Very good space for 4 mates getting together on a lad’s weekend, hot tub bonus to relax and chat
A little update on appliances(?fridge) and decor, and back patio door scrapes the top of the window reveal, some bad measurements there . Floor boards loose in places. Cover/shade over hot tub just in case it’s raining.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Grocery and food options nearby. Easy to find parking. We paid extra for the hot tub which was good fun.
Minimal amenities and appliances that need to be updated. Imran promptly replaced the toaster which wasn’t working. No dish washer. The flat needs work.

perfect for couples
there was no fault

really good however the property seems a little bit tired could do with painting and the decking outside was not secure, which for my friend who is disabled was not that safe.
It stated a washer dryer on the ad however it was just a washer

friendly landlord lives next door - daily hot tub refresh.
the tub is a great touch and a must
very clean - fresh bedding and sealed towels
dated property - quite expensive for the current setup. however with the planned refurb I’m sure it would be a lot better

Great location with a Nisa right Accross the street. The hot tub is amazing and is checked for water balance daily.
The house is a bit dated and a refurb can do wonders to the stay. Doesn't mean it's not good for your stay right now.

Warm cosy house. We werre able to park several days directly outside the accomodation and one day across the room, so plenty of free road side parking. Modern open plan kitchen, dining, living-room space was great. Across the road was a corner shop selling everything you need. About 30 seconds away is an Indian which has a 4.6 rating at the moment We got a nice takeway at a very reasonable price(20% off) if you pick up directly. Beds very comfortable and size more than adequate for our needs. The city centre and shopping area is a 30 minute walk which we did several times which was straightforward and time went quick on the walk. Always good exercise. The hot tub/jacuzzi was brilliant. One of the best we have been in and this was the icing on the cake. After a day out and about, it was just so calming relaxing, good hot temperature and plenty of bubbles. Its pretty big too, there was 3 of us and it seems to have seating area for 6 people. Host was receptive to our needs and showed us things at the start which was beneficial. Loved the wooden floors too which gave the house character and charm. Good range of kitchen utilities.
Fridge and the separate freezer all work perfectly. Very minor point was that the door shelves in the fridge looked to have been previously damaged and repaired.

The Apartment is nice and the owner/ the one who looks after property is very kind and accommodating
Didn’t get to my expectations. The Apartment is nice but the floor boards is all squeaking, no carpet from ground floor until the room, need to have a proper table and chairs for eating. The bathroom is downstairs not good for someone having some knee pain. Smaller than what I expect. Another suggestion is to put blinds in the glass door/ walls going out to the jacuzzi/ hot tubs. Extra money to pay for hot tubs. The kitchen and sink is quite small.

very parking in front of entrance door. Wi-Fi was good. heating system was really good. staff was really good in attending the calls and messages.
I feel the apartment was not clean I could see spiders next to heaters. the smell coming out of kitchen sink was not good.

Easy access
Warm property
Comfy sofa if you're staying in a lot
10 minute drive into Cardiff centre
Very dirty despite cleaning charge in the cost breakdown
Creaky wooden floors with holes everywhere.
Small beds
No dishwasher
No allocated parking
Rough area
Small property, fine for the 3 of us but no way you'd comfortably fit 6 people here.
We paid over £300/night so expected it to be of a good standard. It is in a state of disrepair and so dirty. You also get contacted constantly by 2 people (presumably owners) which adds to the sense of being monitored. After we left they contacted us again saying they couldn't see any cash for the hot tub - we were then informed we had to pay £80 and this was in the 'fine print'. We felt totally ripped off.

House was very clean, bonus was the hot tub, enjoyed by us all
Location was a bit out of the way, but did not spoil our time

Hosts were very friendly on the phone :) The hot tub is a delight, we recommend paying the extra charges for it! The location was very convenient for us, street parking was easy to find and the house is modern, but in a classic Cardiff style neighbourhood. The beds are comfy and the sofabed is really excellent - modern, sturdy and solid, compared to many we have stayed in at other Airbnbs/ Booking.com properties.
The internet is quite poor, which was an issue for us as we needed to work. It also regularly interrupted us using the television (using the BBC/ All 4 online), lots of pauses. We also feel the extra charges for the hot tub should be made clearer when booking - as the title does advertise the hot tub as part of the property. For some people the extra charge might be a nasty shock after booking. It also has to be paid in cash which would have been a problem for us if we hadn't had friends with a withdrawal card with them.

Imran, the host, was amazing and made everything very simple for us (access to the property/communication was excellent). The place was perfect for a short city break, and had everything you need, including good Internet in case you have to work remotely. Also, he went out of his way to help us following an unfortunate event during our staying.

We found this booking quite late for what was a busy weekend in Cardiff. The facilities looked very modern and the option of a hot tub was very appealing, so we were happy to spend a bit more as the location was also great.
I was in constant contact with the owner who would reply immediately. He then helped with setting up and showing basics around the place.
The facilities were outstanding, with Sky on a Smart TV so you could watch Netflix or access different things. The Bluetooth sound system is absolutely superb, so if you have music on through the TV, you could listen through speakers outdoors, in the bathroom and upstairs in the bedroom. The rooms were also clean and enough towels were provided for a two night stay.
The hot tub was amazing and constantly warm. The owner also checked this daily to ensure it was ok.
The owner was very polite and offered us to check out later, which we did. He was very open and honest and we will definitely look into staying again.

The property was not clean and a lot of hidden charges come with the property. The owner lives next door and feel like your constantly being watched. Can only use the hot tub or speakers till 10pm even after paying £60. Owner would text to turn the music down at 6pm on a Saturday night! Made our stay very uncomfortable and not worth the money at all

The house was lovely. Not enough towels for a 4 day stay.
The house was lovely but got lots of emails and a couple of visits from the owner with a BIG emphasis on being quiet after 10pm.
We came on a bank holiday weekend and had no plans to be noisy but he mentioned it several times and e mailed it also on the evening off our first night at 9pm which put a dampener on our stay and made us paranoid, even though we were staying over a bank holiday weekend.
This really spoilt the weekend for us.

nice + modern. Good location, a short Uber ride away from central cardiff. Hot tub was great. Host was great.
Only issue was the ‘quiet hours’.

The owner Imran was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy and had great facilities. The hot tub was lovely. Parking great and perfect distance from city centre. Handy shop right across the road too. We have 3 kids and they loved their rooms. Really enjoyed our stay. Well recommended.
The sofa bed wasn't as comfortable as it could have been but only because we have bad backs. It was fine for 2 nights though.

The hot tub was amazing
I didn’t like that you can’t use the hot tub after 10pm and also on weekend aswell which I don’t understand why?when you r on a holidays you don’t stay in property all day you visit around the area and you come back late home and this is the time that you use the hot tube to relax yourself.part from that property was excellent shame we couldn’t use hot tub after 10pm

i loved the location not far from city centre and a shop across the street. lovely little place
4.0 / 10.0
Host was lovely and helpful. Check in and out was super easy. Hot tub was lovely and clean but not worth a £60 extra charge when the price for the accommodation was already on the expensive side
The surrounding area was very dirty. The streets had litter everywhere. I really do not feel this venue offers good value for money. I would expect much higher standards for the cost paid for the venue. On reflection we could have stayed in an establishment that was much more high-end and have had a hot tub included within the price. Paying a further £60 for the use of the hot tub left a sour taste. Light fittings were hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen and there was a pool of water by the back door that when pointed out to the host we were left to clean up.
10.0 / 10.0
The hot tub was excellent. Accommodating and helpful host. Met our needs for the time we were there. The beds are very comfortable, the shower and bathroom were very good. TV was a good size and WiFi was fast.
Could have had a more deep clean prior to arrival.
