This is a clean, well appointed condo with lots of space. It is walking distance to restaurants, close to Food Lion, and very safe. We liked it.

My family loved this town home. Plenty of sleeping space for a family of 6, walking distance to restaurants, and a very short walk to a private beach. Higjly recommended

We had a wonderful stay in this very clean, well appointed condo on the lake. We definitely intend to stay again next year.

Overall, a great place to stay.
There are two large parking spots and the unit is situated right next to the open parking spots by the tennis court.
The entrance is on the side, which was makes unloading/loading slightly less convenient but the convenience of the location more than makes up for it. You can walk to the tap house or the three other restaurants that make up that shopping center. Private boat slip, small beach area. The property is very well taken care of. Well furnished living areas. The kitchen/dining area could get cramped with everyone but more than enough space to eat and have drinks. When it's time to relax or play inside, there is a third floor den and a spacious basement with large TV, sofa, air hockey table, full bath, games, and grill outside. Each floor has an outdoor space with seating. This was the perfect space for two families with room to spare. Everything was clean including the grill which I found to be a very nice touch. Also, labels on pretty much every shelf so you know where things are.
While I didn't experience any issues with HOA folks, however there is no trash service. You need to haul your own. There were plenty of trash bags. Also, you need to bring your own coffee. There is a small drip machine with filters. Two minor issues compared to other places but overall, not much to complain about. I would definitely come back.

We were in town for a baby shower and needed a place to stay locally. I searched and searched for a pet free home (allergies) and for a place with a main floor bedroom for my elderly parents. This townhome was perfect! We loved the layout, the cleanliness, the views, and the multiple seating/lounging areas. We really appreciated having "starter" items provided such a toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, etc. Be sure to walk through the parking lot to take advantage of the FOUR restaurants so close by! If mobility is an issue, this townhome has everything you need on the main floor - primary king bedroom with en suite bathroom, kitchen, eating area, living area, and sliding door to the lake facing deck. *One item to note: we picked this townhome primarily for the main floor bedroom for my elderly parents who have trouble getting up and down stairs. The king sized bed on the main floor is quite high so my mother needed to use a step stool (found in the basement) to help her get onto the bed. Humorous AND effective! If you're still reading the reviews and are undecided, let me help. Book this place now - you won't regret it!

It was a really nice laid back vacation! The house was beautiful spacious and walking distance from the tap house and restaurants. The only downside was that we had to drive out of the neighborhood a few miles to the community dumpster to dump our trash and the water pressure in the house was not consistent at all. Otherwise we had a ton of fun!

We really enjoyed our time at Oak Alley. The townhouse is large, with many different spaces for guests to spread out. There is a stunning water view and it's a very short stroll to enjoy the restaurants nearby. Beds were comfy, house is clean and very tastefully decorated. We look forward to a return stay!

Very nice, well kept and clean townhouse on the lake. Paddle boards were a big hit!

This place was so cute and the owners did an AMAZING job of decorating and keeping it clean of course you can't beat the location. I will say the whole HOA (two of the residence are board members) literally made this trip sooooo uncomfortable!!! If this is a place you want to have fun, invite lake homeowners over, sit out on the sand (beware of the geese poop, which I raked to the side the first day) this is not the place for you. The trailer area they expect you to leave your stuff is down the road and not to mention if you have stand up ski's don't bring them. They don't allow you to bring them up near land MEANING by a far dock even!! I will say rules of letting off fireworks went on for two nights straight, and from the corner neighbors (who own there) hmmmm maybe they are the CEO's of the HOA. The price that you pay for and sooooo many rules (not to mention lol you have to drive your trash to the recycling location, about 15 minutes away) you are better renting a house, that way you can sit on the balconies and enjoy. The quiet time is 10:00 and serious they mean 10:00. The neighbors to the left of you seem very nice but BEWARE of the HOA Gang!!!

Great house, great location, great for families
I almost never leave reviews on places we’ve stayed, and it’s rare that my wife and I say “we would come back here”, but we all agreed this is a place we would come back to. Spent Memorial Day weekend here, two adults, four kids. The townhouse is really nice. Plenty of room, well laid out. I think we could have slept 15 people here. Lots of deck and patio space. Lots of tvs, all connected and ready to roll on Netflix (didn’t even have to plug in my appletv at night.) location was SUPER convenient — walk next door to restaurants, center of the lake, etc. large property outside for the kids to wander in. Sandy beach which had young kids playing at it. We rented a pontoon boat and pulled it into the slip in the evenings. We rented a jet ski as well, and this does not have a place to park it overnight (which we didn’t need bc we had only gotten the jet ski for one day, and the boat for two.) it’s right on the water, so the decks look straight out to the beach area and water. Our kids took the paddle boards out and had a good time in the shallow area. There is a tennis court with pickle ball. We didn’t play but saw a number of people playing. Seems quiet and family friendly. There is a beer tap house about 200 yards away if the adults want to walk over. And very convenient to Food Lion for groceries. We have stayed on Lake Anna before, and while this isn’t a secluded single-family home, it has tons of benefits that you don’t get anywhere but here.

We relaxed by the water, walked to restaurants, watched the sunrise from the deck or patio.
Overall a splendid getaway!

Decent location
Great and spacious home overlooking the lake, the caveat is that the lake is no access nearby and the price is a little steep considering only 6 people are allowed

Great communication, location and property! Loved being right at the water, within walking distance of restaurants(Vito’s/taphouse), and having plenty of space to spread out indoors and be comfortable. The only thing that we thought was unusual was that we had to take all of our trash with us. No where to put it on property. Otherwise we very much enjoyed the townhouse and we would absolutely book it again!

This was a great, clean place. Just like what the pictures show. We went with our two very young kids. A small private beach was right in our backyard, so it made for very convenient trips to the beach. We were planning on visiting the State Park, but this was just so convenient that we ended up not going at all. Although we did not take advantage of it, it was nice to know that there were a few restaurants within walking distance.
The only small complaint would be… all the towels are the same color. It was hard to keep track of which towel was used by which person.
