About this cottage rental
The living areas in this single-storey property consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer and a living/dining room with dining seating for six guests and a Smart TV. There are three king-size bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private outdoor area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars and an EV charging point. Within 1.4 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 1.5 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ware Barn Cottage is a superb holiday home for a family escape to Dorser. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Note: Children must be supervised at all times around the large pond.

Off-road parking for 3 cars. EV charging point. Private outdoor area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.4 miles, beach 1.5 miles (within a mile on foot). Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.An initial supply of Nespresso original pods provided. Your holiday stay includes exclusive use of Ware Barn Cottage, including a private patio and ample parking for 3 cars. Access to the gardens and estate is by prior agreement with the owners only.For safety reasons, children must be supervised. Due to the livestock on site the cottage has a strictly no pet policy. Please note, to maintain the high standard of your holiday experience, Ware Barn Cottage sleeps a strict maximum of 6 guests, plus one infant under two in guests own cot.
Extra occupation is not possible or permitted. Please note this property only accepts a Friday changeover.
