Very responsive to help with parking. Clean and very walkable location.

My wife and I stayed there with her 16-year-old son the apartment was perfect. It’s in a great location very clean and nicely furnished. I also like the fact we didn’t have to worry about any towels or linens, and they were great about leaving extra food that we had so we didn’t have to pack it up and take it out with us. The hosts were very responsive to all questions I had and it was an overall great experience definitely would recommend.

Our stay could not have been better. Cozy, clean and welcoming. Great location! Thank you, Megan and Jason. Everything was better than we expected.

The apartment was very clean in a great location in the West End. Perfect spot for my family of four while visiting Portland. Rooftop deck was awesome! There are several flights of stairs to get into the apartment. Short walk to restaurants and shops.

Jason and Megan’s home is definitely worth returning to if you plan on visiting Portland. Walking distance into downtown is not a hassle at all and driving into town takes about 5 minutes! Parking is around the corner but there is street parking available as long as you read the signs carefully! The patio/deck is also super clean and you can see the beautiful sky without any disruptions. My parents, significant other and dog had such a relaxing time and will definitely come back if we visit again!

WOW! What an adorable 2 bedroom with everything you could possibly need! Very clean with a great ambiance! Check-in was a breeze upon arrival. Comes with a parking spot! A great location with so many good coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and a walkable distance down to the pier and shopping. Megan and Jason were so easy to work with and terrific welcoming hosts! They made you feel at home and were super helpful! When we make it back to Maine, we will be staying here again! Thank you! :)

The property itself is perfect and super clean. I was wowed by how welcoming Megan and Jason were. They even included some granola bars, waters and a bottle of champagne for our girls weekend ! They were super responsive and their welcome book was really helpful and detailed. I would definitely stay here again !

My group really enjoyed staying in this space. The rooftop was amazing and a great place to have our morning coffee and chill in the afternoon. Jason and Megan were both so helpful with detailed check-in instructions as well as quick responses to our questions. Would highly recommend!

We loved staying at this apartment. It is really well-located and a convenient walk or short Uber to almost everything we wanted to do and see. It was clean, comfortable and well-appointed, and the owners were great at communicating clearly and promptly. The welcome book was a nice touch. The 3-floor walk-up aspect may be tough for some, especially those with heavy luggage, but we weren't surprised by this since the description included that information.

Great wedding weekend in Portland. Jason's apartment was great - just as advertised and extremely clean, easy to access, and great location.

I went with my friends and we had a great time. Loved the outdoor seating and large porch. There's a small market up the street and everything is within walking distance. The only downside is the three flights of stairs with luggage, but you should be fine.
We also loved the washer and dryer with detergent, and the shampoo, conditioner, and soap built into the wall of the shower.

We had a great weekend in the West End. The hike up the stairs is worth it for the top floor and new roof deck. Everything was clean, neat and in great condition. A nice welcome book with local listings. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee, the art museum and a nice park. Bathtub was an extra bonus for our family with kids.

Great stay. Clean, nice kitchen, AC, roif deck.
Issues:
Steps,
Parking:
Pedestrian access to parking access cut off on Winter. Have to walk around State.
Parking is far away along dark streets at night. Incident with some kids. Nothing serious, but uncomfortable. Construction dust on cars. Secluded lot. Long way to walk carrying things.
One bed had broken/skewed leg under it
No dresser in one BR.
Dryer kept cutting off.

This was a great apartment in West End of Portland and a short, pleasant walk to the East End. The apt looks and feels exactly like the photos: clean and contemporary. It was close to many cafes, restaurants and shops as well as Deering Oaks Park (which was very useful because I brought my dog).
It's always nice to find a dog-friendly apt, but I didn't fully realize I could not leave her there for an hour if we went to dinner, etc. Portland is pretty dog-friendly so we made it work, but I just thought it would be helpful to highlight that detail to other people who like to bring their dog on vacation.

This was the perfect home base from which to spend a weekend exploring a little bit of Portland. We came to run the Shipyard 5k, and ran, ate, shopped and drank our way around Old Port. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, stylish and obviously recently renovated, with lots of little touches by the owners to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood is charming-we felt close to the "action" of Old Port and downtown, and the streets and sidewalks, while lively with people, have a safe feel and a relaxed vibe. Megan was very responsive and a great host - we want to go back and discover more of Portland next time, and we would stay in this apartment again!

Friends and I loved our time at this spot in Portland. The hosts were quick with a helpful response and solution when we had a small issue upon arrival. Even better was the location! Once we arrived, we parked the car and never needed it the entire weekend. Everything we visited was within, at most, a 20 minute walk of the apartment. I'd definitely return!

There is definitely a wow factor when you enter this apartment. The owners have done an amazing job making this top floor space so appealing and even though it's in an old building, the apartment is beautifully appointed and feels brand new. Lots of really nice small touches (amazingly comfortable beds, Keurig coffee maker, great communication, to name a few) that make this property stand out above many others I have stayed at.

Jason and Megan touched base regularly to be sure our needs were met. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great place for a weekend retreat. Clean and comfortable with all the west end has to offer right outside your door. Great selection of bars, restaurants and shops just steps away. Easy access to Old Port and East End as well. We would stay there again. Owner responsive and well organized.

This is a nice property in a convenient location to great restaurants and coffee shops. The hosts were very accommodating to our requests and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend if you are looking for a base to explore Portland.

3 of us enjoyed our stay here; the neighborhood was a good location to explore the city on foot. Many good restaurants, shopping was plentiful, boat tours were all close by. The multiple flights of stairs could be a challenge for some with luggage and groceries, but we had no problems! The host was easy to reach and very accommodating.

Very clean, well appointed living, kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom for two couples. We loved having a washer/dryer in unit and iron/ironing board as we were attending a wedding. Lots of dining options in neighborhood. Parking is a short walk away. (Not a problem for us but you should note there are three flights of stairs up to this apartment. )

This is a nice neighborhood with good food very close. The harbor area, with shops, galleries and restaurants is walkable. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. And the beds are very comfortable! We had no problem with the three long flights of stairs, but some might.

We enjoyed the location, beds were very comfortable, apartment overall nice, comfortable and had everything we needed. AC was loud (window units) and shower was fine but not the best. All in all we recommend and would stay there again.

Lots of shops and dining options available within a short walk. You can reach the waterfront in about 15 minutes. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and checked in often. We rented for two weeks for a remote working opportunity. If you want to cook your meals, as we did some days, Trader Joe's is within a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Walgreens and CVS are close by as well. Even though the street is suppose to be quiet, you cannot stop the noise when local bars close. This apartment is a three flight walk up as the description indicates. You can walk everywhere and if you have a car, there is a designated parking space around the corner, next street over, at the 7-11. It was convenient and safe for the two weeks. If you have the time, check out the band lineup at State Theater -- 10 minute walk from apartment. Other great places to see musical acts also around Portland.

A gem in the city! A nice walk to the water and the restaurants all around are spectacular. Lovely apartment and location.

Great location!
Stayed for The weekend. Jason and Megan were great at communication. Very responsive to all our questions Check-in was super easy. Loved the lock system. Could walk right into town which was very important for us. Did not have to move the car at all! It was an extremely hot weekend. Thankfully they had great air-conditioning so we were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Jason and Megan!

Cute Apartment
This apartment was very cute and small, also well stocked. The 3 story walk up was a bit strenuous at times (especially with luggage or after a day full of walking). There are many great restaurants in the area and access to fun stores. I would recommend this location if you are active, enjoy walking, and not looking for an intensely relaxing vacation. The parking was not ideal, the area felt a bit unsafe, but the car was left untouched and we were grateful for the space because parking can be difficult in the Old Port. All in all, it was a fabulous trip with friends and we were pleased with the space!

Portland!
This two bedroom apartment is in a good location and had everything we needed for our stay. The parking was not that far away from the building. We walked to restaurants, donut shop, a brewery and a couple of wine shops. All within a 15-20 minute walk.
Kennebunkport is only a 35 minute drive away.

Nice West End apartment
Well maintained, clean, and recently renovated. Had everything we needed and is located in a nice area of Portland, walkable to most of the peninsula. Great place for coffee/pastries just a few blocks away (Tandem). Not a particular problem, but the unit is on the top floor with 3 flights of very steep stairs. Would definietly stay here again!
