The entrance and public rooms are vwry different in standard and ambiance to the rooms in the modern part of the building. My room was poky, had no bedside light, no room in thw bathroom and a terrible smell of sewage. I expect much more from a hotel of this standard. I will not be staying again.

Very nice check inn and check out .
Due to efficent handling and very very service oriented

Staff were aware of the businessiness of hotel reception yet they were so quick and efficient with check in and check out.

I found it frustrating when I entered the room, which was extremely dark, that I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights. I ran my hands against all the walls and none of the light switches worked. Finally figured out the key needed to be put in the slot to activate lights, but I could barely see that was a thing or how it needed to be done.
Then my shower overflowed because I had never seen a drain cover like that and kept trying to push it down or pull up to get it to drain but it wouldn't. Finally figured out that it rotated sideways, a drain type I'd never seen before.
Finally, I tried to make myself coffee and couldn't get the machine to work. Was unfamiliar with the machine and thought there was something I was doing wrong. Eventually figured out there was a switch on the nearby electrical panel that needed to be activated.
Here's a tip for good customer experience: Make things brain dead simple for customers when they walk into a room that is unfamiliar to them. My first 10 minutes in the room made me frustrated, annoyed, and unable to get my most basic needs met upon entering after a long haul flight.
Put yourself in the customer's shoes.

Very helpful staff from quick and efficient check in, lovely breakfast and helpful check out

We had a lovely stay. It has been several years since we last stayed and it was nice to come back. Our room was really nicely laid out and very clean and tidy. We will come back sooner next time.
2.5
Centrally located so easy to commute to all areas of London.

No hot water, warm at best. And bar closes at 11pm

Room faced the centre of the building where all the heater / air con units buzzed away all night. Clean and friendly staff, shame the noise in room was alot.
2.0
Very outdated hotel, convenient location to the tube.

we were upgraded which was nice. Room Air heating was very noisy. Road/crowd noise was disturbing. Tap in bathroom sprayed all over floor.
Was pleased that although we couldn't stay for breakfast that we had paid for, we were offered a packed breakfast to take with us (at 6am when we left).
1.5
Friendly service, no complaints except room like a bit jaded
2.5
Staff were incredibly helpful

The bath drained back into the shower and washed out a lot of dirt from the pipework into the shower tray.
There were several long dark hairs left around the sink.
The shower didnt drain properly
2.5
As expected, which is nice!

I stayed in a group of 4 friends, hotel was the Perfect location from St Pancras station! The staff were lovely and check in was easy, the were some treats left in our room which was a lovely touch! The room was lovely and spacious but the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the main bed was lovely! We would stay again , thank you !

Matthew in the reception was great. The rest of customer facing staff was not so. They lost two packages, and time and again we were given explanations for how they probably had not been properly delivered. Then we met Matthew and he persisted and doing them.
The gym was closed due to some water damage. The equipment was undamaged so could have been set up in one of the conference rooms, but guests were instead sent to another Radisson 1 kilometer away. I asked whether there were changing rooms and showers, and was told yes. Of course there weren't. And so on. A pretty mediocre experience, all in all.

Hot water was only warm not hot, kettle and nespresso machine in the room but no tea bags or sugar provided. Lighting poor, either off or too bright, no power or usb sockets anywhere near the bed to charge phones over night. Not what I expected from a high end brand like Radisson. On the good side the staff were excellent and the bed was comfy.
1.0
Disappointing room, not in keeping with stylish customer facing areas such as reception and the restaurant. Room was dated, drab and impractical. Mismatched glass in windows (frosted safety glass and plain), stained carpets, no bedside tables or lamps, no plug sockets by bed or mirror. Only 2 tea bags in the compliment tray, bathroom fixtures were dirty and all night there was the sound of running water similar to a toilet cistern filling up.

Room was small, bathroom v cramped but fine for one person

We had to switch rooms as the shower leaked and light was flickering in the first room. The staff were lovely and explained there was no maintenance staff in (late check in). They moved our room to another on the same floor with no hassle. The friendliness off the people on reception made up for any inconvenience. Would stay here again
1.5
Worktrip. Disappointing room quality. Window not able to shut, so the noise from the beergarden below was very distrubing. Fitness not available (main reason for booking the hotel).

The room was towards the streest and incredibly noisy. Had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones and I am usually not that sensitive. I would never recomend the singel rooms.
2.5
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and went beyond what we expected. We'll definitely be back.
2.0
Perfectly decent. Room was a little tired ( windows were old and didn’t close very well) but very comfortable.

Good location, kindly stuff and clean room
1.0
Owing to the age of the building and quality of the windows, there is little to no acoustic insulation.
Moving rooms once, the alternative 115, shook with the noise of the underground approximately every 10 minutes throughout the night.
This negatively affected the overall experience as sleep was frequently broken.
Otherwise, service and support from staff was helpful and pleasant.
1.0
Absolute rip off for the price, staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel was clean but you can get better value for money elsewhere. The room was tired and bathroom was tiny and I won't be staying again.
1.5
Nice hotel in a good location. However, the fees for laundry and breakfast were too high. Ive seen cheaper prices at better hotels.
2.0
Room was nice enough, bed was comfy, lots of hot water for shower. Couple of things that were not so good - tv had no reception, lacking a bedside lamp (so only bright spotlights or darkness) no seal in shower door so water flooded out. Was good to have your own fridge, hairdryer and iron. Overall it was pretty reasonable for the price and an excellent location
2.0
Not the most pleasant checkin , AC was not working , phone was not working , first night was night mare , then after multiple complaints , they repaired . Everything went well for next days as I stayed quite long there .
Location is good if you want to catch trains , that was the reason I chose this one .
Tube station was quite close .

The loud bathroom ventilation was unbearable and couldn't be turned off, making it impossible to sleep or work—the main reasons I booked the room. When I asked the staff for help, they advised me to remove my key card from the power outlet to stop the fan, which I did, but the ventilation kept running. This also cut power to the outlets, so I couldn’t charge my devices overnight.
On top of this, the cleanliness was poor, and there were no outlets near the bed, which is surprising given that most people rely on their phones as alarms. The hotel was also covered in ads for their rewards program, giving the place a low-budget feel. Even the staff wore T-shirts with QR codes promoting the rewards program, as if anyone would actually scan a person. It was uncomfortable and off-putting.

Probably got what I paid for. A basic room on the first floor overlooking Tottenham Court Road. Surprisingly not too noisy. Wasn’t given the option of booking a breakfast on checking in. Not asked about my stay on checking out. Just ok.
2.5
Great base. Good location.
2.0
The hotel was clean and beds comfortable but the room small.
A breakfast menu would have been helpful as it wasn’t clear what could be ordered from the kitchen.
1.5
It was ok, minimalistic but it’s fine for me
1.5
Shower door wouldn’t shut as broken.

It was fine. Convenient, clean and friendly.

The worst hotel ever!!! The restaurant manager was extremely rude, when requested to speak to the general manager he arrived with security. Absolutely discussing service, no respect for the client, rude attitude! I complained because my steak ordered firstly was overcooked, new steak arrived and it’s half the size. Price was still the same!! Was classed as a someone who just enjoy to complain!! Something I rarely do!

Clean, friendly & comfy bed BUT very noisy. I asked for a quiet room but was put in the 1st floor next to the main road above McDonalds. External & internal noise throughout the night/early morning plus the fire alarm kept going off the 2nd night at 5am.
