When we arrived the staff was very friendly. Went to our room and it looked like someone had taken a shower in the bathroom. We were provided a new room which had a weird odor. The next day room service came and just took the used towels and replaced them with less than we originally had even after asking for more towels and the bed was thrown together meaning it looked like a toddler made the bed. I was overall very disappointed as the pictures and the description was an complete opposite of what I thought we booked for. I most likely won't be staying here again.

Most hotels don’t charge for lobby coffee and a deposit of$5.00 on top of the transportation fee of $15.00 for transportation to a cruise port especially when the transportation was 30 minutes late. We ended up taking a cab to ensure that we would not miss the boat. In addition an additional $50 security deposit was not mentioned until arrival/ check in. Water bottle cost was extremely too high given the fact that there are not other patrons in the location. This is price gouging. FYI still waiting for my $50.00 deposit return to me. So NO I will never return or recommend this hotel/motel to anyone.

Room showed a lot of wear and lacked cleanliness. It seems we got a bad room as we walked by a couple of others eith the door opened while getting cleaned, they appeared to be much better than our room. That said the public areas of the property were tired and in need of a remodel.

Water only as something free. Not even coffee or tea in the morning. Took a few min to figure out the shower (fancy but too fancy). Shuttle drive going to the airport decided to ignore a right-on-red and do personal stuff (like plugging in his phone). People are anxious to get to the airport.

From check in to check out everything was smooth. Everyone was helpful and kind. There’s a water and ice machine on every floor. Laundry on the 7th floor. Early check in once available. We even got a text asking how our room was. It’s very convenient. I will come back anytime I’m in Miami.

The room was a very simple and practical overnight stay on our trip. We were quite pleased to find a small restaurant that served us dinner and breakfast. We also appreciated the shuttle to the airport.

The black lady in the reception was not so personable. She sounded irritated on the phone when we called to ask her about something. It was an ok stay for overnight. The room did not come with a couch. Two queen beds is not enough to accommodate 4 people especially if one in the group didn't want to sleep with someone. An extra couch in the room is good to have.

The hotel.is not located to shopping or restaurants. Is in an industrial area and is very active with planes taking off as is near the airport. The rooms shower did not have good access to hot water and it dripped loudly contantly. The gym on site was well equiped and there is a pool that was being well used.

Bad customer service. First day we checked in there was no water. Staff was extremely rude. I called corporate immediately. House keeping was the only ppl who were nice with great customer service. The room was musty & smelled like sweat & mildew. The microwave was filthy, the bedding was rippied with a big hole, the staff never offered to give me new bedding. I booked 2 rooms, 4 ppl in each room. It was an issue getting coffee pods to brew in rooms I paid for each day. Wasted money at the resturant, rude staff, cold food & 20% gratuity. I love Miami but I’ll NEVER waste money staying here again. I spent too much money to get horrible customer. Once the staff knew I spoke with IHG Corporate they were even more rude to myself & my guest. Hilton Honors would never.

Hold on credit card not release even a week after checking out. Hotel needs better up keep. Patched walls not painted, refrigerator broken, and toilet running twenty minutes after flushing. This use to be a beautiful property. Wait staff Rosanna always a pleasure to see.

The kind ladies at the kitchen helped areange a pre-breakfast take away for me as i had an early flight. There is a shuttle to the airport, if you however miss it, you're faced with not a very comfortable 15mins walk to the airport in such high humidity. Facilities were nice and comfortable.

This property was very clean. I love the room size and the area that they placed in the room that was design for exercising with the yoga mat and resistance belt etc. I like that the free shuttle to the airport was included. The room decor was beautiful. My only suggestion is for the room to be more sound proof. I could hear the doors shutting across the hallway which was noisy. Also I would recommend having microwaves in the rooms instead of having only one in the dinning area

Nice staff! They accommodated my family as we ended up arriving earlier than expected. Clean, heated outside pool, good food, nice gym. Outside games and all. Couple of downsides is that there is nearly nothing within decent walking distance. Gas stations, grocery stores, and such all 25-30 mins walk. Close to airport so constant plane noise. Also seems to be in the middle of a developing area, lots of construction as of 8/11/24

We only stayed here needing a room after our flight was cancelled in Miami and the next flight was in 2 days. It served our purpose and was nice. Close to the airport which was convenient. Check-in was stressful but that was an issue with hotels.com not the hotel and Brandon at the front desk was incredibly helpful and pleasant working with through the issues.

Front desk staff was very rude one of the ladies at the front desk. I didn’t get her name snapped but she her fingers at me and told me she didn’t know what to tell me, but she couldn’t help me. There was a lot of miscommunication and it was already a stressful time with lots of travelers stuck in Miami due to weather. I will not be staying here ever again or going back to that city based on experiences I had with people there.

Dropped bags and went out for dinner. Upon arrival and settling in a roach was crawling in the living room area. 2 baby roaches found when I went to shower. It’s a quiet place to be and have no other complaints other than the unwanted little guests in my room.

I had an amazing birthday weekend stay here and I have no complaints. What was supposed to be a 4 day stay ended to be 6 because I missed my fly twice lol it's funny now but at the time it wasn't, but all in all it was a great place I'll definitely stay here again.
