This is the perfect Santa Barbara VRBO. Great location, walking distance from everything. Definitely stay here!

House was amazing and in a great location. Easy to get around all parts of Santa Barbara including State Street. Highly recommend.

Perfect VRBO with a fantastic location. We walked everywhere. The beds were comfortable and the patio was perfect. No complaints!

Thoroughly enjoyed this immaculate, airy and stylish home. Perfect size for our family of 4 adults , a baby and dog. Cathedral ceilings, well appointed kitchen and beautiful bathroom. Good sized bedrooms with comfy beds and bedding. The fenced in side yard and back garden area is convenient for pets. It was a little noisy at night ( the neighbors behind us were outside well beyond midnight on our 2nd night). The house has one fan and we brought a couple which solved the noise problem and provided nice circulation of air on warm days. We would definitely come back.

Lovely property only a few blocks off the middle of state street. The property had everything we needed. Parking was a slight challenge at times probably due to grad weekend and a baseball game down the street but otherwise within a half block. Super cute inside and out with plenty of space for our group of 4. Photos on the site don’t actually do it justice.

This house was just right for a long weekend stay. It was nice and roomy and conveniently located to the State Street shops and restaurants.

Nice location. Bathroom was good size. Neighbors above us were a bit noisy however and parking was difficult on Friday afternoon. We didn’t spend much time inside, but house was in a great location for walking into town, courthouse or a good bike ride to the harbor.

Cute little home in a convenient location. Dog friendly which was key to our getting away. Nice amenities, kitchen well equipped, king size bed in master very comfortable (sheets could be replaced).
Disappointed that we did not receive a "welcome" package/basket nor Information binder.
The outside patio was dirty and covered in leaves/debris (including the tables, chairs and hammock). Not ideal for relaxing.
The home was clean but furniture could use some updating (a broken chair, overhanging light over dining room table was not working.)
The property manager was helpful and provided useful information via text.

Great location and the perfect place for 4 adults with dogs. We loved the house!

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament with our 2 teen daughters. It was a perfect location to walk to state street each day for a little food/shopping in our downtime. Loved the house- super clean, comfortable with all amenities needed. Area felt very safe as well- we walked at night and had no issues. Loved it!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was chic, well appointed, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We walked to State Street each night for dinner and entertainment which was about a mile round trip. We will definitely be returning some day!

We weee in town for about 48 hours for a wedding. Needed a cozy space for us, our little 4 month old, and Mother-in-law.
We all enjoyed the space.
The location is great. Just a 12-15 minute walk to State Street. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described and pictured, and we loved how close it was to State street. It was clean and the check in/out process was simple. The property manager also gave us a really thorough list of places to go, eat, and shop. Definitely recommend staying here!

Other than a bit of traffic noise, it was very nice.

Property was adorably chic, location was perfect and communication was excellent. Our kids spent all thier time in the loft! We even became members of Happy Canyon Vineyards. Hope to come back soon. Thank you!

We were looking forward to a long weekend in beautiful Santa Barbara. However, upon arrival we found other occupants already in the home. The property ended up being double booked for the entire weekend. We ended up having to scramble to secure a hotel for one night with our 2 small children and dogs. Unfortunately, we were unable to find other accommodations at such late notice that we had to drive back home (8ish hours) with only being in SB for 24hrs. Very disappointed that the property we booked in advanced with communication with the host somehow ended up being double booked. Despite the stress this caused our family and our ruined vacation, we were very thankful to received 100% refund from the host. It wa the least she could do, so that was good. Would really love to try and stay here again (the house looked very charming) but nervous to be in another double booking situation.

Amy's home was the perfect place to spend a cozy Christmas in Santa Barbara. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants on State St, and the farmers' market. The house had everything we needed and Amy was excellent to communicate with.

Wonderful stay at this recently remodeled apartment. Great living room with high ceilings great space for family’s to hang out. Kitchen had everything you’d need and 2 lovely sized bedrooms. Very comfortable king bed! Cute Little loft, up stairs older kids play space. Would stay here again.

Wonderful home and furnishings. Loved having a functional kitchen. Amenities were great. Only problem was we couldn't figure out the TV. Amy communicated with us immediately, and after we had left, so we appreciated her doing that.( We were there a very short time, so wasn't a big deal. I think our input will help her for future guests, who may not be as tech savvy ,like us!)
Otherwise, lovely place.
