Beautiful large home well appointed.
Room was large and very nice. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
Both the onsite parking and the walk from parking to the front door were icy and dangerous.

The house was beautiful and had some cool history behind it.

Small room, common area like a museum,no tv, or decent reading lights, I got the impression that it was for display only, not to use. As a fireman I was concerned with fire exits off the second floor. There was the main staircase and a service staircase that may or may not have been a exit. Breakfast was disappointing.

Stayed in the honeymoon suite. Very interesting and comfortable suite. The historical significance of the inn added to the pleasure of the trip. Breakfast tasty and generous. Innkeepers pleasant and happy to help in any way. If in area again, would return to the Brewster Inn.

It's a beautiful historic property with a delicious breakfast--the house has a great "old" feel without feeling rundown, the garden area is lovely, our room was very comfortable, and there are unique common areas in which to spend time.

Beautiful restored mansion home, very comfortable, but lots of do’s and don’ts posted everywhere. Mark was very helpful with directions and recommendations for the next leg of our trip.

In Dexter, Maine, for two nights doing a bit of family research. Have not been to Dexter in over 50 years, but Mark and Tina made my two nights absolutely perfect. Quiet place with beautiful grounds. Lots of solitude and a couple of excellent breakfasts.

Great location in the geographic center of Maine. Property was nice and comfortable. Was a bit warm in the breakfast area in the morning, but breakfast was good. I love old homes with history and this one was a gem.

This is a lovely large B&B in a tiny rural Maine town. The hosts were lovely and the breakfast offered a nice variety. I was visiting on a Sunday on my way after dropping my son off at camp, so I did not spend much time exploring the town, but I noticed walking trails just at the end of the block that wander along the lake.

I stayed two nights in an upstairs room. The Inn was mostly kept in its original condition. The Innkeeper, Mark, was personable and it was apparent he took real pride in the historic Inn and maintained it well.
