Overall this little gem in the city of Nairobi was a good find. It is not a touristy hang out hub. It’s mostly young Ken

There was a positive and upbeat energy and positive attitude from every staff member we encountered.

The sniffer dog, but we understand there is a need for it. An extra layer of security.

Great nights sleep, good food, lots of TV options, good WiFi. Very pleasant all in.

Beds very comfie and rooms nice & black out. Cool modern touches throughout the hotel & rooms.

It wasn’t super close to many places we were going on our stay. Everything was an Uber ride away, that being said Uber was very reliable & reasonable so not a massive pain in the butt!

Wonderful! I'll definitely be back

had a wonderful time at the social house. The staff were great, the pillows and beds were super comfy, the restaurants were lovely and very convenient to have and as a solo traveller it was one of the most secure hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. My stay was great and I'll definitely be back. A special thanks to Faridah who was always so willing to help when I had questions and checked in to make sure I was having a great stay. When I'm back in Nairobi, I'll be going back to the social house without a doubt.

The pool wasn't available due to renovation which was a bit disappointing but not that big a deal.

Relaxing stay in a vibrant and classy boutique hotel

Loved everything about it. Quirky, creative and modern decor. Breakfast was awesome!

Staff and the INCA longue

1. Knocking starting 8am in the morning. So you must wake up as the hotel allow construction to start. Parking lot on the side selling card alarms went off the whole night we had to put up with it. 2. On booking.com it said I will get a room which is King with a Balcony did not get balcony on the room.

Superb

The location of the hotel was central to all my needs. It's very social like it says in the name. The rooftop bar and restaurant are ideal for networking and unwinding after a long day. Overall a great place to stay.

The telephone in the rooms while trending was very difficult to hear through to. Either it is the connect but my recommendation would be to replace them with more functional devices.

All good except the airport pick up service stinks!

The Hotel Staff The Food

Kept waiting for 1 hour at JKIA airport on arrival from London by the hotel pick up service. The driver arrived after I repeatedly called the hotel and even then with the wrong name on the placard! Complained to hotel reception and all I got was a "Sorry"! Again, kept waiting by the hotel pick up service at Wilson Airport on our return from Masai Mara. Again had to call the hotel to enquire. Didn't bother to complain - no use!

Great, i will visit it again.

I liked the decoration of the Hotel, the comfort and decoration of the rooms, the restaurants, that they have 24/7 cafe offering freshly roast coffee, they also offer freshly grinded beans in the room and the location.

I didn't like it that there wasn't any available room for changing clothes after the checkout.

Sadly all of these in-hotels run double standard practises. They miss the holistic approach

The room interior and well selected furniture and all of high quality

The breakfast buffet and the snack dinner menu. It's not mirroring the well thought through hotel design to be chic and sustainable. The buffet is full of prefabricated foods, foods from supermarkets, half emptied and never refilled, no option for intolerances etc. Bad coffee.
