It is a very nice studio, new, of good quality, fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. The internet connection is excellent, the city center is very nice.
The studio is attached to a family house. On the property, two other studios are rented through digital platforms. Because it is attached to a house, not-so-perceptible sounds can come and go.
It is located just a 20-minute walk from the center of San Cristobal. There is a good and inexpensive laundry just a 50-meter walk from the property.
Nearby there are also small shops where you can find fruits and vegetables and also a shopping street with several places to buy groceries.
Because it is located on the second floor, the temperature is very pleasant, hot and dry.
