Ottima posizione. Appartamento pulito. Bagno confortevole.

Forse avrei gradito qualche piatto in più. 2 di ogni cosa. Va bene che è un alloggio per 2 persone ma un piatto in più a volte serve.

Excellent apartment in Bristol city centre. Great value for money

The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you could need. It was in an excellent location. The host was very helpful / responsive when we had a question about accessing the parking . I would highly recommend staying here.

Avoid, there are better options for the same money

Location, and opportunity to pay for gated parking behind the apartment block

I’d discovered shortly before arrival (but still within the free cancellation window) that one of three apartments I’d booked was in the basement. I’m particularly annoyed because I didn’t cancel due to being told by the owners owners after reading negative reviews and that it was ‘a bright, colourful apartment with a big window for daylight to come through’ - simply not true! It was very dark unless you stood right in front of the one window (which faces a wall) when the sun was shining, otherwise you needed to have the lights on all the time. We were also greeted by loads of rubbish outside the apartment which clearly had been there for some time and nobody could be bothered to pick up. There was also regular disturbance from the mechanism controlling the automated car park gate at all hours of the night. The apartment was reasonably decorated although the bed was small, there’s no reason why it couldn’t be larger as there was room. The other two apartments on 1st and 2nd floors were much brighter with natural light but single glazed so very noisy (even for seasoned city dwellers) from both the traffic and altercations on the street, and even inside the apartment block. Needless to say none of our party had a good night’s sleep on either of our 2 night stay. We’re all agreed we wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Excellent location. Good communication for check-in, etc. Clean, comfy room, nice kitchen. A lot of natural light thanks to the big windows.

One of the windows needs repair. The shower could have been a little more expansive.

this apartment is very centrally located in the center of the city, in a quiet area, the bed was not clean, it has 3 large windows, it has no curtains, so in the morning it feels like you are sunbathing on the beach, it is so bright! then the heater gets very hot!!! those who rent should better check the apartments before renting

Love Bristol but comfy beds would have greatly enhanced our stay.

The apartment was spacious and not expensive (we booked well in advance in December 2022 for our stay in August 2023). Quite a distance from Balloon Festival but we enjoyed the walk rather than using the shuttle. Good clothes shopping 10 min away. Although extra charge for parking we were happy to pay as it was secure and we could see the car from our apartment. .

Very uncomfortable beds causing poor sleep throughout our 3 nights stay. Ill fitting slats on one bed that also made it noisy when you changed position. The other bed also had a single duvet in a double cover. In general the apartment was clean. However, for those paying attention to detail, corner behind settee wasn't clean which we noticed when opening the window behind the settee, kitchen waste bin was broken and the kitchen sink strainer plug was full of hair as if the mop bucket had perhaps been emptied into the sink and the strainer plug not cleaned afterwards. The toilet had not been cleaned well under the seat. We hadn't noticed any info online about having 3 flights of stairs up to our apartment. Fortunately we were able to climb. The photo on Booking.com of a beautifully decorated and very appealing apartment was not of the apartment allocated to us. No problem with the plainer decor of our apartment, just not what we thought we were getting. Unfortunately the couple in the apartment below us had a very noisy relationship breakup that robbed us (and 4 other guests) of a badly needed sleep on our last night.

Fantastic location and everything you need to make a stay comfortable!

The property was spacious comfortable a respite from travel! We were able go prepare our own meals wash out clothes as accommodated and venture out Int Bristol knowing our car was accomadated and walking distance from tge wonders of Bristol

Tge kitchen equipment was just a little bit tired. Saying they we had everything we needed!

The room was stylish and up-to-date.,

I regret to inform you that we encountered several issues during our stay. Firstly, there was a lot of rubbish outside the door which was not cleaned up prior to our arrival, making for an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the shower door and toilet seat were both broken and in need of repair. To make matters worse, we had a mouse in the kitchen during the night. After making a complaint, we were kindly relocated to a different apartment. However, our troubles continued as the cooker in the new apartment was not functioning properly. In the end, we decided to leave one day early as we were fed up with these ongoing problems. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this place as one should not expect to encounter such difficulties while staying in an apartment.

Location

The room was very dirty, think layers of dust on all surfaces, floor window sills and bed. It took 3 days to have it cleaned and had to pack all my stuff and leave the room for this. The microwave was stinky and dirty A part of the kitchen wall was unstable and kept, which posed a health and safety issue (video) Only 2 toilet rolls for 1 week. After the saga for cleaning it was not worth complaining, I bouht my own. The shampoo was so old it was not even moving in the bottle (video). The wifi kept disconnecting No dark blinds on windows light coming very early in the morning and until late at night.

The town centre location.

The city never sleeps and it was very noisy some people seem to believe that waking you up on Saturday morning at 7am with loud music is a right of passage. Unfortunately not!

Excellent location and great value for money.

Excellent location as it was very close to the city centre. There were lots of shops and places to eat near by. The flat was spacious, light and bright.

The two metal beds were really creaky and made a noise every time you moved. The kitchen needed some maintenance as the cupboards and flooring were a bit broken.

I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back another time.

The location was excellent as I was working in Bristol. The flat was spacious enough for one person and set out so that you had different zones, kitchen, sofa, bedroom, bathroom etc. Also pleased there were loads of plug sockets and some close to the bed. The kitchen was adequately stocked although I didn't cook anything there was a proper cooker & fridge & microwave which is always handy. The residence was very central so there was some outside noise which is to be expected. I prefer being higher up in any accommodation so that I can leave the windows open and I wasn't disturbed by traffic.

I couldn't find any faults.

Suited my fine for a work visit and I’d definitely use again at the price I paid (£100 less than premier inn wanted).

about as good as it gets for a central location especially if you’re aiming for Cabot’s circus. warm and clean enough.

it was in the basement with no view and very little daylight. also had a quirk where someone had moved all the knives out of the cutlery drawer and put them at the back of a cupboard out of view.

Great location, nice flat but needs some maintenance.

Such a convenient location! Clean and spacious, well designed and modern.

The sash windows are missing the locking mechanism in the living room meaning they rattled all day and night. The thermostat wasn’t actually functional so the flat was far too hot. Television had no aerial so we couldn’t watch it.
