It was a wonderful experience only thing is having to pay for the parking. Was caught a little off guard with that fee
4.2
Parking for the hotel was very expensive for self parking.

The lobby and room looked very nice and high quality, but looks are all the hotel has to offer. None of the amenities were worth the money, including having to pay $24 for parking with a constant open gate and trash all over the parking lot.
We stayed in one of the suites. The pillows were of the lowest quality possible. They were thin and unsupportive, even with two stacked. The suite has two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living area with the couch. No remote could be found for the living room TV, and when we used the TV in the bedroom the cable constantly buffered and made it impossible to even watch tv. We tried to use the Netflix or YouTube app on the TV and it wouldn’t connect to the internet.
To top it off there is construction going on and was woken up at 7 a.m. on a Saturday by loud banging outside my window.
I will never stay at another Marriott, $250 down the drain for the most uncomfortable night.

Hussein was very helpful, accommodating and professional

This Hotel has a very strong smell of mold. Very rude front desk staff. And either the water or towels have me an allergic skin reaction. Over all we did not enjoy our stay.
4.2
Good stay clean quiet
4.2
We found that hotel fees were little high, $150.00 for 2 nights stay plus parking charges $48.00.

I have stayed here a few times and it’s always nice. The room was clean except some glasses with alcohol still in them were left in the cabinet. Other than that it was a good stay.
4.2
Nice and claen

Unique was the superior staff! Valerie—supervisor Susan and Araceli —breakfast crew, and Corey—chef, were all exceptional.
Hotel needs some work—broken door to pool— however, Valerie made sure someone staffed the door for our private event.
4.2
The smell when you enter the property is horrible smellls like sewer all around 24/7 that made the experience a horrible one would most likely not return or recommend
4.2
The hotel had a smell in the lobby and our room bathroom was not clean. The bed had my friend itchy we didn’t seen any bugs but maybe it was the cover
4.2
I was a little disappointed that the hot tub was not working. I realized that a storm came through several days ago and blew some trees down but there was a car that still had a tree on it.
4.2
well run property. Kendra at front desk went over and above to help me out during my stay, appreciate her efforts. nice gym, but the pool is out back, outdoors, kind of isolated, truck lot out back plus unhoused encampment about a quarter mile away, i wouldn’t leave a child unsupervised out there.
make sure and ask for a room away from the highway, much quieter than freeway side.

Staff was very friendly however only complaint they gave us a room that never cooled down. It wasnt unbearable and got back late to even complain
4.2
close to event I was attending.
4.2
Not worth the price

We chose to stay here because we had a family member at the Children’s Hospital. The staff was very understanding and courteous. We very much enjoyed our stay!
4.2
No comp breakfast or even coffee.
Front desk staff failed to follow up on requests
Housekeeping knocking on doors at 830 am
The rooms were nice, but I would only stay here again as a last resort
4.2
Bed could use an upgrade.
4.2
Can't say much

I liked the location ! perfect for a night out
4.2
It was great

I enjoyed my stay and had great customer service. The friendliness of the front desk was genuine and did not looked down at me. I say that because of my weight. What I would have like a chair in the room. I had a couch, but 4 adults. Sitting was no comfortable. I didn’t want to sit on the bed. All and all the room was very roomy.
4.2
Outdoor furniture was worn. Room was large and comfortable
4.2
Clear price gouging for parking. Plenty of places around the area with free parking. I paid more for my stay here per night parking than at American Airlines Arena for a Dallas Stars event. Customer service was vague at explaining parking at best, and getting someone to answer the front desk happened only once out of 3 tries. No-one wants to keep calling for quick tips. I think there are far better options in that area, I would consider an alternative hotel, will not be going back.
4.2
Room was very clean and the set up very nice. I only wished there were 2 remote controls so we didn't have to constantly go back and forth to change the channel. The toilet paper holder was pulled off the wall but maintenance came right away and said they had to drill new holes and let dry which was nice of them but we told them it could wait we just wanted them to be aware that it was like that when we got into the room. The free bags of ice was a nice touch! I would definitely stay here again.
4.2
I ha e a disability room was very spacious however the rails were very loose. I did talk to feont desk bit nothing happened. We were also told that he would adjust our parking rate but it didn't happened. And was aware that you get charged for using internet $13.00 a day. No ice machines and know bag ice available.
4.2
We had to pay $24.99 for parking. I was visiting family and we had prearranged for them to meet us at the hotel so we could go to dinner together. Our family also had to pay $24.99 to park.
4.2
Room was spacious and convenient for our stay. A/c worked great! The only thing is the room had a distinct smell. Idk if it was the a/c or what but once you acclimated, the smell was unnoticeable
4.2
Neither welcoming nor comfortable, my stay here was one failure after another. Tired, unengaged and apparently untrained staff. Arriving late night to a locked front door. Security was in plain sight, snoozing. Had to bang loudly to wake them up & get in. Waited forever to check in, at 1am, while desk had a long conversation with an elderly customer, then disappeared in back for almost 10 minutes to get him some towels, then continued the conversation. Lights burned out in the room—had to use my phone flashlight to navigate the bedroom. Soap dispenser in shower empty & was never refilled during my 4-day stay. Other amenities not replaced when they ran out. One day, coffee/tea not replaced when used up—other days had to request at desk. Went to breakfast at 7:15 am—no staff member in sight. Waited over 10 minutes. Finally see one staff member—they see me & quickly duck back in the kitchen. 3 min later, another staff comes out of kitchen, shows me to a table, but I can’t understand them because their mouth is crammed full and they're chewing while trying to speak. A simple request to the desk; “Can you make up my room in the next 2 hours?” Response: “I’ll tell housekeeping, but I donno if they’ll do anything.” Loud freeway noise all night. Many more fails too many to list. Surge pricing—over $400/night before taxes.
Also, if you don’t come in a car, & like to walk a bit, forget it. There’s no sidewalk. The street is very busy. Area is dicey. No free parking anywhere.

The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy, felt as if the bed was 20 years old.
4.2
Beautiful, clean, friendly staff.
4.2
I didn’t like the comforter was dirty.
4.2
Great
4.2
I like being able to get a suite(separate sitting area) Would liked to have a microwave though. Our bathroom sink drain (room 310) could use cleaning out. Draining really slow.
4.2
Awesome stay. Will surely be back
4.2
Nice hotel within a few miles of where we wanted to go
4.2
Clean, comfortable, and great customer service.
