception to complain to either. Complete free for all, I would imagine you can cram as many people in every room as no was of checking. As it is an old Victorian house there is no soundproofing and wooded floors don't help either. Admittedly was a Saturday evening and appreciate that people are allowed to have fun. Stayed with my 10 year old son and got a dreadful nights sleep. I think the main gripe is that we were expecting a lovely room and walked in to find a very basic, white walled box. I do think that Booking.com should take more care in making sure the pictures are correct to the rooms. I wouldn't stay again as even though the location was great the need for sleep outweighs it.

Overall quite happy.

Good location for the purpose of my stay

The only issue I had was the location of the key safes which were on the external wall of 'my living room'. It was quite noisy when guests accessed their keys /returned keys.

Generally the place looked quite nice

Terrible communication, emails provided in the automated messages didn't work, no answer on the phone number provided, Parking was a nightmare, I booked an apartmernt with a larger bed and certainly didn't get that so feel ripped off. Forced to use an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed as the extra large double bed bed was tiny. Some of the soft furnishings were quite dirty. I had to open all of the windows to air the place as it smelt very badly of strong cooking smells after which the place was freezing and there was no working heater to warm the place up afterwards. It says sound proffed but the trafic noise was terrible and there were doors banging all night with prople going up and down starirs. No responce to my questions about the main issues. Very poor.

Sporting location heaven!

Location was excellent for our needs.

Shared facilities were not highlighted in the booking info so a little surprised I needed to go upstairs to find the kitchen and laundry facilities.

More like a hostel and customer service is shocking

The room was clean

This is not an apartment We had to book another hotel due to the conditions of the room... Trying to get a refund as didn't stay there in the end and management aren't getting back to me even a week of chasing... Staff stated they would get back and now stated they can't help and someone will be in touch yet no one has contacted!!!!! The River Rooms is more like a clean hostel and definitely not an apartment!!!!

Nice room but expensive

Good room clean and comfortable.

My room was in the second floor and I have two large suitcases and I was very exhausted to take them to my room. The other thing that I don like it, the ceiling was short so be careful when you walk or you gonna hurt yourself. They mentioned there’s an iron but there is nothing Expensive room.
