The hotel is very lovel and the location is fabulous. We had a view of the river and it was amazing! We had some issues the first night, but the staff immediately corrected it and gave us breakfast vouchers as an apology. Will definitely stay here again.

Location. View. Stylish.
No Spar facilities but were advertised. Had to pay to use the roof top bar which we were not advised before booking.

Loved the location, very nice.
I don’t have any complaints.

A very nice hotel with a good vibe. Excellent location on the river and close to so many things. The bed was great and room was tidy and clean.
The only downer was the aircon in the room didn’t function very well. I wanted the room cooler but it took forever to cool to my comfort level. This however was not a huge issue as everything else ticked the boxes.

Bed mattresses, sheets, comforters, towels are excellent.
A few Pillows need upgraded by adding high quality feather ones.
Bathroom door needed WD40 to stop annoying squeaking. Upon request it was fixed.
Need a grab bar to go in or out of the tub.
Hair conditioner bottle ran out of liquid. They should have clear bottles to see if enough liquid is in there.
Quality of food in Staytiin restaurant is poor.

Great location- close to theater district, very clean & spacious room/bathroom, comfortable bedding, liked the extra security of needing room key to go up elevator to the room
Only complaint was check-out was at noon, and cleaning staff knocked on our door twice before 10:30am

Location in the the water district and on the red line. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was fun.
Breakfast buffet had cold undercooked eggs and definitely not worth the money.

great views - clean comfortable room. Food was super.. Staff very helpful. Lifts waiting time was minimum as plenty to service the size of the hotel.
We weren't made aware of extra taxes and charges in advance

I booked 3 rooms through booking.com. When checking in, the service staff said that we only booked two rooms, so we asked the service staff to give us one more room. And we use different credit cards to pay for each room. But the next morning, one of the credit cards gets charged for the total costs of three rooms, and the other two credit cards get charged for a single-day room rate, and it was charged 4 times.

Excellent location at the corner with State Street, and one block to N Michigan Avenue, so within walking distance to everything and the Riverwalk. Centrally located. Plus: Comfy bed; Spacious room and bathroom.
Hidden cost: I did not like to be charge a $20 w/out taxes per night as a destination tax or resort tax. Room design: a bit dated. The common areas have been renovated but not the interior of the room.

location is excellent. next to the train and in walking distance of all the great attractions.
They were very short on staff at the restaurant/bar inside. one employee working the entire place and completely overwhelmed. one night the manager was working and he was sooo rude to his employees. there happened to be 3 of them working on one of the busiest nights and they needed at least 7 people.

Excellent location, downtown, with easy access to tourist attractions. It's very close to the river walk, which makes it perfect spot especially in the summer months, you can walk till late hours. Rooms are perfect, of course one side has better view than the other.
For the price I'd expect free wifi and breakfast included but.. that's Chicago.

Location perfect. Breakfast was good.
I didnt like being charged 25.00 to use towards room service. I didn't like being charged 5.00 for delivery of room service.

Very comfortable in the Jr suite with room to move around. It had a king bed, a chair, a couch, a TV, a desk, a microwave, a mini fridge, a closet, a restroom, two windows, one window being really big. It was nice that it had a couch to watch TV or relax without having to use the bed or the only chair most rooms would have. It also had a small desk if you wanted to do any work or even use it for a table to eat in the room. The location was great and walking distance to many areas we wanted to visit. It was also right on the riverwalk, which was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bellhops specifically were really helpful going above and beyond doing more than just handling our luggage.
The restroom was subpar for being in a suite. The tub spout was loose, the drain area had some small stains, and the faucet set instructions for hot and cold water was backward. The mini fridge didn't work and had a bad smell when you opened it.
