Accommodation was good.
The lack of a restaurant on site

Large spacious room. Good quality finishing. Easy parking. Sink and cutlery in the room and large bin.
Cleanliness at the bottom outside of the toilet - otherwise everything perfect.

Unusual futuristic feel to location; warm under floor heating, comfortable beds, clean, fridge, crockery and room sink; loved the wet room and handy muddy boot tray. Pet friendly, with easy access to a woodland area, always a bonus. The member of staff I spoke to was very helpful.
I arrived in the dark, wasn't sure about the gate entry or where to seek registration. Lighting didn't cover the step up from car park area. The TV didn't seem to be programmed, for normal channels, so when I eventually worked it out, watched through the apps. The fridge was noisy, so turned off during the night as not in use by me and I like it quiet. Disappointed the cafe had closed at 4pm as the booking suggested a restaurant was available.

Basic but clean and modern
Nothing

It was very clean, nicely decorated, well supplied with teas, coffee sachets, wash soap etc. The Wi-Fi was very good and the tv had streaming services also.
The mattress was slightly harder than I’m used to but that was the only small negative.

Everything! Event we attended was fantastic and a lot of this was down to the staff and quality of food. We were there for Ruthie and Sue,s wedding celebration.
Floor in chalet looked clean but our feet were getting dirty walking around. Would have been nice had the shower glass extended across more to save the shower floor mat from getting soaked and the floor becoming somewhat of a slip hazard.

Very clean, everything you needed

It was very clean and quite, guests and staff very friendly

Surprisingly spacious set in an eco park of modern wooden structures/buildings with parking. Green star Michelin food restaurant on site.
Restaurant was fully booked for Sunday breakfast which was very disappointing; We hadn’t realised booking for the restaurant was only possible if done on-line.
4.3
Very clean and comfortable

Nice layout and very quiet, exactly what I wanted. I'd asked for a spot on the end and was given one, which was appreciated.
Bed was very comfy.
Nice to park a few steps away.
Really liked the woodland walk pit the back, great for the dogs.
The room was quite cold when I arrived and took quite a while to warm up.
Overhead lights at the back of the room didn't work (at least I couldn't find how), which was annoying as it was a dark overcast day.
The glass divider in the bathroom wasn't deep/ long enough to stop shower water spilling all over the floor which I then had to mop up.

Sustainability efforts. Close to Birchwood after our party. Comfortable bed. Really roomy. Warm welcome

Thoughtfully designed in terms of decor and furniture. It was mostly clean throughout.
There were pee stains on the outer trunk of the toilet; however, everything else’s was cleaned to a high standard. The heating didn’t work in one of the two rooms we stayed in.
4.3
Very clean, comfortable, lovely modern decor and good amenities (kettle, hair dryer, TV, good array of tea, coffee etc). Quiet and very comfortable beds. On-site restaurant Birchwood is fantastic.
Very unfortunate that the lodges front directly on to the car park with all the beautiful trees on the other side. Guests need to make sure they are fully dressed before opening the curtains in the morning as there isn't much privacy. It would be nice if there were some planters/a strip of grass with some shrubs/trees growing
between the lodges and the car park just to give a greener view and privacy, would also create more of a forest vibe.
4.3
Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good sized room.
Very difficult to lock the door properly.
4.3
The rooms were spotlessly clean, cool modern decor and v comfortable beds. The cafe for breakfast was exceptional. A shame they weren't open for pizza or food in the evening
The view out onto a barren car park with no trees or softening planting was a missed opportunity. Planters full of grasses outside the rooms would be nice.
4.3
Simple but stylish and perfectly clean. Very quiet. Lodges keep cool in the summer.
Would be good if there was a privacy curtain as well as black out curtain so you could let some natural light in without feeling overlooked.
4.3
it was perfect for an overnight stay with clean, simple furnishings and a very comfortable bed.
I didn’t dislike anything but a toaster would have been handy.
4.3
The rooms were lovely, clean and laid out well. The underfloor heating was lovely and the shower was clean and very hot.

We paid for breakfast at the cafe, it was not included in price.

The rooms were clean and comfortable as expected! We ate lunch at Birchwood, went for a walk in the afternoon around the forest and had breakfast at Birchwood breakfast in the morning! We ate snacks in the room in the evening after walking around in the afternoon to the Weald smokery! Great weekend away with family who live hundreds of miles apart!

Comfortable, spacious accommodation and great for dogs with a lovely woodland walk adjacent to the property.
