Had so much fun, clean and great.

It it’s a big place, good for big groups of people. It is equipped and clean. Super recommended! Located next to the French Quarter, which is where all the shopping centers, bars and restaurants.

There was coffee and coffee machine but no filters. Also, there was no basic cooking materials such as salt, pepper and oil. There was only one roll of paper towels for the kitchen which wasn’t enough for 10 people for two nights, especially considering that there were no non disposable kitchen towels to use. There were one tissue paper roll in each bathroom and two spare ones for the whole place, which wasn’t enough.

Very comfortable and quiet

It was spacious and had plenty of room for us to have our own space. It was just far enough away for it to be quiet so we could sleep well but also not too far to walk to the inner parts of the city.

Nice location, clean and spacious surroundings The interior of the house is large and square, with 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen and bar, dining room are large Although there are some stains on the sofa, the whole is very clean Timely follow-up of customer feedback, efficient communication

There's bad soundproofing upstairs, but that seems to be the problem with all houses in America

Nasty

Nothing this whole experience was terrible. The roooms was nasty, bathrooms nasty, bugs was in the kitchen, bedroom covers wasn’t clean. This condo rating was a F

Nice place but..

The location was very convenient. Everything was within a 2 mile radius. The unit was very nice with a few dings. Nice that the unit provided towels, hand soap and dishes. Being able to control the thermostat is a plus as the unit stayed nice and cool after a hot day of touring. Refrigerator has ice and water dispenser. Rooms were spacious but the bed frames for the queen size beds don't actually fit the room limiting some movement around.

The walls and ceilings are very thin. When it was time for bed you could hear everything outside the window and if you have an upstairs neighbor the wooden floors echoed loudly. You could feel the weight of the person walking above you. Also hope no one drops anything. Something as small as a cellphone could sound like a brick being dropped. Parking was a little annoying. It's a first come first served basis But whoever parked in what was available didn't even leave any space for anyone else to park. Maybe a sign to encourage other drivers to be mindful that other people need to park too can go a long way. The walls in the unit are in need is some touch ups. There's a lot of black scuff marks in all the rooms. As well as some dings and small holes. One of the bathroom doors definitely needs to be replaced. It barely closes and feels like a public bathroom. The gap was about half an inch.

Easy virtual check in, large space with enough room for all of our group. Clean, accessible. Did not hear other tenants.

Neighborhood isn't ideal for walking at night, would not feel comfortable walking alone after dark. Would be nice if there was more instant coffee available.

Unhappy guest

The property was close to downtown.

The bed was not comfortable. There was not a tv in every room, and one of the remotes didn't work. One of the toilets got stopped up. I did not like the fact that check out was at 10 AM. I like to sleep in a little later on my last day to prepare me for the drive home. It is ridiculous to have to pay for a full nights stay plus 100 dollars for each additional hour that you stay over the checkout time. If you have to pay 200 for a clean-up fee, then you shouldn't be required to take out the trash.

overall good for a group.

It was spacious, relatively close to the French Quarter for driving. Some of the group said their beds were awesome. There was a general store nearby, an awesome fabric store, distillery, museum, and restaurants. We didn’t get mugged, nor was our van broken into. Loved having laundry facilities.

There was nothing I truly didn’t dislike. The property is located in an area being gentrified. there’s a lot of construction going on, which is typical after natural disasters. It’s a 27 minute walk to the French Quarter, which is good for Mardi Gras but if anyone is disabled, not so much. The furnishings were adequate but did not blow me away. There were some lights that didn’t work and switches that we didn’t know what they were for. The stove cooked but didn’t get super hot and the exhaust vent was loud. My bed wasn’t that comfy (one with mirror in room) but the master was awesome. Front toilet seat needed fixing, had to be held up if a dude, and the open shower plan worried me for drainage, but it’s not my place. Water pressure was good. The balcony faced another house, so don’t expect a view.

It's a good deal in a good location, but we would not stay again unless they make indoor updates.

It's an affordable option in a good, quiet location. There is free street parking. In walking distance there's a great restaurant (Lula's Distillery), cafe (Avenue Cafe), a mini market, and the Streetcar to get you into town or the Garden District within 5 mins.

The furniture needs updating (especially the couch) and the front door fixing. It is also the bottom, corner unit with thin walls; we heard our upstairs neighbors, including conversations. There are not enough drinkware for guests (3 coffee mugs total...). The dishwasher didn't work and no hand soap was provided in the kitchen or one of the bathrooms. The "shampoo/conditioner" was 5 small shampoo containers. We had to request more towels (6 provided; 8 guests on the reservation) - but they were quick to swing those by.
