Les quelques jours que nous avons passés à la Huellas sont de loin les plus chaleureux de notre séjour au Guatemala. Suzana notre hote à tout mis en œuvre pour qu'on se sente comme chez nous et nous a rendu des services que nous n'oublierons pas. L'hygiène est irréprochable, les petits déjeuner excelents, emplacement parfait, plusieurs SDB avec eaux chaude, petite courette... Je recommande vivement.

beds were not really comfy and shower not really good. if we were lucky we had some hot water.

Not worth the money, needs some upgrades

The location, easy check in and check out, hosts helped us via phone when needed

The sheets didn’t fit the bed so you end up on bare mattress by the morning. The bedding could really use an upgrade. The breakfast had pieces of plastic in it because they used an old peeling spatula, we told them but they didn’t change and continued to cook with it. Our room also had a poorly insulated door to another room and we could hear everything from next door, they were quiet “neighbours” but it felt very un-private.

Good little hostel ran by lovely people

The people who are working in the hostel are very nice and they go out of their way to help. The hostel is clean, included free breakfast and is close to central park. It's a great little base for seeing what Antigua has to offer.

It was a little difficult to find the hostel initially because there is no sign outside.

owner was so friendly and helpful with everything, able to store our bags whilst we did the volcano tour, sorted out the tour for us. lovely breakfast which is included. close to plenty of shops and short walk to the main square etc. great hostel!!

would be helpful if there was signage outside for the property. also the room was quite cold so a thicker blanket would be nice! the walls are thin so you can hear other guests talking but we didn’t mind this as it reflects in the cheap price!

I highly recommend this place. One of the best in Guatemala. Very good WiFi, nice and clean rooms. The owner was very helpful with everything (like help to organize trip to the volcano). A very friendly atmosphere. It felt like at home :) I will definitely come back here. Gracias!

the room was dirty it was really dirty walls dirty and the bed was dirty and filthy and no AC no towels to bathe HORRIBLE!!!!

quite unknown hostel apparently

quiet hostel in short walking distance to center. nice owner, bed was comfy, i hab a 3 bed dorm to myself, so it was and extra good deal

seems like the place is a work-in-process since they just moved. hard to find (no sign outside when i was there), no breakfast (yet) and running out of toilet paper. nevertheless a nice owner which makes it rather work it
