Buena ubicación para hospedaje

La ubicación es muy buena, muy céntrica y las instalaciones son estilo coloniales, la habitación que me tocó tenía buena luz natural ya que había algunas habitaciones que estaban muy escondidas

Podrían mejorar la limpieza ya que había polvo en los muebles y algunos cabellos. El baño también debería de estar más limpio ya que es compartido

スタッフは優しい。

Booking.comに記載されているMAPと場所が全然違う。建物が古く、部屋のドア開閉時にギィギィ言っていた。なぜかキッチンに施錠して中にスタッフが籠る。キッチンに入りたい時はノックすると鍵を開けてくれる。この施錠の意味、なに？泊まってる宿泊者は欧米人ばかりで、夜は共用スペースで大声で話し、夜遅くまでドアをバタバタ開け閉めしていて、なかなかマナーが悪かった。

Laid-back hostel with enjoyable surroundings

Easy-going and laid back hostel, friendly staff and good location. Spacy room (double). Good kitchen that we could use.

Noise from the street woke us up early every morning. There’s room for improvement in safety - all lights in the corridors are off at night, main doors open from inside only with a key - dangerous in event of fire. The staff does not speak a word of English.

Great hotel for exploring Antigua, stick to the room at the back

If my money wasn't stolen and the shower functioned, the stay would have been better rated.

Close proximity to the heart of Antigua.

After I informed the staff I was hiking all day, I returned to my room with all of my cash taken. Multiple times the water will shut off without warning in the communal shower, sometimes staying off for several minutes.

Beautiful and quiet space, but hard to reach staff

Very quiet and beautiful space. Hot water in the shower. Availability of breakfast and other service. Easy walk into town and up to viewpoint.

Room was very small without a shower or anyway to move the air, so felt very stuffy. Downstairs shower broken (but upstairs worked just fine). Staff slow to respond to messages or calls. Unable to find staff next morning to discuss breakfast or another night - called both numbers, rang doorbell, etc.

Beautiful house, amazing staff!

Beautiful Spanish Colonial style house. Rooms were spacious & comfortable. The level of cleanliness was insane! Marta did an amazing job with keeping the house looking amazing and was incredibly friendly also. The kitchen was well equipped. Within walking distance to everything for your trip in Antigua.

The water in the shower could be a little hotter but by no means a dealbreaker.

Great place for budget travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked shuttles and had my laundry done with them and the price was the cheapest I could find. Highly recommend.

Nice little homestay

Friendly staff Kitchen to cook in Nice little garden area Cosy room Felt safe

The room was very small. It was a shared bathroom with another room... however as it's on the ground floor anyone else using kitchen etc was using it so sometimes you had to wait. The room only had a window looking out to the kitchen/garden so couldn't be open unless you want people seeing you in bed. Altho it's a quiet house you could hear everything when people are about. Some guests left for airport at 4am and was impossible to ignore. The shower was a bit dodgy Plastic grass in garden Overall its a nice place to stay but you can get cheaper and better private rooms in antigua

Beautiful old house, rooms perfectly equipped with table, sofa, and wardrobe

we arrived late, at midnight; so the 24-hour reception was very important for us. It is a very old “Spanish” building in the colonial style, wonderful architecture!

Staff is very welcoming and friendly, the rooms are large. Everything is spot clean (also the shared bathroom).

Booking does not list the property at the correct location. Google location is correct but how would I know as there is no sign anywhere on the building. We found some fellow searchers and, with the help of some neighbors, found the place. Rooms' windows go to stairs and not directly to the outside. in contrast to other reviews, the accommodation is not quiet as it is right next to an important road with traffic 24/7. Google the location before booking!

friendly & good location, rather make sure it's clean

Friendly place, quite good location at the border of the old town, everything walkable, nice building, especially the little courtyard with plants.

I stayed two times at this place, the first time was good, the second time mixed. The first time everything was clean, the second time I stayed in a more expensive room, but the room was only hastily cleaned, beds were made but sheets not changed from previous guest with hair in it, which should not happen especially as you can find many cheaper options. I noticed it before going to bed, when nobody was around any more. You can get equal breakfast cheaper at many places around. Paying extra for paying with card is common in Guatemala, but something you have to get used to.

Good price for a big room. Toilet and shower just outside for my room type. Sweet staff.

Need to correct the address on booking.com. The address stated is not correct! Quite annoying start when you don’t find the place.

Very good

Location was ideal, very close to tourist area. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and let me keep my suitcase there until evening after I checked out.

It was difficult to find. Its not on Calle Animas like Google Maps says, its on the street behind. And the sign is tiny. Both my shuttles dropping me off and picking up spent 20 minutes going back and forth trying to find it.

Good stay for a night

Spacious room, big shower, friendly staff and good breakfast (extra pay).

A but further out of the city, next to a big and busy street. Bathroom, especially shower could have been cleaner.
