Absolutely no issues except that we arrived at 5 pm and self-parking was not available. Very nice property.

The location is perfect. I enjoyed my stay for a wedding at the hostel. The shower tub had stains otherwise the service was acceptable. I did not find a pen and a pad for taking notes or writing a card otherwise I was happy with the service.

We upgraded to an Arch View room and there was some left over garbage in the room. One of the light bulbs in the lamp was also burnt out. The view is great but the sounds of the cars passing by on the highway is very loud.

It was very nice the employees was very nice shout out to MIKE he was very kind. I would stay here every trip I plan to STL
4.1
Room was small and the bed was made with no fitted sheet and uncomfortable
4.1
Ruth Chris steak house was amazing all other restaurants need work
However the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the hotel

My stay was pretty good. I booked a king bed room, they were all taken. Pretty upsetting. They did try to accommodate us with complimentary breakfast which was ok but not at all what i wanted. I had to constantly ask the lady at the front desk to repeat herself because she wouldnt talk up as it was kind of loud in the lobby. Other than those hiccups. I enjoyed my stay

The hotel was lovely, the views were perfect, and the staff was attentive. HOWEVER, our suite was on the sixth floor, and a wedding was on the fourth floor. The music was SO LOUD in our room that we could sing along with every song. We called downstairs and they said they were not able to have the wedding turn down the music, and they were allowed to have it on until 11:30pm. They were apologetic, but it was very rough with children. The hotel was lovely but ASK FOR UPPER FLOORS on the weekends!

Pros:
Great location to the Arch.
Hotel restaurant (Brewhouse) was great!
Cons: self parking was limited. I still don’t understand how there isn’t enough parking if you have a reservation. Self parking $40 a night. But there isn’t enough so you can try to find somewhere else to park or pay $50 per night for valet. Just charge the $50 per night and call it a day.
Worst part of the stay by FAR is the outside noise. Motorcycles and backfiring cars well into 3am. 14th floor room with window facing downtown.
Hotel says “text us anytime” and we’ll get right back to you. No response.
Again, great location, but if you can’t seen through noise equivalent to fireworks..,

The hotel itself was very nice. My room had gorgeous views. I didn't give them 5 stars because of two issues: not enough on-site parking, and an elevator malfunction, which could have been handled better.
Not sure what they can do about the parking, but I had to park 4 blocks away and cart my luggage down the street.
They had two banks of elevators, each bank served specific floors. Two elevators in each bank of four were in service. At a very busy time, one of the elevators got stuck on an upper floor (18 floors in this hotel). The lobby was packed with people trying to get to their rooms. I went to the front desk to ask if they could put the other two elevators in my bank in service. I was told engineering was working on it and security was going to assist guests to their rooms. Nope, didn't happen. We weren't kept apprised of the situation, security did nothing, and it took another 30 minutes for me to get to my room. I was on the 16th floor, so the stairs were out of the question for me.
But , having said all that, I would stay there again due to the location and quality of the rooms.

Perfect location to visit The Arch and Busch Stadium/Ballpark Village. Once we parked the car, we didn't need to get back in it till we were ready to leave for home. Hotel staff at check-in and check-out were very professional, friendly and helpful. Room was great, nicely furnished. Only comment is the vinyl padded headboard on the wall was a little flaky from where people have leaned against it sitting up in the bed, then the flaky vinyl sticks to your head (or pillow if you put it up to lean against) and gets on the pillowcase, which is kind of gross. And the design of the shower door, collects water so when you open the door to get out of shower, all the water spills out onto the floor and makes a pretty big puddle. But We'd still stay here again!

Good hotel with friendly staff

Every employee from checkin to waitress to bellman were friendly helpful and good at their jobs!! Highly recommend
4.1
Evenings were VERY noisy from the freeway traffic and only 1/3 of the elevators were operational, while the remaining elevators were VERY slow. Also there is plenty of close parking but I was instructed by the hotel staff that the self parking was full which was not true
4.1
Nice hotel, but only 2 elevators for one part of the hotel worked, making it way too long to wait. We waited almost 10 minutes, and that was even with us in the elevator with others waiting too!

Great overall stay

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Arch! The staff were good exceptionally helpful. Tyroom was amazing with the views of the Arch, and comfort of the bed. Thank you!

Great location front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!!
Only bad thing was the headboard was peeking
4.1
Hotel was average. There was a terrible odor in the only elevator in operation.

The hotel staff Mel, Monia, Ellen and JBanks. Made our stay grand and memorable

We were there for just one night to see the Arch. The location was amazing for that, however, it seemed to be a bit out of the way from other services, (restaurants, shopping). I was annoyed when I checked in and the agent got all excited and said that he could give us a room with an Arch view - That's fantastic - until he told me that it would be an extra $50. I declined. Then he said, 'well, I how about a high floor overlooking the city?" Great - but that was going to be an additional $25. I really didn't appreciate the up charging.
Also, I went to the bar and asked for a glass of wine. When I told him I was going to take it back to my room, he told me he could only give me a plastic cup. I'm not drinking at $18 glass of wine in a plastic cup.

We had amazing time! The staff were great and the VIEW of the arch from our room amazing!! If you’re looking for a great location to visit the arch, the ballparks, some good restaurants. This is location for you.
4.1
It was horrible….they weren’t very friendly. We got there at 12:30am and they had over booked rooms so they didn’t have a room for us, sent us to another hotel and gave us the wrong address for it. Didn’t send our entire stay to the other hotel so we didn’t have a stay for our second night. And had to hurry and find a place.

We picked this stay because of its walking distance to the cardinal’s stadium. And the Arch. But would not pay over $100 to stay here again!! The condition of the hotel is pretty bad! Looks like they may have done a renovation a few years back, but it could probably be done again!! Our head board was peeling paint, toilet seat was not connected properly so kept slipping off, our sons room next door had stains on the carpeting and drapes!! Hallways smelled like cigarettes, some elevators didn’t work, towels were old. But the best surprise? NO SELF PARKING!! They make you valet because the lot is full!!! It’s never not full!! So you get to pay extra to valet!! Yay! Oh and Starbucks in the lobby charges for water!! Great location but that’s about it!!
4.1
I love it that it is close to the arch and surrounding areas
4.1
Only 2 of 4 elevators worked which was a problem after rush of cardinals game. 2 guys almost fought over budging. And 1 of the 2 smelled horrible….like puke….people were covering their noses and mouth. Key passes did not work entering or exiting self park…even after front desk reprogrammed twice. Walls were paper thin…we could hear the adjoining rooms conversations clearly. If it wasn’t for the great location near arch and stadium, I would have ranked lower.
4.1
Expensive to park. Blood on our sheet and on walls. Sink in bath clogged and had to brush our teeth in the tub. Staff wouldn’t help as no cleaning/ repair team in the evening. Came up w new sheet and had to make the bed ourselves.
4.1
Good location, right next to the arch, our room also overlooked it (at extra cost) and was large. The hotel was dated, dark and gloomy, in average condition. The bathroom in particular needed renovation. Air-con was noisy. Nice roof-top terrace, but not utilised.
4.1
Perfect stay for a ball game.
4.1
Property was very nice and walking distance to the Dome. Parking was horrible and the gentleman checking us in did not tell us we had to use our key on the elevator to get to our floor and also didn’t tell us check out time or what to do with key at check out. He just wasn’t very helpful.
4.1
The headboards on the beds were really worn and were not attractive to look at, they need replaced.
4.1
Exceptional value - walking distance to The Arch. Staff was awesome. Room was clean and smelled nice.
4.1
Not mentioned: $10/day parking fee in addition to the $25/night hold upon check-in.

I used Hotels.com to book our stay. At the time that I booked it, the price was lower. I understand that there are taxes however I was not informed that the price would be subject to change! It was twice the price of what was on the site. PLUS an additional deposit. This is ridiculous and I will never use this service to book through again. It is a shame that it was so deceiving! Also, There were 4 elevators and only two to our floor were in operation. We could her the couple in the room next to us. You would think paying the price we did for a room you could at least not have to listen to the couple in the next room.
4.1
The hotel was nice. We had the buffet on Saturday and all the food was cold which paying $27 a person you would expect warm food. We were there to see a concert and sat in traffic for almost 2 hours just trying to get into the parking garage since no one was directing traffic. Which i strongly suggest should happen during busy times.
4.1
My husband and I were very grateful for the kindness expressed by the front desk personnel, and we were pleased by the cleanliness of and view from our room. Although there were a couple of elevators that were not working and a long wait to use the parking garage elevator, we were overall pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel to family and friends who need to stay in St. Louis.
4.1
Upon checking in we noticed that the shower was very dirty with debris and hair. I alerted the front desk and they said they would send someone up to clean it. No one ever came and we were not able to shower the next morning. Also a half empty bottle of water was left in the room and the desk chair had stains on it. I did notify the staff at checkout and they removed $50 from the bill, but I would have preferred the cleanliness over that.
4.1
Easy check in. We did self parking on our own and just walked to the hotel. It worked out great.
4.1
Excellent hotel and location. The Arch is directly across the street. The Dome was within walking distance. Clean and updated rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. I read the reviews from this same weekend and people are upset because the parking was full. The hotel was sold out for the P!nk concert. There is only so much space. The only issue I had was the elevators being out of order resulting in very long waits and then they were crowded. I would stay again and recommend.
4.1
Holes in pillowcases and sheets. Locked out of room. Elevator madness.
