Sitio hermoso con tecnología puntera

Me encantó la tecnología que tenía el hotel, la habitación genial. Aluciné con el onse que tenia. Me encanta las vistas que tenía mi habitación.

No me gustó la almohada. Me pareció raro que no supieran inglés los de recepción pero aún así nos pudimos comunicar con facilidad… pensaba que la ubicación estaba más céntrica

朝食付き、温泉ありで　この価格は素晴らしいの一言。ドリンクバーも無料で言う事なし。他の観光地にも同じホテルグループがあれば利用したい。

Good clean budget hotel with fabulous views of Mt Fuji and lovely onsen.

Amazing views of Mt Fuji, very clean. Lovely Onsen. Good price with breakfast included.

This hotel was less geared up for Western tourists than other places we stayed. Very hard bed and pillows. Some softer pillows were available on a first come first served basis.I Nothing really to complain about.

清潔さや朝食がいまいちでした。

ロケーションが良かった富士宮で家族1部屋で泊まれるホテルが少ない中、お得な値段で泊まることが出来た

お風呂のカーテンにカビが生えていた冷蔵庫がなかなか冷えない枕が硬すぎる朝ごはんに卵や肉がない

สะอาด สะดวก มีที่จอดรถให้ฟรีแต่ต้องขับเลยไปอีกเล็กน้อยแล้วเดินกลับมา (อาจต้องเจรจาด้วยดูเกิ้ลแปลภาษากับคนดูแลที่จอดรถเล็กน้อย) โรงแรมอยู่กลางเมืองใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ ปั๊มน้ำมัน ร้านอาหาร จองห้อง 4 คนไป แต่ได้แบบสองห้องเชื่อมกันซึ่งก็โอเค เตียงเป็นเตียงสองชั้น ด้านล่างน่าจะ 5-6 ฟุตนอนสองคนได้ ถ้าอยากเป็นส่วนตัวก็แยกนอนชั้นบนชั้นล่างได้ ห้องแคบตามสไตล์โรงแรมญี่ปุ่น แต่ก็อยู่สบาย

ผ้าห่มกองเป็นก้อนแปลก ๆ หมอนไม่นุ่ม น่าจะเป็นวัสดุสไตล์ที่ไม่เน้นความนุ่ม

Worth staying, will stay next time!

Staff - Fluent in English, easily to communicate Location - Next to the convenient store (50m away) Facilities - Public bath is provided Key card - No key card, using the key code for each room each trip. Parking - Can park up to 8-9 spaces.

Good for short stay

A very good location and also there are parking slots without charge. Although there is limit parking space at hotel location but they also provide others near by hotel for guests. Cigarette smell is quite strong especially on 2&3 floor. If you are not comfort with this conditions you must inform staff earlier to manage room & floor which comfort for you.

Bad communication and reservation follow through but amazing location

The location was great! We were there to visit family in Fujinomiya and to climb Mt Fuji and other sightseeing in the area and you can’t ask for a better location at a great price. Breakfast was also great

We reserved through a third party site over two months in advance and when we got there we were given rooms on the smoking floor, we specifically asked for non smoking and they mentioned that they knew that and they knew they would be able to accommodate but never messaged us about it. They offered to split us up so half would be on a non smoking floor but that did not work. Other than that they refused to do anything else, even just paying the cost of air fresheners. We were there a few nights with our kids so it was very disappointing and unlikely we would stay again the next time we visit family which is unfortunate due to the location

Passable

The elderly man tending the parking lot was very sweet and kind. Check in/check out was super easy.

The location is bad. Not central to Fujinomiya. The parking next to the actual hotel only has few spots so was filled and we had to drive for another 5 minutes then walk with our things from the car park to the hotel (about 5 minutes) which was quite stressful in the summer heat. The parking lot has no security or cameras etc so if you come by car don't leave important items in it overnight.

Very good price, clean building. Plus I could see mt. Fuji from my room.

The room and bathroom was so small. And the car park in front of the hotel was full, the other car park is quite far from the hotel and it was raining, not so convenient.

Highly recommended

We stayed here for 1 night as a stopover after Hakone and before travelling onwards to Kyoto; aiming to climb Mt Fuji via the Fujinomiya trail. Location - conveniently located as close to the Fujinomiya station. Room - our room was at the end of the hallway and we got a pretty good view of Fuji in the early morning. Breakfast - good selection of food and they were all great. Onsen - public onsen was great. Receptionist / staff - very accommodating and helpful. Managed to help us sort out our taxi to get to the 5th station of the Fujinomiya trail. We had to take the taxi as there are no n public bus due to the hiking season only officially starting on 10 July.

Pillow - found it very hard.

Value for money, simple, no fuss

This is my second stay within a year. I like the onsen, breakfast and free parking. This time round I gotta a bigger room compared to the previous time. Awesome!

Very good

Breakfast was great. Bath was great. Signs said no tattoos but no one seemed to mind. I think tattoo phobia is more to do with locals rather than foreigners. Everything was very well maintained and very clean.

Smoker hotel !!! nothing good except location

nothing but the location

It was like a nightmare for me the first night was terrible with a smoking floor room that I cannot even choose because they said that it was fully booked but I did mention before that I need only non-smoking when I booked was 4+ month before checking the check in front staff was only one man doing everything the whole day and night but just like a high school student then the second night back to normal with a non-smoking floor even after talking with their boss they give me a room in a smoking floor then they told me that it was a non-smoking room but the whole smoking floor... Such a lie to customer... One word that I can say about this hotel is is a smoker hotel there is only some floor that with no smoking even the canteen a heavy smoking scent.everything old and dirty ,it's very differ compare to the other super hotel . Everything far below standard!!! Please read comment a lot before make a booking especially bad comment because everything is true after I meet it myself
