Clean, friendly staff, private parking.

I've stayed here twice now and love that it offers old world, colonial charm while being immaculately clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and accommodating as well. The rooftop terrace is a great place to watch the sunset with a bottle of wine.
I only wish they would provide free coffee each morning. They provide a coffee kit for the first morning and then require you to pay if you want more throughout your stay. I also find it a bit tacky that they charge for bubbles if you stay in the room with the bathtub. They should just be included.

Quiet, safe, clean and comfortable. Nice reading lights, pleasant garden entrance
Sound carries, so voices in the hallway are easily heard. Not a problem as few people passed by.

We loved the first desk people. They were very friendly and did their best with the language barrier. The room was small but clean. The breakfast was good and we had it in their cute balcony. The front garden is beautiful.
The water piled in the shower.

Silence
Location is too far from the center

Really nice little oasis of a hotel. Quiet and comfortable, and just a short walk from anything you could need or want in Antigua. I booked a small room but it was well apportioned and the staff were super helpful. The roof terrace is lovely with great views of the volcano and across the city. I had one day's rest/remote work waiting for my flight back after a work trip and it was perfect for me.
No complaints. It's definitely not a luxury place but it's very nice and great value for money.

Very charming and cosy boutique hotel with a local guatemalan touch everywhere. Loved the small filter coffee machines in the room, the rustic furniture and colorful beddings.Felt very authentic. Also the receptionist Beatrice was very sweet, welcoming and helpful!
No elevator so it's difficult for luggage, no AC

Nice quiet location. Easy to walk to the centre. The balcony was lovely. Very pretty inside the hotel and garden. Room decor authentic and creative. Lovely colours.
Our room was below the terrace which was supposed to close at 10pm. Noisy, inconsiderate guests during the night kept me awake. Nowhere to hang your clothes.
The terrace was untidy and the chairs and tables dusty. Disappointing as from the photos I expected a more attractive terrace.
The hotel states it has a tour desk. The staff were not able to give me much accurate information about tourist bus shuttles.
4.5
The hotel had very few rooms so it felt very private. The rooftop terrace was lovely and a shuttle picked me up from the airport for a very reasonable price.

Location good within walking distance of city centre. Set in pleasant small gardens with small sitting area on roof top to watch regular releases ash from fuego volcano. Staff very helpful. Breakfast on terrace nice touch.
Room was too small for our 5 night stay, we moved the bed from against wall to enable easier access. No wardrobe etc. Hotel had no other larger rooms available at that time.

Nothing. It's a great spot!

The location was good. It is not in the busy area but close enough to get to.
The bed was too soft for us. There is a patio but not sure if there is service.

location and quent building, nice terrace/rooftop spot to hang out with a view. Decent location 10-15 min walk from most places you would like to see.
Breakfast only served after 8am. since i was site seeing, leaving earlier than 8am, never got to have breakfast.

The hotel was really nice and intimate, the room spacious and comfortable and overall well designed.
The personnel at the reception was rather unprofessional. I had an issue with the credit card machine and they said I couldn't do the payment directly via Booking which turned out not to be true. Also, the woman at the reception was constantly addressing me with "tu" instead of "ustedes" as if we were friends. Finally when I asked at my arrival about breakfast the same woman answered me rudely saying that I didn't have the breakfast included (which I did). Overall the place was very nice but I don't think I will come back.

Sweet small property (about 10 rooms?) in Antigua, walkable to the center. convenience store at the corner. Nice bathroom (for Antigua) plus they provided water bottles and coffee machine in the room replenished daily.
Staff was VERY VERY NICE!! I felt very safe at this hotel.
I hadn’t realized will be such a small ‘hotel’ - which clearly limits the services they can provide.
My room was small, simple and had an unpleasant dank smell to it. while the rest of the hotel seemed neat and orderly, my room did not feel fresh and clean.

great location and the staff were very helpful and lovely. great view of fuego constantly going off
we booked a room with a bath, but the bath had a valve that let water out once it was not even half full. that was disappointing as we only booked that specific room because of the bath.

Beautiful hotel, every detail is amazing. The view to the volcanoes is great.
We didn't have electricity by around 12 hrs during our last night
