Nice big clean room
The smell when you got off the elevator on the 5th floor was horrendous. No safe
4.4
The hotel is very nice and very clean. Views are nice. Pool is very nice with the view. Room service was fast and good selection. ALL employees were very very nice and super helpful!
1. Really really hard to find the entrance. Would be nice to have a check in temporary parking area. 2. No vending machines. Got hungry at night and no food or snacks anywhere or nearby!
4.4
I wish breakfast was included with the price we paid for the day.
4.4
gracious oublic rooms, good bar, responsive clerks and frontline staff.
the restaurant had irregular hours, and very inexperienced staff. all were pleasant but not necessarily excellent at their work yet.

Location is super and in nice part of town. New hotel, looks like on the pictures.
Would love if the breakfast could be included in price. That was the only minus.

The lobby was great. Enjoyed the bar area. Great location when visiting our son. The restaurant was delicious and Starbucks coffee is a bonus!

lovely new hotel
it was a nice hotel
4.4
great location, nice rooms
although it was great I don’t think it was a 430 dollar value, would have been better priced around 3-350
4.4
very nice modern facility
all the tables in the lobby were extremely dirty from the Friday night bar activity the night before. none of the tables were wiped down. drinks spilled everywhere.
4.4
It was cheaper paying directly with the hotel instead of booking.com

It’s a good location, good facilities and I especially liked the restaurant Good Graces. Though there was no breakfast buffet, the menu selection is good and the food tasty. Also good beverage available from Starbucks.Restaurant staff were friendly and courteous
Housekeeping service was very poor, they didn’t show or if they showed, would only change sheets. Floors were left dirty, bathroom supplies not replenished and surfaces not wiped which is ludicrous during a pandemic
There was no bottled water in the room and if you ordered you had to pay a delivery fee of $5 to have it brought up from the reception to the room!
No bell service, we were left to handle our luggage checking in and checking out
The hotel is laid back and staff is not friendly.

Parking was valet only.

The rooms were comfortable. They had great service and the rooms/hotel was clean. Hardly any complaints . One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.
Good area.
Breakfast was expensive but your paying for the cosmetics of the hotel. The area outside by the pool smelt like dog urine but it is a pet friendly hotel.
4.4
The pool was incredible and the views were phenomenal. The cocktails at the Good Graces Bar were terrific and the burger was fantastic.

Did not wake up early enough to get breakfast.
