Our extended family had a wonderful stay in this lovely, spacious, comfortable home. We enjoyed family meals around the big table in the well equipped kitchen diner and everyone slept well in the comfortable beds. The bathrooms were beautifully clean and modern. It was a great location for the south of the island with good transport links.
The weather was great too and a BBQ would be a welcome addition!

We were celebrating a big birthday. It was lovely to be all together in one lovely house, as we all live in different parts of the country. As children our family went to the Isle of Man every year, travelling on the ferry from Fleetwood. We were recreating old black and white photos, but with newer family members. Very fond memories of family who are no longer with us. It was superb weather. The house was wonderful and met our needs completely, plenty of room and facilities.

Had a great time at Brookville house. Went to the beach at port Erin an swam twice, went on the steam train to Douglas and back, went to ramsay by tram. All this by bus as the stop is just outside the house.
Hope to come back some time.

Wonderful, spacious and comfortable property. Very quiet with a beautiful outlook over the countryside. Well-equipped kitchen so great for cooking. Golf courses were all within 20 mins drive, as are the range of supermarkets and shopping in Douglas, and Castletown Links is thoroughly recommended. Port Erin is lovely and we had delicious fish and chips there. A slightly slow draining shower tray and a rather dated TV were the only minor drawbacks but we'd return in a shot! Thanks for having us.

Brookville House was the perfect choice for a family gathering in the area where our ancestors came from. Spacious, well furnished and lovely well equipped kitchen it was home from home. The bedrooms were comfortable with stylish, modern bathrooms. Island Escapes dealt with the booking very professionally. Great location for visiting places on the island.
One room overlooked the main road and was a bit noisy in the early morning but that was the only small negative.

This was such a lovely place to spend a week on the island. From fist arrival the house impressed, spotlessly clean, large well furnished rooms and a wonderful kitchen and dining area overlooking the garden. The granddaughters were particularly taken by the cows in the field at the bottom of the garden. The house is on a bus route with two buses per hour and there's a very good dining pub in Colby about 15-20 minutes walk away (or a few minutes on the bus).
We'd all love to stay there again and as we left the youngest granddaughter was chanting "this is a lovely house" over and over again. A rare unconditional recommendation!

What a lovely house this is for a large family get together, With loads of space so you never feel as if your on top of each other. The garden and seating area is also perfect for that outside meal weather permitted with lovely views. The location of the property is ideal also on the southside of the island, With a lovely pub that serves food just a 15min stroll up the road so you don't have to drive if you fancy a drink..It also has a spar shop next to the pub..
I would definitely recommend this house and will be sure to book it again next time we are over as a family group.

The house has all been renovated to a very high standard, the kitchen is really well equipped and there’s plenty of space for children to safely run about. It’s only a few minutes from Castletown and Port Erin. We had a lovely three generation family holiday.
