Overall about hotel

Location

Food is only related to beef no more varieties, bed and bedding very old quality of bedsheets is not upto standard, and walls of the rooms need to be renovated looks creapy.

Bueno, excepto el restaurante

Habitación muy comida y limpia, el desayuno incluido es muy rico. Buena ubicación y buena zona, esta a dos cuadras del Nairobi Kitchen St el cual es muy buena opción de alimentación.

La atención del restaurante no fue buena, no ayudaban y el trato hacia el consumidor no fue bueno. Fue lo único.

Nice hotel, but they should fix the noise problem.

Location, you can go for a little walk in the district or visit some malls.

Our rooms were just above the restaurant. And there was so much noise from music until 12. It was so loud like there were no windows at all. You really need to fix it cause in our case we needed a rest after safari and I think in a lot of cases people wanted a good sleep before safari.

It was a nice stay and I would like to visit it again.

The location is so close to many restaurants and shopping malls like Westgate and Sarit Center. The wifi was not that much reachable to my room but the staff members offered to change the room and a place where to set and connect with good internet. Overall it was really nice and I would recommend this place for another visit and for others.

It was a little bit noisy from the nearby bar/restaurants during the weekend and the wifi was not that reachable/fast.

The location in Westland is very quiet and safe, the hotel personal were hery kind and helpful we felt home among them. Every thing was amazing.

It's a good place & one I would consider staying again in future

The hotel is in a good location in the Westlands area, you can easily get to Sarit Center. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any requests. If you needs documents scanned, clothes ironed or an extension cord in your room, just ask! They'll assist. The wi-fi was really fast & was able to watch 4K content on Netflix (from my particular room, though experiences my vary on where you're located).

Breakfast takes too long to get ready. If you're on a schedule you might get delayed with your morning plans due to this. There were times I went to the dining room and doors to the dining room were locked. Another time the staff were not available to take orders, or start preparing the meals right away.

The low price of this hotel matches their quality service and accommodations.

The central location saved us time and money getting to all the sites we wanted to see.

I booked for five people but we were only given towels for two and water for four people. I had to ask twice for towels. I understand that they had troubles with their linen supplier but that should have been communicated when we arrived and fixed as soon as possible. I should not have to find out the hard way. The staff was not helpful about breakfast information. I understand that the cost was cheap with accommodations to match but the staff could have been much more helpful.

I'd come back!

I loved the location very much, i had a lot of activities around Westlands that I could just walk to, and this served me perfectly!

Food options were a bit on the high end.

Good service in terms of late check in and personal assistance.

No mosquito net, very loud music all night. Even though they said breakfast would be served from 7AM, on Sunday it is apparently 8AM, due to which I had to prolong the game drive in the National Park. But at the end good service as a breakfast package to-go was provided.
