The receptionists are very nice. The staff works there helped me to carry the heavy luggage proactively.

I paid extra for the early check-in, and still there is no one at the reception. The code provided for the main door was working, as main door sensor was broken. I have to wait for an one and a half hour and several mails to all available mail id, to get someone come and handover the keys.

The entire experience was not very pleasant and it wasnt worth the money

it was close to the train station and tram stops were also close by.

The bathroom door lock was broken, the Faucets were leaking in the toilet, No kitchen tissues were provided, No shampoo or soap was provided, the towels that were given were dirty, and kitchen utensils were dirty

Grausam 😡

Ganz ehrlich war ein Alptraum, wie kann man sowas vermieten und dann noch für den Preis. Es ist bodenlose Frechheit, dreckig, Handtücher zerisen die kann man als Putzlappen benutzen aber nicht den Kunden geben. Es hat gestucken in Zimmer und die Zufahrt das ale letzte. Für solche Zimmer müsste man noch Geld bekommen um dort zu übernachten. Es gab mehrere Menschen die sich beschwert haben und paar haben sogar in anderen Hotel übernachtet. Ich werde mich rechtlich beraten und dagegen dann vor gehen

Prieš užsakant būkite tikri, kad nereikės keisti užsakymo

Vieta, kaina ir kambario tvarka iš esmės geri, centras netoli. Tinka trumpalaikems nakvynėms.

Tai pirmas blogas atsiliepimas per 25 metus kai keliauju... Visiškai nelankstus personalas, kilusių klausimų ir problemų išspręsti faktiškai nepavyko, į laiškus neatsakė po kelias dienas, rezervavimo ir keitimo sistema nelanksti, nors teoriškai tokia turėtų būti. Viename iš kambarių nebuvo elektros, ne darbo valandomis pagalbos telefonai buvo išjungti. Triviečiame kambaryje 1 rozetė. Abejoju ar ten grįžčiau.

Excellent and recommendable.

Friendly and pleasant attitude from the staff. My arrival was late in the midnight, but I had no discomfort. Everything was already arranged and I just had to pick up my key and papers from the secured box. Even they allowed me to park the car in the private parking lot the next day without charging additional fee.

The location is good makes travelling easy! Reasonable quiet

No elevators, it was so difficult going up and down the stairs with out bags... I think the linings need some refreshments!

We would stay there again, because of the location, value for money and the staff onsite. Even though it wasn’t as clean

Location Value for money Kitchenette Beds were relatively comfortable How the staff responded to our issue.

The sewer smell from the shower that got worse throughout our stay! Low level of basic cleaning.

lots of potential, but not great just now.

close to tram stop. on-site parking. staff willing to help with a problem regarding room which arose upon check in. the kitchen had most things needed to prepare a meal.

Very tired building. Grimy, needs a thoroughly spring clean. lots of minor maintenance needs completing, like cracked light in bathroom, patching on walls etc. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The hallways smelt damp and the rooms were dusty. These apartments have a lot of potential.

Very close, nice neighborhood, property needs some care and repair.

It is very close to downtown and someone helped us finding the keys and gave us enough information to get in and out.

The room was not clean, the furniture had not been moved for a long time and it was dirty behind. The bathroom was not clean. The shower had many spots with mold. The toilet was dark and unclean underneath. There were some fixtures that were loose or broken.

Not worth the money we paid.

Mattresses were old and soft, you were essentially lying on the bed frame. The tiles were coming off the walls, our kettle did not work and neither did my parents TV (even after mentioning it to the staff). There were stains on the wall, rusted wall mounted cabinets and generally the apartments looked dated and dirty.

Location is okay, but the place need a bit of a touch up.

The heating system is very bad. One small heater for two rooms? I ended up sleeping in the sitting room close to the heater which is not even safe. Emergency number is for a reason. It’s a one call away. But there was no answer. Couples were fighting as early as 4am. Paid for three nights but could only stay for a night because we didn’t feel safe. We are still waiting for an email from the management as regards to a refund request.
