Bristol vacation

Apartment is so much better than staying in a hotel, and had all the comforts one misses when you go away, the weather was bad and so that didn't matter, because staying in a very comfortable apartment made up for that

Short stay in two bedroom apartment

Lovely apartment in a great location. Although it’s pretty central and close to a huge choice of restaurants, the area is nice and quiet. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the ground floor. We really liked the decor and found the apartment to be very comfortable - especially the sofa! We would stay here again.

Glasses and plates were stored quite high on shelves and I struggled to reach them. When I did, the shelf looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Overall the apartment is clean, just perhaps a couple of areas where things have been missed.

The overall place is quite sterile and unwelcoming.

The cleaner was helpful

They have deliberately posted the wrong pictures. I reserved one property but was given a completely different one. We required a bath and a double bed, and a garden, all of which were advertised on the pictures. When we arrived it was a basement flat swarming with drain flies. Instead of the "large king size bed" I'd booked, my wife and I were forced to sleep in tiny separate twin beds. The TV receives no channels, rendering it pretty useless. Most of all I'm upset about the false advertising. The whole place is clearly a slapdash money making scheme. Did not feel like a home at all.

Beautiful home and great location.

Fantastic location. Great view. Incredibly comfortable bed. Beautifully and simply decorated.

Radiator in living room didn't work as control knob was missing and it did get chilly in the evening.

Mediocre at best

the location

The management were rude and accused us of smoking in the property when that did not take place. All in order to keep the £150 deposit BEWARE.

Very competitive alternative to a traditional hotel room

Location, space, cleanliness

Paying a security deposit and waiting a week for the refund. Footfall noise from flat above very intrusive while it lasted.

did the job I needed .

good location for town centre. did the job I wanted . clean presentable and warm.

expensive parking overnight in public car park while staying. need to wake by 9am to then feed the meter again while in place staying. I believe it the council to blame not the owners of apartment. however an expense to the renter when staying.

Passable

the decoration and cleanliness, everything was super clean and in perfect condition

that they blamed me for having a party and smoking marijuana, when they were the neighbors upstairs, and that the Internet does not reach the last room, I just hope they return my deposit, I have proof that I do not smoke and that I leave the house in perfect condition.

Fantastic, Georgian town house, in the heart of the city.

Fantastic place, comfortable, great decor and in a great location. Brilliant for our family get together.

Little bit of noise outside, but hey, your in the beating heart of the city!

overpriced

nothing because the pictures shown are not what I paid for was given ground floor apartment? not happy

no blinds in bedroom had to close wooden bifold doors on windows for privacy felt like I was in a prison. not happy

Great base for a lovely trip to Bristol

Stayed as family of 4 with 2 kids under 4. Lovely apartment with new furnishings in a great location. Everything you need for a one week stay. Yard area is a nice bonus. Good communication from hosts and information about the area and Bristol.

Property states they welcome families and children of all ages however they do not provide a cot bed nor a high chair even if requested.
