Absolutely beautiful and peaceful so cosy and has pretty much everything you would need. Kitchen was well stocked, thè water bottle was an absolute life saver when my restless leg pain started. I was unwell when we visited a week ago and i felt comfortable not been myself there when sometimes you jist want tp be at home definitely going again and the hosts were helpful and seemed lovely

I like the privacy of the cabin, peaceful & relaxing location, clean & very comfortable. The perfect getaway.
Nice little touch with some brownies & bottle of wine in the fridge 👌🏼
Well worth the value you are paying for, I would highly recommend it. we will definitely be returning later on this year.
Small issue with the bathroom window not closing, bringing in cold draft, making the bathroom cold on occasion when the weather is bad outside.
After stripping the sheets on the final day as requested by the host, it is not pleasant seeing the devut stained.
Would have been nice with some essential tea/coffee provided.

Accommodation very clean. Everything you need for a holiday break. Bed comfortable. Beautiful area.
All very good. No changes needed.

Quiet location. Easy access to Lincoln. Good walking along Fossdyke Canal.

Very high standard and exceptional comfort
Very relaxing stay, would definitely return
The slipper bath was sooooo relaxing!
Not a fault with the property exactly…
The only spoiler was the lack of care from the dog owners in the cabin next door, they had a rope for their young dog but never used it, and when ask to, they said ‘we will try’
If there’s a sign to say dogs must be on a lead or tether they may have listened. It meant we couldn’t use our corkscrew tether for our young dog snd puppy as their boisterous dog scared our puppy badly on day one, so we had to pen them on the veranda.
NOT the fault of the hosts but a sign to keep on a lead outside the cabins would definitely help

It was so cosy, comfortable, and in a great location. Only a few minutes drive into Lincoln, which is a great place to visit.
Loved everything.

Amazing quality and excellent value for money and next door to the show ground 👌

It was perfect. All the little details like throws to use outside if cold, binoculars for the birds and cheeky hares and homely
There was nothing I would of changed

Everything was excellent perfect place to stay for a relaxing weekend plus got to to see the red arrows training so free air display with them being virtually next door made it even more enjoyable beautiful log cabin fir a couple retreat
Can't say there was anything we didn't like maybe a slightly better TV in bedroom if was being picky but apart from that nothing

Location perfect, nice and homely, and quiet. Had problem finding signs, and went up and down road a few tomes before spotting small sign for south cliff farm. Otherwise had a great time.
Lack of signage.

We were self catering. The property offers perfect peace and tranquility in lovely Lincolnshire countryside. The wildlife around us was a bonus and the owners left us a pair of binoculars to enjoy it even more ,(much appreciated).
Nothing, it was excellent.

Beautiful cabin, well appointed... very quiet location at time of year visited, small caravan hook up field nearby may be busier in summer.

It was lovely and clean, felt very homely the moment we walked in. The personal touches of a fruit loaf and bottle of wine were a nice surprise. We’d definitely love to visit again! We saw so much wildlife about the surroundings and it was very peaceful
Nothing major!
For us personally, it would have been nice to have a secure garden area for our dog as he can’t be trusted off lead.

The location was so peaceful and secluded! The owners were very friendly and checked in with messages during our stay to make sure we had no problems which was lovely. The cabin was the perfect size for two people to stay, cosy and romantic! Also very close to Lincoln for days out, would defiantly recommend and we hope to return.

The location was very quiet and relaxing. Nice place to stay if you just want to switch off for a bit.
It was a soft bed. This is a personal preference so it is difficult to please everybody.

This is a beautifully built and decorated log cabin in an attractive rural setting. We arrived to find a bottle of (very nice) wine chilling and - winner! - ice cubes prepared as well as lovely fresh flowers on the dining table. The kitchen was perfectly well equipped, the living area clean and comfy and the bedroom cosy, as well as a beautiful slipper bath and electric shower. We hadn’t brought dishwasher tablets so couldn’t use the dishwasher but we only stayed two nights so it wasn’t necessary, as goes for the washing machine. Really it is a home away from home and only a 10 minute drive into surprisingly picturesque Lincoln. The owners had thought of everything and done their utmost to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.
I hadn’t realised that the lodge was on a caravan park which is not a problem, and by virtue of our stay being right at the beginning of January, there were only a couple of caravans there so we certainly didn’t feel surrounded or overlooked but I personally would think twice about visiting during high season. This is no reflection at all on the property itself or the excellent service provided by the owners, simply an observation that for us, I think more neighbours would have hindered our enjoyment.

Perfect location, quiet, unique, very helpful and so friendly...definitely recommend
Nothing to dislike at all. You do need a car tho. We like walking but it was difficult at times with 2 small dogs as the roads were very busy...
4.8
Very peaceful and in a beautiful location. The lodge had everything we wanted... and more! We even has a Red Arrows display over the showground just behind the lodge!
There was nothing we didn't like!

Nice and quiet, secluded location. If you've been working from home for the last year and a half in the property without an access to the garden, this is the right place for you to stay and recharge your batteries.
N/A - everything was spot on.

The cabin was was so clean and comfortable with everything you could need. The surroundings are lovely, so peaceful and relaxing. The owners very kindly left us milk and a beautiful bottle of wine and checked to make sure we were settled in.
Nothing, all perfect
