Siendo socio Hilton Honors quisieron cobrarme early check in y tuve que esperar muchas horas para entrar. Se tapó el baño y nunca fueron a arreglarlo, el aire hacía un ruido que no dejaba dormir y tuvimos que apagarlo para dormir con el calor que hacía. Muy bien ubicado eso si.

Gute und zentrale Lage nahe der Magnificent Mile
Bei der Ankunft wollte ein Mitarbeiter das doppelte des Booking.com Preises verrechnen mit der Begründung es handle sich um Taxen. Erst am Folgetag wurde es korrigiert- ohne Entschuldigung.
Das Gepäck wurde vom Flughafen nachgesendet und war schon ein Tag im Hotel. Trotz Hinweis gab es keine Benachrichtigung vom Hotel obschon Name und Zimmernummer bekannt waren. Ganz schwach!

Slecht en kapot bed, wat scheef stond. Smoezlig; dikke laag stof in airconditioner die enorm veel herrie maakt. Er wordt slechts om de dag schoon gemaakt. Gewoon niet naartoe gaan en overslaan. Geen “Hilton” waardig

This hotel is so close to everything in downtown Chicago.
My room was on floor 14 and the constant honking and sirens all night made it difficult to sleep but that wasn’t the hotels fault.

I requested for early check in on payment that was denied though I am a bonvoy member . room is cleaned only on alternate days .
worst is and I am still struggling that I need a bill for my stay and I was told it will come on my emails . I gave both my emails but the bill didnt come . my secretary has followed up and he has been told by the hotel that since the booking was done by booking.con hence we should approach them for the bill receipt and I am stuck now ,

Que alguien en recepción hable español, que hagan la habitación diariamente, el bufete del restauran malísimo, sólo huevos revueltos, tocino, y papa, no había pan, de fruta nada, el mesero no recogió ningún plato, no sirvió café, no sirvió jugo y cargaron en mi cuenta 15% de propina.
Soló hubo ese día 2 mesas ocupadas todo fue en el desayuno.
Jamás regresamos al restaurante.

A good location, 3 blocks off Michigan Ave and a short walk from the Millennium train station. The room was a nice size with modern bath/shower. The bed was comfortable and the room had individual climate control.

Only issue was always had problem with card reader on main door after 8, but staff would buzz me in no problem

I had the worst experience ever. It is the night of 4th and I have had the worst experience ever. The exhaust of the toilet does not work. Upon requesting twice-thrice, they neither came to even have a look at it or bother to help us out. I checked-in on the 3rd and the room did not have coffee creamer or sugar sachets as promised on booking.com that it will be provided. They did not change our toileteries, they did not give us fresh towels or linens and the bathroom kept sticking because the exhaust did not work. On 4th of May at 11am, I requested them to at least change our towels because they were dirty and even the linens as they were dirty and we had to stay for longer, and even asked to change the linen because they were dirty, I returned at 10pm in the night and nothing was exchanged. No fresh towels were given to us. No linens changed. The trash was still in our room, the trash and the washroom stinked because they did not work on the exhaust neither did they throw out the trash and gave us new one. I went down again to request to change the towels and the staff started arguing that this service is not included in their services. Giving new towels in not included in their service? That is some lies of the lazy staff who did not want to work. They did not agree to help us out. They were extremely rude. I need help from booking.com because they did not even provide us with the basic amenities as promised or advertised in the booking. I asked the staff to call the manager and he did not listen. It is 12am and my room stinks because of all the dirty towels and trash and I genuinely need help. Please help me out.

Desayuno en un bar asociado que tenía un aspecto de suciedad con desayuno básico y no acorde al precio.
El hotel:
1. Llego y no encontraban la reserva de Booking. Estuvimos más de 45 min
2. No hay servicio de habitaciones diario, ni cada 2 ni cada 3 días..
3. Me quedé sin jabón solicité por la mañana y nada. Llego de noche y tuve que llamar 5 veces al servicio de habitacio es.
4. El servicio deplorable. Salvo el primero que me atendió en remoción cuando llegué el día 26.
5. Me quejo de una máquina de hielo que había delante de la habitación toda la noche que no pude dormir... y ni me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación.. "que ya lo solucionaría... "
