amazing Hotel with exceptional river and city views and awesome roof top bar with great vi

This Hotel is by far one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed at. Great views, exceptional staff, hospitality very good and location to everything was awesome. Can't think of not one thing we didn't like, this hotel definitely met our expectations and will not have anything bad to say. If you're ever in Chicago, you really want the London House

It was good.

If you don't book this Hilton hotel directly through the hotel's webpage you can not check in online. So do not expect to get your favourite room. You can not even get 1 bottle of free water if you don`t book your room directly and give your Hilton member number. If you are a member but you booked your room through booking.com, your memebership means nothing.

If you don`t book directly and you are not a member you don't get some of the benefits. It felt like second class.

Great hotel, great location stay away from the restaurant.

The spa was lovely -- though you have to prepay, and watch out they add a 20% service charge. They did tell me they had done it and were very gracious about removing it. I then paid the treaters (massage, facial etc.,) directly.

The breakfast was awful. You need a coupon (I had prepaid). And the desk may forget to give it. They have two coupons one for $18 and one for $20. Then it's a third party -- a lovely little restaurant on the ground floor. Great menu. They insisted I sit right next to other people (ie, they were very conscious of mot losing settings and were not going to "waste" a table on me, so I got the bench + a teensy table) The staff was miserable; coffee gets poured before you see the price (with tax $5), and the coupon buys NOTHING. Unless you want to add $$. But I prepaid for breakfast! The waiter refused to help me figure out the "real" price of items (with taxes) because I did not want to pay extra. He kept on trying to push the fruit cup.... Then I had to beg for refills, although everyone around me was getting refills (and for $5, the coffee was not worth it.) I ended up with eggs and toast, which were not what I wanted (two side dishes totaling $12), and they still got a deal because I couldn't maximize my remaining $15 (the balance to use after coffee). When I said something at checkout, the reception was not unaware of the issue. The

Excellent experience. Wonderful staff. Beautiful room and views.

Located close to shopping, restaurants and park. The views from the room were beautiful. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Three great restaurants there at the hotel. The spa was amazing.

It was a good weekend with the fam, nice hotel, can improve in service.

Location, the view, the quiet room

Staff could be more attentive. The bartenders at the 21 st floor could do a better job with the clients. Bar was wet all over the place, not cleaned up. Bartenders in the bar at the lobby took forever to notice we were seated and needed help. Didn’t bring the menu, we had to go get it and they did not do their rounds.

Make sure you don’t “accidentally” leave anything of value behind.

Loved the location. The little bar with live music in the 2nd floor lobby area was nice. Loved that they had restaurants and bars in the hotel so we didn’t have to go outside much. Self-parking was on the very next block.

Did not like the staff at the hotel at all. No one seemed happy. The guest experience just was not there for me. The front desk employee was super bland at check-in. Left a $500 watch in the room. called 3 days straight and got the voicemail each time. once I finally spoke with "security," he told me that they did not find it and that it was my responsibility to ensure I had all my items when vacating the room. Well, DUH! But I would think it is the responsibility of the staff to be honest and turn in items that are accidentally left behind by guests.

la habitacion muy comoda, no tan buena vista como hubiera querido pero bien, y la ubicacion del hotel inmejorable! Esta muy bien que no tienes que pasar por el lobby cada que entras o sales de tu habitacion a la ciudad, parece un apartamento!

Quiza podria tener agua de cortesia a diario, el agua de la regadera salia caliente y luego muy caliente por un segundo y asi todo el tiempo de la ducha. Si fuera posible agregar un pequeño horno microondas, funcionarian perfecto como mini suite! pero no es que sea indispensable.

Excellent service and location.

Location, service, food, comfort all excellent and we were made to feel welcome and valued. The customer service was perfect and our welcome to the hotel from the doorman/concierge was so genuine and friendly - it really made our day! Highly recommend the hotel. Would stay there again on the basis of all the service we received.

There was nothing to fault - everything was perfect.

Waste of money

Great view and nice rooms. That’s it.

Staff treats you like you’re not a guest. The whole property is marketed and monetized to people who don’t stay there. The roof is packed with outsiders. The lobby bar area completely reserved for outsiders. Waste of money. Just go early in the morning and snap a view from the rooftop if you want a photo. Otherwise save your money

We had a fantastic time!

I came to see the Chicago River being dyed. The river is right there, so it was the perfect location. It is a beautiful hotel in a very nice, safe location. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in while traveling. Every staff member that I came into contact with was so nice and helpful! I will be booking here again next year for sure!
