Hyatt Place made our stay as convenient and as welcoming as possible.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. You could tell they love their job. Room was spacious. Didn’t feel cramped. Parking was included in the price.

Parking was a block away but it was free so worth the walk.

Location and price

A/C was not working, which we were only told after checkin. Had been out for at least 4 days prior and no idea when it would be fixed. The room was hot and stuffy so we requested a refund and booked with another hotel down the road.

Boa opção em Chicago

A localização é o ponto alto. Em River North, com diversas opções de restaurantes próximas. Fica bem próximo da Av. Michigam, dá para ir a pé ao Rio, ao Navy Pier e ao Milenium Park. Eu fiquei num quarto de fundos, o que nesse hotel é a melhor opção, em função do barulho da rua e também porque ele fica quase em frente ao Chicago Fire.

O controle do ar condicionado não diminui a velocidade da ventilação. O café da manhã é bom para o padrão americano, porém com horário muito reduzido. O pessoal do restaurante não foi muito simpático. O sistema de cobrança do hotel é complicado, pois eles fizeram o bloqueio do valor total da estadia e depois efetuaram cobranças de parte da estadia sem liberar o bloqueio inicial, o que gerou um problema de redução do limite do cartão.

Quede decepcionada de Hyatt ya que siempre los había elegido en otros estados y en otros muy bien solo este de Chicago n

Buena ubicación,servicio amable.

Pedí que me limpiaran la habitación cada otro día y solo fueron el penúltimo día a recoger la basura y dar una pasada al baño. Tenía que hablar para que fueran por la basura. El desayuno muy simple los 5 días fue lo mismo y no lo abastecían.

Excellent hotel in every way.

We really liked the location, vibe of the hotel, ease of getting checked in and out, and the room was nice and clean. We drove so pulled up in the alley way next to the hotel and they allowed us 15 minutes to check in and drop things off before we parked. The person there was very friendly. Loved that there was a Dohm sound machine as that’s what I use at home and it was a pleasant surprise. The shower was very powerful which was fantastic! Body wash, shampoo, and container in the showers. I never use those but did this time. They exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was very good with many options. The hotel was very clean and safe. All the staff that I encountered was very friendly. I enjoyed having the lights from the buildings in the evening. I loved my view from my bed. So appreciative that our view wasn’t a brick wall. We have had many brick wall views in the past.

Breakfast was really good, but very congested. We stood in line for a very long time, so when I went to get my coffee a few minutes before closing, they had taken the coffee away. Didn’t expect for the coffee to go until they closed the doors. Not a big deal as we only allowed 45 minutes for breakfast not knowing it would be so busy. I’m sure on a non-holiday weekend it wouldn’t have been a problem. I did notice after I had gone out and grabbed a coffee that there was coffee in the lobby. I didn’t know that that was there, so this really isn’t a negative, just an awareness. The only other negative was the pull out bed. Mattresses on those are usually thin, but it was very lumpy and uncomfortable. However, we were appreciative to have an extra space.

Bon sejour business dans un quartier sympatique.

Bon petit déjeuner (cereales, fruit, youghurt, bacon, oeufs, saucisses etc).

I had asked for room cleaning and did not get it the first day. I called to the desk and someone came up with towels and coffee supplies. Not as good as having a clean bathroom and made bed, but a kind effort. In the day I was leaving I had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. I called the desk and they must have figured out the problem. No harm done.

Excelente ubicación y muy buen desayuno

El desayuno es muy bueno, las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. La zona donde está ubicado el hotel es de mucho ambiente, hay muchos restaurantes cerca. Además, queda a dos cuadras del rio y de las atracciones turisticas del downtown.

El horario del desayuno podría mejorar pues temprano, si uno está de vacaciones uno no quiere madrugar.

La atención que nos brindo Maria la chica que trabaja en la cafetería fue muy buena. También las personas del frontal desk

Que pedí que me limpiaran mi habitación y nadie fue a limpiar hasta el siguiente dia, y no me gustó que me cobraron 15dlls por cuidar mis maletas pues mi vuelo salía hasta las 3pm

I stayed here for 8 nights, the stay was extremely comfortable. Location of the hotel was perfect. Walkable distance from the river.

They should add a live cooking station for the breakfast.

This property is within the walking distance from all attractions. Further this property offered excellent breakfast. It ranks very high in terms of affordability, cleanliness and proximity to Magnificient Mile. One should experience having the morning breakfast sitting next to the window - believe me it's a satisfying experience.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the beds was very comfortable, we used the sofa bed and had a great size and was comfortable too, the bathroom was clean and spacious.

Just one elevator was working. Was a inconvenience because was necessary using the stairs sometimes.

施設が古くなっているのか、トイレのドアを閉めた後、開かなくなり、トイレに閉じ込められました。技術スタッフが直ぐ助けてくれましたが、初めての経験でした。朝食は口コミほど、楽しむことはできませんでした。スタッフによる人数管理がないので、時間帯によってはとても混雑します。食べ物も時間帯によって、選択肢が減っていきます

They Hyatt place on river north was a great vibe. It was in the middle of everything that me and my family planned to do. Transportation was not an issue. I chose the two queen size beds with city view. It was everything that i expected it to be. The view was amazing and beds were comfy. Me and my family had a great stay. Oh and breakfast? It was great! To be hotel breakfast. The staff during breakfast was so nice and kept the area very clean!

La ubicación fue excelente, así como el trato del personal. La cama y almohadas sumamente comodas y permiten descansar muy bien. Baño amplio y comodo.

Desayuno le falta variedad, especialmente en las opciones Calientes (El Huevo no sabe a huevo) y en los panes. Ademas el horario del desayuno deberia extenderse al menos una 1/2 hora adicional. Finalmente el hotel cuenta solamente con 2 asensores lo cual a veces puedes implicar esperas un poco largo. El precio que cobran por recibir paquetes de Amazon ($15, $35 y $65) es extremadamente alto!

Clean, spacious and comfortable; excellent location and great value for money.

Very clean and spacious room with a large qindow with an amazing view of Chicago city , very comfortable beds, excellent location, good standard breakfast buffet, very helpful and friendly staff. The water filter in the geound floor is great! Saved us a lot of money on buying bottles of water! Wi-fi is of very good bandwidth.

It would have been great for breakfast hours to be a bit longer on weekdays e.g until 11am instead of 9am

Very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

The room and overall hotel was clean. Breakfast was included in price.

They charged us extra for checking in early although we had an elderly person with us and my child. At check out they charged us extra to hold our luggage which is ridiculous and no other hotel has charged us for this simple accommodation. Breakfast was the exact same items every single morning, it was boring after the second day. Scramble eggs looked fake. It was ridiculous not to have a Netflix option in 2023. Basic local channels like it's 1980 and only 20 channels, 10 other channels were the same ones on "HD". Not even one HBO channel. Elevator broke down twice while we were there. The tub was clogged. Few hangers in room. Sofa-bed was extremely uncomfortable. No Microwave in room. They have one next to the printer in the main lobby, ridiculous. Microwaves are $60 buy one for every room. TV is from Y2K era. I would not stay here again. Way too many and better options near by.
